In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations.

They gave me a fair price and worked with me on scheduling the time for the cleaner to come. I booked the appointment roughly 2 weeks in advance. The cleaner did a pretty decent job, although she did NOT clean out the cabinets... And refused to do so. I was in the apartment the entire time the cleaner was there (as was my husband) because we were finishing loading up our moving truck while the cleaner did the cleaning. I had previously messaged the company asking about how it works when the cleaner leaves because she disappeared for a while without saying anything and I was concerned that she left. I was told that she would do a walkthrough with me before leaving to ensure that I was satisfied with her work. I wish I would've known this ahead of time, and I also wish the cleaner would've communicated with me when she was leaving to go get more supplies from her car instead of just disappearing. At the time of the walkthrough, I mentioned the fact that she didn't touch the cabinets. She told me "had she come earlier, she would've done them but she's not going to do them today". I scheduled a MOVE OUT clean, so I assumed that I was also paying to have the cabinets cleaned out as this is part of what has to be cleaned when moving out... This was super frustrating and disappointing, but we were leaving that day at noon to start our cross-country move, so I didn't have time to argue. When booking this service, I wish that the company would've given me a list of what all will be cleaned during my move-out clean. Had I known that the cabinets weren't part of it, I would've booked elsewhere. Additionally, they did not reach out to confirm my appointment the day before... I ended up contacting them to ensure that someone was still planning to show up the next day for the appointment. I didn't like that I had to be the one to reach out to confirm my appointment as it's not professional for them to not communicate with me. It seems as if they're a new business, but there are some things that need to be addressed and fixed moving forward in order to give paying customers a better understanding of what to expect.
