It left debris, car parts, and major fence damage everywhere, and with pets at home we needed help quickly. While we were being told by insurance and HOA that repairs and cleanup could take days to start, Zach came out almost immediately to help us figure everything out. Not only did he quote and repair the fence quickly, but he personally handled the debris removal as well -- even though that's not normally a service he offers. He simply added it to the project at a very fair price so we could make our yard safe again as soon as possible. This is actually the second time we've worked with him. He originally installed our fence a couple years ago, handled all the HOA approvals smoothly, and did excellent work then too. Zach is responsive, honest, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about helping people. We're incredibly grateful for how quickly he stepped in during such a chaotic situation. Highly recommend Finley's Fences. Our family can't thank you enough!!

I had an excellent experience with JPM Services and couldn't be happier with the finished project!…read moreThey extended our backyard patio and added a concrete walkway along the side of our house and around our pool. Everything turned out fantastic. Before choosing JPM, I received quotes from four different contractors. JPM stood out immediately as the most knowledgeable, and their pricing was also the most reasonable. They took the time to explain the project, answer my questions, and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, and great to work with throughout the project. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend JPM Services to anyone looking for quality concrete work at a fair price. Great experience from start to finish!

The original walkway was over 100 years old and in need of some restoration. In the beginning everything was rolling along smoothly then, the communication started to break down. Juan simply refused to return calls or texts. About a week after the walkway was completed the mortar joints started to fail. I attempted to reach Juan about 7 times and he would never return my calls. He promised he would get the issues resolved. Communication again was non-existent. After threatening him with a lawsuit he finally responded. I wish I had read his other reviews before engaging his services. Take this and others advice and save yourself the headaches. Upon searching on NextDoor, I found exactly that with Just-Stain. Justin came out to give us a quote and from our first initial meeting, I felt extremely confident and comfortable with his expertise. Very nice and respectful young man. I was blown away by his professionalism! He answered all my questions and assured me he wouldn't get stain on my artificial turf. Not to mention, his price was unbeatable! Within a few days, I settled on a color and Justin showed up to complete the job. He exceeded my expectations! My husband and I were blown away by how neat and tidy everything was. Justin takes pride in his work and was sure to keep us abreast on everything along the way. I highly recommend Just-Stain to all my neighbors and will definitely use him again in the future when I'm ready to have my house painted. I just had the opportunity again work the BFS Concrete. What a great experience! They showed up…read moreas promised. Were respectful of the dogs, stopping work so the ladies could move from house to back yard. Each day they arrived and did the work, did not bother me at all as I work in the office for the home owner. Each day as they left one worker, usually the boss or 2nd in command, would poke their head into the office and say when they would return if the next day or a few days later. The last day on site they even cleaned up all the debris from the demo, and smoothed out the disturbed ground. Do not get me wrong, concrete work is ugly, messy, tears a path to the site and back (BFS is not a landscape company). It is also noisy, jackhammers are that way. But the work was done thoroughly and as best as could be expected under any circumstances. I would say if you want to work with a professional and have the best possible concrete work done, definitely use BFS Concrete Contractors.

When Robert arrived he did some diagnostics and quickly identified the problem. Since we were not able to find a replacement pump locally, he engineered a way to temporarily provide water to the residents until we could find the proper equipment for a more permanent fix. He went the extra mile to make sure our residents had water. Robert is very knowledgeable and will tell you as much or as little about your system as you would like to know. He is very conscious about protecting the most expensive parts of your system. He made some inexpensive recommendations that would save us headaches later down the road. Since our system was fairly dated he checked every part of our system to make sure it was installed and working properly. He found a few items that needed some attention (electric ground and a water leak) and was able to fix them at no extra cost. Robert's work ethic and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Austin Lake Pumps. Don't bother calling anyone else.

No answer, but a message directed me to text instead. When I texted, the reply was simply 'I am retired.' The website (austinlakepumps.com) is still up and active with no mention of retirement or closure, the Yelp profile hasn't been updated to reflect any changes, and there's no out-of-office on the email. This is frustrating for potential customers looking for service--it's misleading to leave everything appearing operational when the owner states he's retired and isn't responding to inquiries. If the business is no longer operating, it would help everyone if the profiles and site were updated accordingly. 1 star for the lack of communication and outdated info.

On October 20th I called back and accepted their quote and asked them if they had insurance and if they could send me a copy of their insurance and they said no problem. It is now November 22nd, I have not heard back from them since. My guess is they didn't want to send me a copy of there insurance, which, as a homeowner, contracting a handyman is a serious problem. I've been hiring contractors at my actual business for decades and I've never seen such incompetence. It seems as if this business has no sense of urgency and clearly doesn't seem to put the customer first.
