Unfortunately I was able to verify what some of the other reviewers have experienced. I got an immediate response for a quote from Miguel. Was very encouraged that this was going to be a good experience. I was told the quote request would be handed over to another employee (Justin). Justin made arrangements to come out that week. Great. Justin came out and looked over my property. I asked for some ideas and he said Miguel would be able to make some recommendations. Things went south after that. I didn't hear from anyone for almost two weeks. When I sent a text, I started getting excuses why I haven't received any feedback. I got a text a week later saying Miguel would need to come out. I have been asking for a time when that could happen and haven't gotten a single response in over two weeks after a couple reminder texts. It's a shame because I am sure these guys do great work but unfortunately they don't seem to care. Good luck to those that can get their attention. read more

My photos were very clear and already at about 10-15ft away. Why not at that point did he not ask to schedule a consult with me? I felt put off. We contacted Miguel as well as several other companies to extend our patio and add a pergola. A few didn't even bother to call me back.
