WorldMark (WM) Branson in Branson, MO, was the third WM resort during our Route 66 Centennial Celebration road trip in the Midwest. Our overall stay was wonderful and comfortable. Upon entry into the simple and cozy lobby, Tom greeted me immediately with a smile. Check-in was quick and easy. He was very friendly and amicable. Thank you for the warm welcome and great service! This relaxed resort has multiple buildings. There are external stairs, but no elevators. Free self-parking. Seasonal outdoor pool, year-round hot tubs, fitness center, basketball & tennis courts, and game room are primary amenities available for guest use only. We had a one bedroom unit plus a pull down murphy bed in the living room. Room was clean and organized. Carpet was a bit dark and could use a wash. Kitchen was small, but fully equipped with kitchen essentials and dishwashing detergents. Bathroom had complimentary bottles of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion for our use. Always nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a fireplace. Small patio with table and chairs. Overlook from the patio was of vibrant green trees... not much of a view. This will be our only visit at this resort since we don't live nearby. We only added this stay as part of our trip because we were in MO. Grateful to have stayed here. I got to check off one more WM resort on my WM resort adventures list. Highly recommend for anyone who loves vacationing in MO. Enjoy your WM stay! Our stay at WorldMark at Branson was extremely disappointing due to a serious cleanliness issue. Late one evening, we discovered bed bugs on the shower curtain in our unit. This was alarming and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the help desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time and that a manager would be emailed. No alternative accommodations, inspection, or immediate assistance was offered. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short. We were staying with family and friends and had activities planned for another full day, all of which had to be canceled. This was especially frustrating and disappointing right before Christmas. A situation like this should be handled with urgency and care. The lack of response and support only made an already stressful situation worse. We expected much better from a resort of this reputation. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! Or any RCI property. The floor of our apartment was absolutely disgusting. It was obvious there was no attempt to vacuum or clean the floors. When we told the front desk (two different times) we were cut off from talking and they seemed very unfazed and not surprised. There was a dead cockroach in the outside hall for the whole 5 days we stayed. There was dirt, hair, trash, food crumbs, a fake eyelash and more all over the floor. There were hairs all in the shower and one of the beds. BE WARNED. It's nasty and they don't care. They walls are so thin we could hear the people above us stomping around all day and night. There's also no elevator. We were also charge for a deposit for another stay and were not told our spouse had to be there after we clearly told them it was a girls trip. They offered to refund us but no one seemed to know what to do and we had to leave without a refund. read more

So it rained the entire weekend I was here and then I found out that the HDMI ports on tv's are locked out for connecting your own devices. Why can I go to a $50 a night 1 star hotel and connect my son's Xbox to the tv with no problem so he can play games or use our own Netflix account (because I refuse to put my account info on a device that isn't mine) but I come to a luxury resort and HDMI access is locked out? I had to go to Walmart the first morning I was there to buy a 24" tv and set it up on the coffee table for the weekend. They claim that the sales meetings aren't pressured but in reality you are absolutely pressured to go to these meetings. I know they say there are some perks for doing it but then I just found out there aren't any perks at all. The water heater isn't even big enough to fill up the jacuzzi bathtub 1 time. Water turns cold before the level gets up to the jets. No elevator. I looked around the room for this sales meeting and there is no one under 50 years old. I just had spinal surgery 10 months ago. I checked in late around 11pm. I was stuck carrying a 52 lbs suitcase up and down the stairs because there is no elevator or even a stairs bypass path. I do believe that is an ADA violation. On previous trips to Branson (I come here regularly because I have family that live near by) I was put at The Falls which was very nice. This Worldmark property is a downgrade compared to The Falls even though I was told that this place is supposed to be better. It's not. And last... DO NOT let this place scam you into attending their sales meeting with the offer of a free week vacation. The offer is complete trash. 99% of the available locations have an upgrading fee. Out of curiosity I searched for a hotel in my area that was covered by the "free week vacation" offer. The upgrade fee was $1219.99 for specific 7 days the offer stated it was valid for. I then did a regular online search for the same place using the same days in the offer and found it was $861. Where is the free week vacation if it costs roughly $350 more to use the free week offer than just booking online directly? read more

Everything about the rooms and facilities were great. We were offered a tour for the gifts of 7 night resort stay, half price show tickets and $100 off next hotel stay. We took the 60 minutes tour .There was no $100 off next hotel stay rather a hotel saving card, which was not the promised gift. I asked to give us the promised gift for the past 30 days since our stay and someone is supposed to call us but they never do. I have made 8-10 calls to ask for a correction of the promised gift. I have it in writing of the gift but no one seems to want to honor what was promised rather allow misrepresentation of the gifts that we were due to receive from taking the optional tour. DON'T TAKE A TOUR, YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE THE PROMISED GIFTS OR RECEIVE A LESSOR GIFT THAN PROMISED AND NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT CARES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. read more

Nice accommodations. Kids spent lots of time at the pool and hot tub. Beds are pretty comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of six. Not too far from all the entertainment and restaurants in Branson. read more

Checkin was quick, no sales team. The place has an outdoor pool, wading pool and hot tub. Right off the pool is a game room for foozeball, pool and arcade games. Parking is a plenty. We had the two bedroom suite which has a king and two singles along with a Murphy bed. Two bathrooms, a full size kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and tv. Balcony faces the golf course but there are plenty of trees you hardly see the golfers. Room was clean. Great location off yellow route. Easy to get to the landing or shows. read more

Tranquil and quiet... Home away from Home The WorldMark resorts have slowly reopened and as soon as we were able to we booked this location for our Midwestern states vacation. The location is nice and quiet and the facility is clean as we came to expect all the WorldMark resorts to be. We checked in late and we were greeted by a friendly employee who checked us in quickly. We didn't need a parking pass. We had a unit that could accommodate a maximum of 6 people so for the three of us it was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We occupied a room on the 3rd floor, one stair up. I was glad that we didn't get a call to attend another "owner update"... maybe they've temporarily suspended it during Covid-19. The next day we came back to the registration office to inquire about discount tickets to shows. The location is not too far from all the entertainment and shows. We stayed in the two bedroom condo and it was a fantastic space. There was a full kitchen, a fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a patio with a great view of the greenery behind us. It felt like we had our own mini forest. My favorite part about our stay was spotting a few groundhogs, a cool frog, and lots of bunnies! The one major knock was the hardcore Timeshare sales push. It was also a little cheesy that we had to put quarters in to play pool. But we enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the common room, which was very spatious. read more

Clean & Very nice. Just don't fall for the timeshare pitch. My family and I went to spend a couple days in Branson. We stayed at the WorldMark in Branson which we really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. While we checked in a Gentleman named Josué, offered us a 1 week vacation to any one of the whyndham resorts if we would go listen to a 90min presentation. My husband and I attended the presentation which went way over 90min. Decided what they were offering was not for us, and were given a sheet of paper with no information on booking the free stay they had promised us. I later called to ask about the info & was told I would receive an email. I have yet to receive it. They wasted our time and lied about the gift. Don't fall into this trap! Great resort, just don't do the 90min timeshare pitch. Waste of time! read more

Love this location!!! Near all the best of Branson without having to deal with the main road. There's so much you can do in Branson or not!!! Because there's so much you can do at this location! Right on a golf course. Great pool, jacuzzis ( need to be hotter) and a kids pool. Playground, tennis and basket ball courts. Large recreation hall with a variety of table games. A nice fitness center. Condos are newly renovated beautifully. Come with everything you could need minus the food! Complete w comfortable Murphy bed, bbq on balcony, fireplace, stereo, tv's, washer and dryer, games and movies to check out and jets in the master bath tub!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Only bummers... Wifi that we paid extra for doesn't work and my husband needed it to do some work. No elevators! My in laws found it very challenging to navigate how they have their handicapped parking as well! read more

We loved our stay here! The staff is very friendly/helpful. The units are spacious! The gas fireplace was nice on these cool winter nights in December! We used the exercise room a few times, and machines worked well. They have towels and also a water cooler, which make a workout nicer. This is the FIRST Worldmark resort I have stayed at where the Internet signal was fantastic! lol (I didn't think it possible!) You definitely need a car while at this resort. Grocery shopping, dining, and shows/attractions are a few miles away. read more

Been to over a dozen Worldmark resorts so far, and each one always is top notch place to spend time in, or just an overnight stay while on the road! This one, no different- we were given a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor of three level unit. Nice view of the golf course and the unit has everything you would want to have during your stay. In Branson, one spa has not worked for "YEARS" the other one started cooling off yesterday and now is COLD. We aren't even allow to lay in the chairs near it. Where do my maintenance dues go? If this resort came on line with two spas then they should be required to maintain BOTH...... read more

Worldmark is a horrible company, paying about $5,000 a year for three weeks in a condo is nuts. No matter what they tell you it's a ripoff. They'll tell every lie just to sign you, then, you're stuck! read more

on my very first trip to branson ( have been twice, and planning a 3rd) I stayed at this resort on a friend's points. we couldn't afford the vacation at the time due to my mother's mounting medical bills, so our friend offered a vacation for us with his wyndham membership, the room we stayed in was awesome and we had never stayed in a resort before. we did attend a presentation and became wyndham owners, but soon had to let go of it because her medical situation got worse and the medical bills kept mounting. this is definately for the deep pocket people...those of us on a limited income this is too expensive for you, trust me. but if you can afford it, it is wonderful. read more

Our family vacation was ruined after we drove 8hrs to find out our reservation was canceled for a 2 bedroom condo we paid for 6 days In advance. I was given a claim and phone number to call when I arrived and was told I should have received an email about the cancellation and that's what happen sometimes when you book through a 3rd party, which I thought was very unprofessional. I booked through American express travel/ Expedia both companies said that WorldMark Branson was to blame and at the time my reservation was made the 2 bedroom condo was available and if it wasn't, I wouldn't have been able to pay in full and get a conformation . After spending an hour on the phone with American Express travel who In return was communicating with WorldMark Branson offer to put my family of 5 In a one bedroom condo while they work on relocating us. We have been coming to Branson for years and have stayed at several nice condos this is the worst one ever, If our reservation was canceled you should have immediately refunded our money and not wait until we drive 8hrs to tell us our reservation was canceled due to errors WorldMark Branson made. I feel like we were part of a bait and switch, yes we were given a $50 per night credit but that's nothing for the inconvenience for all of us having to share one bathroom and sleep on the sofa. read more
