Was very encouraged that this was going to be a good experience. I was told the quote request would be handed over to another employee (Justin). Justin made arrangements to come out that week. Great. Justin came out and looked over my property. I asked for some ideas and he said Miguel would be able to make some recommendations. Things went south after that. I didn't hear from anyone for almost two weeks. When I sent a text, I started getting excuses why I haven't received any feedback. I got a text a week later saying Miguel would need to come out. I have been asking for a time when that could happen and haven't gotten a single response in over two weeks after a couple reminder texts. My photos were very clear and already at about 10-15ft away. Why not at that point did he not ask to schedule a consult with me? I felt put off. I txted him back after that response and let him know that I was not at home and that I would move on to a different company. His exact response - "Sounds good. Thanks." So there ya have it.
