Ladiesssss, book book book! After moving back to Dallas I was worried about finding a good quality wax place with good customer service. Your honeypot is sacred & you need someone who truly cares about your body & is knowledgeable about the products they use. Rachel has by far exceeded my expectations & I have been recommending everyone to her! Her personality is upbeat & she takes the time to truly make you feel comfortable & relaxed. She is making some amazing updates to the menu & interior of the wax center. It gives very chic vibes like going to brunch but to get your honeypot some TLC. Now fellas, they haven't forgot about yall! Stop by, call, whatever floats your boat and speak with Rachel about what services they have available. Who doesn't like a man who also does self-care? read more

Did my Brazilian, underarm and tummy wax done by Brianna. She is very gentle , friendly and very professional. It was pain-free. The place is near and clean. read more

W.O.W. is a privately owned business, not a chain or corporation, so they still seem to be focused on customer service as a priority. This was obvious when I showed up as a walk-in without an appointment. No one was available at that very moment, but the representative at the counter called a technician who had left for lunch and asked if it was possible to book me upon her return 15 minutes later. She said, "Yes!". Bonus, the wait was less than 10 minutes. During that time, I filled out a health related form that would allow the technician to do the waxing safely. The facility is clean and modern. They have a soothing color palate. The waxing rooms are large enough for the technician to freely walk around all sides of the waxing table without bumping into anything. The waxing table is quite high, but they do have a stepping stool. The table is strong and able to support the weight of both men and women, but it isn't fixed to the ground, so it will slide if you dive with forward movement into the table. My technician was very chatty, but I appreciated her friendliness, candor and her ability to get the job done. I didn't realize until later that while she was doing my eyebrows, she somehow managed to get a clump of wax in the hair on top of my head. Thankfully with a little olive oil and a cotton pad and then some shampoo, conditioner and water, I was able to remove the wax without removing my hair and without leaving a bald spot above my forehead. That would have been a serious problem! With disaster easily averted, overall I found the experience, the prices and the facility meeting my expectations, so I will most likely return. read more

Men's Brazilian waxing was almost painless! Very courteous and friendly. Efficient and a great job.

Wow! Quite a find! #newproduct I was over at We Only Wax this past weekend for a fine "Italian Soft Wax" back waxing. Afterwards I got one of their new products (see pic) for an after wax exfoliator. It was 'elegant' in that way that the exfoliator (sugar) dissolved and left a real shea butter on your skin for a silky, smooth touch. In both the waxing and the new product, I received a "WOW" experience! read more

Lost a bet. Had to get my ass waxed. Yeah yeah yeah...keep laughing. Many places won't take male customers or over-charge services for men. Not this place. Honest and up front pricing. Super friendly staff. Even allowed an observer to verify that I did get it waxed. If I ever have to get my butt waxed ever again and let's hope that I won't be betting on stupid things...this would be the places to come. Highly recommend it. read more

We only wax is a convenient wax parlor that definitely caters to your needs. Since relocating to Dallas I've had a difficult time finding a sugar bar so I settled to wax and definitely happy I did. Although wax is my second favorite the ladies here took care of me . I was recommended a few items for after care and overall was satisfied with my service. The only complaint I have is the rooms could be a tad bit cleaner. I saw a big dead bug on the floor and the tables where the wax pots and supplies are were dirty. I personally just think the rooms should be spotless at all times due to the nature of the salon . However I will still recommend this salon. The girls were nice, they did a good job. read more

I am a baby when it comes to a Brazilian wax but Bri made my experience painless. I have been to several wax studios and consistently waxed for 8 months then stopped and was scared to start waxing again. Bri made me feel comfortable, took her time, and the wax is perfect! Would highly recommend! read more

My favorite Wax Lady is gone:( I looked forward to going to this salon all because of her! She was so upbeat and funny...she made my day every time I went there. So sad that they would not give her more hours, especially with her driving all the way from Arlington and being a single parent ...I wish her well but I won't go back here because the way they did her was horrible!!! read more

When I got here I was greeted with kindness and to refer to other reviews (which made me a bit skeptical to come here) I was not getting millions of calls to confirm that I was going to make it in. I honestly forgot the name of the wonderful lady who assisted me, but she was super adorable and talked to me throughout the waxing process . We were choppin it up to the point I just didn't feel any type of pain. I'd definitely would set up a recurring appointment if I lived here in Texas but since I didn't want to wait until I flew back home (CA) I'm glad I chose this place! Thank you ladies! read more

I've been shaving all my life. Unsightly razor bumps and discolored skin. I'm so happy I finally stepped into the Brazilian world lol. Hailey was Amazing . She gave me heads up on what to expect and I handled it like a champ. Not to mention her techniques made it more comforting. I'm as smooth as a baby "s bottom and the Hubby loves it "wink" Its definitely worth it. Thanks again Hailey you rock!!! Nikki H Garrett read more

I went and got waxed from someone with the name starting with the 'c', overall she was fantastic and I wouldn't want to see another waxer. My 1 star complaint is about the management, and how they handled it when I got charged on my membership extra after 2 months. They told me they don't know anything about it and would not charge my card back. I talked to a woman named Jennifer who was manager and she had the upmost disrespect with my situation, and was no help at all. I ended up cancelling my membership after the incident, but I will never go back after I was treated by management when they were at fault. read more

Years ago I decided it was time to take the plunge and try waxing as opposed to shaving (those annoying red bumps were driving me crazy! So awkward and uncomfortable). I chose this location because it was close to my house and they clearly specialized in waxing - no dabbling in everything. It made me feel better to know thats all they do! Boy did I luck out! I've seen a few of the wonderful women here but now religiously visit Luvia. Let's be honest, no one loves getting waxed, but she makes it quick and easy! She does a great job, it's as painless as waxing can be, and the results last me about a month. IT IS WORTH IT! So go see Luvia and the other wonderful ladies here and get yourself looking and feeling good! You won't regret it! read more

Absolutely LOVE this place and the people! Amazing staff, great service, and highly recommend!

This place is great!!! I don't live close to it anymore, but always go when I'm in the area. I have super sensitive skin and they have never lifted or burned me-which I've had horrible experience with at other places. Very nice and comfortable bed. I've only been for eyebrow waxing services. Every technician I've ever had is great! read more

I had a very bad and unpleasant experience here. I went for my Brazilian wax today , which normally is supposed to be a 45 mins appointment, but she finished it within 15 to 20 minutes. She used very big strips for waxing, and that's why it caused me a lot of pain. The pain lasted for two hours after the session which never happened with me before. This wasn't the first time I was getting a Brazilian wax done, and never have I experienced such pain before. Each place I've been to completed waxing in smaller parts, rather than covering larger portions at once. I had heard good reviews about this place, and thus had decided to go forward with this, but I am highly disappointed. read more

I completely regret coming in here. They completely burned my upper eye lid. She waxed the same spot three times and then continued to say she did not have anything to treat the burn. When I said that it started to really sting all she did was say "oh yea it looks a little red". I will never be returning here again. read more

Love this place Christian is always making the lashes perfect every visit. Definitely check it out!

Conversation was very nice. But The wax broke me out so bad it left my skin whipped up. The wax was super hot the The tech did not blow the wax just placed it onto my skin, I should've had her stop but it was my anniversary. I was fine when I left but the next morning,I had a bunch of ingrown hairs I was very disappointed I'm still waiting, here it is three months later , I'm still waiting for my skin to come back to normal. read more

I think one thing that would be helpful for both experienced waxers and those going in for their first bikini / Brazilian, it's good to know your expectations for an experience and to also be familiar with a particular businesses' waxing services prior to the first appointment. For their Brazilian waxing, this location uses a "hard wax" technique which is different than what I had experienced at other waxing businesses. The other business I had gone to in another city prior to living in Dallas used a soft wax technique combined with the cloth strips. The techniques are a little different. Hard waxing doesn't use strips; it is applied at a warm liquidy consistency then briefly left on so it cools to a "hard" but pliable consistency and then is used as the strip itself. The soft waxing instead slathers the wax on, a cloth strip is applied, and immediately ripped off. Now, the hard waxing takes longer, but it was exceptionally less painful than my soft waxing experiences. My esthetician, Lily, told me it is because the soft wax pulls the skin, while the hard wax mostly attaches to just the hairs. Obviously in some intimate areas there will still be some sting when the hair is pulled, but overall I was shocked at how much less it hurt in comparison. I had never done hard wax before this business. So my main point is, don't go in expecting the session to be lighting fast, but know it will be a less painful experience if you are used to the wax with strips / soft wax methods. I was done around 45 minutes. The soft wax place I used to go to before took anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a Brazilian, but they were also applying it fast and ripping faster (as you should with that technique) and it was much more painful to me and once left me bruised. Also I was usually pretty sore and red afterwards - my redness with this salon was gone in less than 2 hours and I didn't experience any tenderness or bruising. Lily was great. Very friendly, thorough, and professional while also taking the time to listen closely to my needs, and even better, put my requests into action! She was very gentle when needed but efficient. She made the new and different experience the best it could be and I will be going back. She also talked with me the whole time to ease my nerves and take my mind off the waxing as much as possible. And the pleasant part was just that the hard waxing experience was less painful and left me not feeling sore and tender afterwards with the same results. read more

To Chandler's the owner's comment... Yes you have been at that location for several years and I am 100% for sure that I have the right place. Chandler, you were the person who did my waxing. It was in 2009 and I came in later on a Thursday after a business event I'd gone to. At that time I lived in Fort Worth. You offered to personally do my brazilian wax because it was my first. You were very nice to start, and in our conversation I told you I was going out of town to go camping the very next day which is why I was getting waxed. You waxed some areas and then after a while said you wanted to stop due to "trauma" (leaving me half waxed). You then started acting very awkward, would not look me in the face, and charged me full price for the waxing despite not providing a full service. You then mumbled something about me coming back the next day, although you already knew I could not. You did not ask me if "everything was alright?" because you already knew it wasn't. Your office also never contacted me after that. To be honest, the entire ordeal was a bit traumatic for me and I tried to block most of it out. I now live in Dallas and drove past your office, on the way to lunch, the other day and was reminded of the poor experience. That's why I am just now leaving a review. read more

I come here for eye brow waxing only. I typically come about 4 times a year for reshaping. It's a little expensive at $20 plus tip when other places only charge $8-$10. So my touch ups I go else where. However the wax here is amazing!! If you can afford it I would come here every time. It's a hard wax and compared to the soft it doesn't hurt at all!! I couldn't believe it the first time I went in. I thought there was hair still left but no it got all of it. They are really good to reshape your eyebrows and tweeze any left over hairs and trim them too. They have always been very friendly and seem to alway get me in last minute. Location is great right off of 75, same shopping center as wing stop. read more

An HOUR for a PAINFUL brazilian??? if you're gonna torture me, do it fast. I went here twice, and I only went the second time to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I watched the clock tick by the minutes, and every so often, I felt the overwhelming urge to get off the table and run out of the building screaming. You're supposed to rip my hair out, not slowly coax it out. If you only wax, I don't want to know what things you are BAD at. Yikes. read more
