Have ate here about 4 times since we moved in the area. Definitely prefer spending a little extra money to buy quality ingredients and fair portion sizes! I am a fairly big guy and I can't finish the burger and fry combo most times. We've tried a few but got two recommendations: Brazilian Burger is a great choice for people that want more whole food ingredient/ protein heavy. Can be a little dry but you can always ask for sauce! The Hawaiian Burger is great for people that look for new flavors! The teriyaki sauce and pineapple will satisfy your sweet and salty cravings. Really good burgers! They have lots of options and all made to order. They also have shakes, beer and wine. You can choose your bun (regular, wheat, gluten free or jalapeño) or do lettuce wrap or cucumber. You can also choose your protein. They have beef, turkey, chicken, beyond meat, and black bean veggie. They have really good onion rings, sweet potato fries and regular fries as well. There is ample seating for dine in with a self serve drink station. You order at the counter and they bring the order to your table, or you can call ahead for to go orders. They can have it ready in about 15 minutes. Great food, clean location, comfortable seating and excellent customer service. Give them a try! read more

Two things before I start. The address is a little confusing as it says Enclave Drive, but it it is in a strip mall across from the Xscape theaters on 1488 and Old Conroe road. Second, I am surprised no one has added them to Yelp yet as the place is always busy. I myself have been there a few times already as well and have not put in a review, so I am guilty too. This is a mom and pop burger place, and this is their second l location. It is run by a very nice family with a few employees. Depending on how busy it is depends on your wait. Your order is cooked when you place it. Thier menu has a plethora of named burgers and dogs or you can order it how you like. The big plus in my opinion is that they have real potato french fries!!!! Not frozen, not seasoned, etc, real.... They do have a veggie burger, chicken strips and hot dogs too as well as onion rings and fries jalepenos. If you are a hard core vegetarian, I cannot confirm that the veggie burger is cooked on a separate grill/griddle from the beef burgers though, please call ahead. If you do it for the health of it, it may not matter. You can order as just a burger or a combo with fries and a drink (better option, my opinion). You can order your burger to be cooked to your likeness as well. Oh yeah, it is a 1/2 lb burger I believe, but they do have a Jr. Burger as well, probably the size we should eat, but dont! I like the Montgomery Burger combo, cooked to a med rare with jalepenos, bacon and the usual veggies. The kids get the jr, with cheese mustard and pickles. The buns are fresh every time. The only thing I add is a little salt to the burger, which for me is weird as most places the food it usually too salty for me. The fries, like I said are real potatoes and cooked very well. It is probably my favorite part of the meal. We have tried the milkshakes once, but we felt it was a little too milky. Overall, the owners and staff are great, food delivery can be a little slow, but they cook to order so I will not complain about that. This is more for awareness. I have enjoyed everything there (the milkshake was good, just needed more icecream). It is a great location across from the movies and right next door is a place to get your sweet tooth satisfied, but that is another review. Our whole family was very excited to try the new burger spot in town. We do have a rather large family of six. That being said I was able to sample six different burgers.... :) everything was fresh and tasty . The pineapple barbecue was sweet and savory. The Texas burger with beans it's not on the side was oddly satisfying. The plain buyer with cheese was once as well . Great Fresh cut fries and great onion rings. I really wanted a blue cheese bacon burger and was looking forward to it but it wasn't on the menu. Nor was there any avocado to be had. Although they did have keto options for on the menu and vegetarian option on the menu which I appreciate. Now let's get to the price. Price point is extremely high In this establishment and is the main reason we will not be coming back. It was $69 to feed our family of six. Now for me that is sit down and dine in price with a waiter or waitress. I wanted to have a shake but after I picked my chin up off the counter we had to eat and go. Probably a good burger if you were by yourself and wanted to spend $15 or more. But if you have a large family I wouldn't be my first place that I would suggest to get a burger in the area.... I was ordering from a menu with the wrong prices. When I asked about the difference ( about 30% more) the server pointed to the bottom of the menu that said "prices subject to change". I understand that prices increase- but definitely felt tricked. The burger was hot but undersized for the bun and the fries were grossly over salted. Even my teen thought they were over salted. I could have overlooked all of it except the pricing. Transparency is important to consumers. My husband and I decided to try this out for date night. We looked at the projected menu and ordered. I got a number 6 which is the Texas burger and my husband got a number 2. We also ordered the 6 count buffalo wings. The Texas burger's projected description stated that it had grilled onions among other toppings. However, when I received it it was covered in beans. My husband went to go ask if there was a mistake and we were informed that the projected menu is incorrect and the printed menu has the correct descriptions. We were the only customers upon our arrival, so it would have been nice to have someone let us know. They watched us look at the menu for a while and never let us know that the descriptions aren't accurate. The burgers we were on a great bun but were thin and very dry, on top of not being what I had wanted. The biggest problem though is that my husband also has come down with food poisoning within an hour of leaving the restaurant. The wings looked terrible. My husband, who really puts down wings, only ate 3 out of the 6 due to texture and taste. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price. read more

I have been wanting to try Works burger and made it a point to visit today after leaving the comic shop around the corner. The atmosphere was a little sparse and I didn't have high hopes at first after entering. The price for my burger was $11 and I thought that a little expensive, but it included fries and a drink. That's just about a dollar more than my usual mcdonalds meal. Price suddenly seemed much more reasonable. The burger was a hand made patty, not frozen and was well seasoned and charred in just the right places. Cheese was melty and gooey. French fries were very nice. Hand cut russet potatoes, the best kind for fries. And fried in peanut oil till brown. The smallest fry buys were very crunchy with whole fries were perfectly soft inside their brown shell. Place was clean. Staff friendly though did not talk to me after I got my food. Both TVs were on sports. A normal negative for me so I just buried my nose in my phone. read more

Hotdog rang up as $4.75, it should have been $3.99 Chicken Strip Combo rang up as $8.29/should have been $7.99 Not a big deal, right? When I mentioned it to the very aloof cashier he just shrugged and said "it's a mistake". We shouldn't have paid, but it wasn't a huge deal. We wanted to talk to the manager, so we asked him if he would bring her over after explaining again what the price issue was. We asked him if he wanted to bring the manager over (since he seemed frustrated), and he says "Not really. your food will be behind/she is busy". We told him we were okay with waiting, as we were now unimpressed by his attitude. He fails to bring her over and just tells us that the system has the correct prices. I went to speak to the manager in person: I explained to her about the cashiers poor attitude. He was in earshot- he turned around and snapped at me, saying loudly "I TOLD YOU SHE WAS BUSY". Extremely disappointed. It's a shame when you pay $38.00 through Door Dash for 2 hamburger combo meals and it's awful. The bun was dry, the lettuce brown and wilted, and it was just not that great. When ordering I chose to upgrade my fresh cut french fries for "seasoned" fries for $2 additional, and kept my husband's as plain, fresh cut fries. We received one order of seasoned fries and one order of seasoned waffle fries. Maybe they should consider correcting that option on the menu. The real shame was just the sheer fact that I was craving a good burger and couldn't get it from a place that does burgers! It's not like they're doing 5 or 10 other things, they do 1 thing. Took the family to WB for lunch Saturday after watching End Game. Nice location, within walking distance of the theatre. We should have walked after sitting for 3 hours, but we drove. The place was almost full. We all ordered something close to the house burger, nothing fancy. Didn't take long to get our food. The hamburgers were generous, definitely 2-handed. The fries were home cut but soggy like the oil wasn't hot enough. They did have screens with ball games and the draft playing. The bill came to ~$35 plus tip for the 3 of us which in my opinion is about $10 too much for combo #1s. Overall, food was alright, service met expectations, clean, but too expensive to be a regular. First time visit. We walked up to the counter to order and it took a few minutes before any of the kitchen staff acknowledged us. Employees did not seemed to have any sense of urgency. We placed our order and got our food about 10 minutes later. Burgers were good, but fries, onion rings and mushrooms were over cooked almost to the point of being burnt. We did not complain, but don't think we'll ever go back. Also add a surcharge for credit card which is not cool. Not sure how long this place will stay in business. read more

My husband really likes the burgers but for me I think they're just OK... On numerous occasions they have made my burger incorrect. One of the most important things for me is that if I say no mustard I mean no mustard... Don't put mustard and try to cover it up with mayonnaise... Yuck! Owner is very nice and recently has added breakfast to their menu although I have not tried it... But my neighbor has and said it is very good. Restaurants is really clean and conveniently located to where we live. Years ago me & my family started going to the one by the lake on Hwy 105 & now I'm so glad a 2nd location was open closer to my home on 1488, you can't go wrong with this place everything is fresh hand made! Hit or miss. Some days their produce are fresh and other days looks questionable. Their burger patty is always on point. It's a toss up when it comes to their french fries. It would come out way over cooked close to burnt or seasoned evenly, fluffy, & crunchy.
