Not only are we really happy with the end product, the process of working with Gene and his team during the design phase was fantastic. They were very flexible and patient when it came to hearing out design ideas and also incorporating changes along the way. They had a great attention to detail. For example they installed under ground pipes to account for the grade and possible drainage issues we would have had if they had just come in and dropped in the concrete. They also took in to account future irrigation and lighting installs and made the appropriate design mods to allow of access. I would highly recommend Gene and his team, and will absolutely use them again if the occasion should arise.

Honesty, Integrity, High-Quality are my first thoughts of Patterned Concrete. The team (led by…read moreDan) did an amazing job. Highly professional, Dan came by our home and gave a reasonable estimate. The companies references were superb similar to the other posts here. We set a date and the team started on time and worked incredibly hard throughout the process. We had a few hiccups with some of the sub-contractors, but Dan and his team were the only source of stability and consistency throughout the process. It was very refreshing, since most homeowners nightmare is that projects remain unfinished. The final product by Patterned Concrete is awesome. We are so happy we went with them. Highly recommend if you are contemplating a renovation project.

John Jr. will be quick to give you a quote and quick to steal from you…read more This project included removal of siding a replacement with match grey brick. After weeks of delay due to "fabricating brick", multiple no-shows for days of work, and difficulty getting a hold of anyone from Jacks Stone Masonry, we cancelled the project when we came home one evening to see cement board painted as brick bring placed on our the exterior of our house. His subcontractors, Gio and Matt, were unable to get a hold of John as well. They repeatedly stalled, showed up late, and had excuses as to why the work wasn't being done to what we agreed upon. They told us that the "brick they were fabricating kept breaking" or "couldn't dry in time" so they pivoted to purchasing cement board to paint. In addition to the work not being done, damage was caused to our roof where they screwed in boards through our shingles to "sit" on while they worked. We have cancelled the project and not heard back since. The entire thing was a nightmare. John Jr. has gone completely silent, running away with our $2,500 deposit. We are moving forward with legal action to try recoup losses.

After 10 years, the multiple staining and refurbishing treatments on our driveway, sidewalk, and…read morefront porch areas had failed and looked ugly. I thoroughly researched and read reviews for service companies that offered resurfacing and restoration of concrete. I narrowed it down to 4 companies as candidates. Each company's representative came out and assessed the scope of the job, offered recommendations, and submitted pricing. I awarded the work to Charles Bryant, owner of Stone Coat Concrete Coatings, based on 4 main reasons: Charles' level of experience (20+ years), the excellent reviews, the type of solution offered (method and design), and the cost-effective pricing. I made the right decision! Charles did a good job of conveying his creative skills to his crew and together they transformed something ugly into something beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. Communication and updates as the job progressed were outstanding. The finished product met and exceeded all expectations!! I would highly recommend Stone Coat Concrete Coating to restore and beautify any of your concrete areas.
