Literally got me in the next day although they offered same day tinting. Arrived at 10:14 (my apt was at 10 oopsie!) and I was out the door at 10:55 NICE!!! The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! No doubt coming back.

Using their mobile detail service (where they come to you), we went with the Ultimate Detail which was a full deep clean inside and out. The two-person team did a fantastic job at getting my car clean! They arrived within their 1-hour window and finished in under 3 hours. I thought the price was fair compared to other companies that I looked at with similar services. I tipped the team both directly via Venmo. After filling out their online inquiry form, I was contacted within a few hours and was able to coordinate via text, to include a reschedule due to rain. The quality of detailing work itself was excellent. The mobile option was super convenient and it's definitely worth checking out.

With a hectic work schedule, I was stuck driving around with the windows down just to tolerate the smell. Fortunately, I found these guys. I initially set an appointment but was called into work and had to cancel. James was completely understanding. What really stood out came next. I explained that I couldn't make their standard appointment times because I don't finish work until later in the afternoon. Instead of shutting it down, James worked with me and told me to reach out once I was off so we could figure something out. That level of flexibility and professionalism is what earns repeat business. They took care of the issue, and now I can drive around in 18° weather with the windows up. Big thanks to the team, I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the truck cleaned up.

I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process.
