It turned out so beautiful! The colors of brick I wanted were not available, but Nathan patiently worked with me until we came up with something even better than my original idea. Nathan and his crew are hard working, professional, and very knowledgeable. They used concrete at the edges so the stones would not shift over time. His quote was reasonable, and he helped me find ways to cut the price even more without sacrificing quality. I enjoyed working with him and hope to do so again in the future!

Dillion never finished the job, stole my money, and damaged and stole several items from my home. I ended up paying thousands of dollars more to fix the work Dillion and his "contractor(s)" messed up and/or did not complete. He damaged an original numbered painting and "framed" my father's presidential memorial certificate with painter's tape. He screwed in layers of cardboard for the back of a fireplace. He did not deliver furniture/items that he allegedly ordered. Most of the items he did give me were damaged. Many were never even approved by me, but he refused to remove them. He said he was using them as a "place marker" for the time being. I've caught Dillion lying about furniture and items that he said were ordered and shipped, but the vendors later said that they were not. Caught him lying about his own contractors, whom he said stood us up, but were never scheduled to begin with. In 3.5 months, Dillion never gave me any budget updates and/or receipts, even though I had asked him multiple times. He tells you that he's the only one working hard while his contractors and/or assistant make all the mistakes (he owes them money too). He'll also lie to you about other clients. And when you call him out on his lies, he will act shocked as to how could you ever accuse him of such behavior. I believed his lies, until I spoke with another client. He fed us both similar lies and excuses. He walked out on her project, leaving her with tens of thousands of dollars in damage and additional work.

Avoid Daniel Zamora at all costs (and look at the negative reviews for Tailored Pools to get a true sense of what you are dealing with when you engage with the Zamoras' businesses). The nightmare that is our experience with Daniel began over a year ago. Not only does our pool remain unfinished, our entire yard is completely unusable and in a state of disrepair. Necessary permits were not secured and requests for inspection reports ignored. We are now trying to undo the problems he created in this build. Despite collecting over 95% of the contract price, he abandoned the job leaving a significant amount of work undone. Specifically, they did not finish plastering, backfilling, electrical, plumbing, coping, decking, inspection, lighting, fencing or clean up. Here are just a few of the issues we experienced: (1) dishonesty; (2) no project management - random workers would come and go without any oversight and frequently without notice leaving us to try to muddle through instructions without plans or direction; (3) lack of responsiveness - as soon as the contract was signed and the first check in hand Daniel was difficult to get in touch with frequently leaving messages unanswered for days/weeks; (4) scheduling issues -- despite repeated promises they did not hit deadlines and constantly pushed back work, the excuses for which becoming increasingly far-fetched as time went on (5) deviation from design and missteps; and (6) lack of worker/subcontractor controls.

If however you dont care about your safety and the life of your family, hire this company. You've been warned. Adrian and his company will steal from their customers and request money upfront. Once the money is collected, watch them ghost you with excuses on why your project is being delayed and give excuses about having covid, kid being sick, having an accident, blah blahetc. Then everything goes downhill after that. After collecting thousands of dollars, and after running out of excuses, the work was only 20% complete and everything they did was so wrong. Everything had to be demolished. They are currently being sued by my attorney. 1. He claims he builds outdoor kitchens. That is a lie. He hasnt built an outdoor kitchen and him.and his crew has no idea. He may have done basic landscape that anyone can do. Do not take any chances. He is a liar and scams people. See below why I say that. 1. He poured the extended concrete wrong without taking into account any pitch so water was pooling in the center of the slab. Then he did not use rebar to anchor the concrete to the original foundation so as it started to settle, the tiles started to shift 2. He didnt have the right tools to cut the tile which he was supposed to lay on top of the foundation right. 3. He didnt prepare the grout right 4. He was supposed to lay a walkway paver which should be the minimum his team could do because he claims he's a landscaping company, that was the worse I have ever seen. The pavers were cut crooked. And the gravel had a mix in of different sizes. 5. He built the firepit with cement blocks that were not fire retardant and they didnt even use a level because a 6 year old showed up and asked why the firepit was crooked. See photos. He didn't connect burner to the firepit 6. The outdoor kitchen was not completed. And the worse part was they left the tiles sitting as if installed to fool me the homeowner. It wasn't until I stepped on it and noticed movement and realized it was just cut without it being laid with thinset 7. He didnt finish the brick in the bar area 8. He didn't install the cooking sink water( connected it to the sprinkler system which is the dumbest thing I've seen causing my entire backyard to be flooded and running up my water bill 9. The worse part was when he left all the material tossed in someone else's property. Him and his crew ate made made a mess and literally had left over food and maggots growing inside the brand new appliance box that had my appliances in them. 10. Adrian has no respect for his customer' s property. Who puts trash and leftover food in a brand new box containing appliances needed to complete the project and leaves the customer site in such a disarray??? I had to pay a cleaning company to come clean up after their disgusting mess. Then Adrian chews tobacco and spits all over your lawn and yard The most dangerous part was him connecting the gas line using pipes and connections that are not meant to be used for gas lines. He's not a licensed plumber so what makes him think he could do what he did and put the lives of my family at risk is bryond me. In summary him and his team by their negligence wanted to blow up my house and my family. If you want your home and the safety of your family at risk, hire him and watch him literally steal from you under the pretense of being a contractor and destroy your home and property. Fact: they have no clue what they are doing.

However, when our housekeeper inspected the system a few days later, it was clear that the problem persisted. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the company through texts and calls, requesting them to honor their commitment and rectify the issue, our pleas fell on deaf ears. There was a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability from their side. This situation not only resulted in financial loss but also in wasted time and effort trying to resolve a problem that should have been fixed from the start.

Joe was responsive when I first requested for an estimate. I gave him the work contract. However, as the time progressed, he became unresponsive and now not responding at all. The work that was started is incomplete and after 12 calls and 13 texts and 7 emails, there is no response or a schedule to complete the work. The walls were put in some areas but with no tops or bench or grilling work even started yet. I already paid more than 50% of the total value but less than 50% work was completed with all dirt and health hazards laying on my backyard. Once, I called from a different number, Joe picked up and made a case that he is no longer in US and I should directly call the masonry person who was working at the site. Although, I have no reason to call a employee of Joe, but I did after his advise. But he too asked me to get in touch with Joe. All in all, I am at a hugh loss of money, time and work. I am disappointed with Joe and his team of not getting the work completed, lack of professionalism and commitment and an intent to run away after being paid for the work. I plan to file a complaint at BBB and other avenues where ever possible so I can get compensated for the amount paid and frustration and stress I had to go through over the past month or so. I will never recommend Joe and his team for anyone requesting for masonry and concrete work because of the negative intent and inclination to cheat customers. Joe had the guts to take some pictures of the work done and post on the yelp page to get the marketing stuff done well but the pictures are not the end of the story. BEWARE OF JOE CONTRUCTIONS

The project included a complicated French drain that started in the far side of my backyard and extended down the fence line of my property and emptied into the front lawn. The most recent project was to replace existing grass from one side of my yard and replace with gravel and step stones. None of the projects were simple one day projects.
