Absolutely loved our stay here. We rented a villa for two nights. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The property was set back off the strip and quiet. Lots to do - pools, shuffleboard, fire pit, pool table, foosball, basketball, tetherball, coffee in the lobby! Staff was very kind. 100% will be back!

This has been a good stay. We visit here frequently. It's the only place in Branson we like to stay. We had very friendly interactions with Earl and Brittany who were cleaning rooms and delivering clean linens. Very friendly and welcoming. They were at 100% capacity, so we're busy but still took great care of any needs. We had fun joining in some of the resort activities, such as Friday evening sangria and salsa. Love the quiet clean area, yet close to everything.

8.18.20 Just checked in to Willow Ridge front desk ladies are excellent very friendly we actually got in early room wasn't ready. We went drove around grabbed a bit to eat and the called when the room was ready. Came back and now we are all checked in. Will update later about other things later.

I booked a 4day stay here for my anniversary. The grounds are clean and well kept and the lodge itself was nice. Our room was clean although it did smell a bit funny. The TV kept cutting out but that wasn't a big deal. The problem started with the balcony upgrade we bought. We paid extra for a balcony with a view but when we got our room it was on the ground floor. There was a patio outside the living room and several large sized air conditioning units outside the bedroom. No balcony. When I called the front desks to inquire about the balcony upgrade that I paid for she said the patio "is the balcony"and that it was "just on the first floor". I got scammed so if you stay here don't even bother with the balcony upgrade. They don't honor it.

This is the terrible TV

It was nice to have a refrigerator to keep leftovers or groceries and saved a little bit of money by making breakfast instead of going out. Our child really enjoyed the whirlpool tub and I enjoyed the dual headed shower. Dryer was good to throw our swim clothes in so they were ready for the next day. Our child was very happy as the cabins are in the flight path of the helicopter tours. As the helicopter returned, it flew right overhead. So close the pilot waved to us. Luckily they did not run all hours of the day, guess it was still off season. And didn't run at night, unlike in Vegas. Some very minor complaints...but the good outweighed these by a long shot. The A/C didn't seem to work very well on the first night we got there. Luckily a cold front moved through and the cabin cooled down nicely. A couple of mornings were cold enough our son wanted to turn on the fireplace, so we obliged. It was early May when we went, so the pools on-premise were not in shape. Also the recent flooding didn't help. So we made do with the pool at the Plaza hotel. Would have liked maybe one more set of plates and some larger glasses, so we wouldn't have to do dishes so often and could fill the dishwasher instead of running small loads. Pizza coupon provided with the room, the location mentioned has closed...or at least the website no longer lists it and Yelp indicates it is closed. Pics of the cabins are very accurate.

This was alarming and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the help desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time and that a manager would be emailed. No alternative accommodations, inspection, or immediate assistance was offered. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short. We were staying with family and friends and had activities planned for another full day, all of which had to be canceled. This was especially frustrating and disappointing right before Christmas. A situation like this should be handled with urgency and care. The lack of response and support only made an already stressful situation worse. We expected much better from a resort of this reputation.

Why can I go to a $50 a night 1 star hotel and connect my son's Xbox to the tv with no problem so he can play games or use our own Netflix account (because I refuse to put my account info on a device that isn't mine) but I come to a luxury resort and HDMI access is locked out? I had to go to Walmart the first morning I was there to buy a 24" tv and set it up on the coffee table for the weekend. They claim that the sales meetings aren't pressured but in reality you are absolutely pressured to go to these meetings. I know they say there are some perks for doing it but then I just found out there aren't any perks at all. The water heater isn't even big enough to fill up the jacuzzi bathtub 1 time. Water turns cold before the level gets up to the jets. No elevator. I looked around the room for this sales meeting and there is no one under 50 years old. I just had spinal surgery 10 months ago. I checked in late around 11pm. I was stuck carrying a 52 lbs suitcase up and down the stairs because there is no elevator or even a stairs bypass path. I do believe that is an ADA violation. On previous trips to Branson (I come here regularly because I have family that live near by) I was put at The Falls which was very nice. This Worldmark property is a downgrade compared to The Falls even though I was told that this place is supposed to be better. It's not. And last... DO NOT let this place scam you into attending their sales meeting with the offer of a free week vacation. The offer is complete trash. 99% of the available locations have an upgrading fee. Out of curiosity I searched for a hotel in my area that was covered by the "free week vacation" offer. The upgrade fee was $1219.99 for specific 7 days the offer stated it was valid for. I then did a regular online search for the same place using the same days in the offer and found it was $861. Where is the free week vacation if it costs roughly $350 more to use the free week offer than just booking online directly?

While in the restroom, I noticed reddish brown drops on the wall tile and vanity. After taking a shower, there was a huge pool of water because the seal on the door was damaged and not attached to the glass door so the door didn't shut. The fan in the bathroom was also not connected to the ceiling and was extremely dirty. The security door latch also was pulled from the wall and was barely hanging onto the wall. When we tried to dial 0 to call the front desk, the automated mesaage on the phone said that operator services would not be available after Dec 2017! Really?? It's Aug 2025! How is one supposed to now get ahold of the front desk from the room? We had to get in the car and drive to the front desk. Sharon was super apologetic after we showed her the photos. She had to call her supervisor to get authorization and wanted to get us in a cottage but you could hear the supervisor clear as day over the phone say "No!" We were told that they couldn't move us to a cottage because we're owners and used points and they couldn't do a double upgrade (going from studio to a 2 bedroom). When Sharon talked to her supervisor, Sharon told her that only 1101 was available as 2 other condos were out of commission as well. So we were told we would be given 1101 which is 1 level BELOW the parking lot. Ok, it is what it is. In 1101, the bathroom had all the cabinet doors open that it looked like someone ransacked the bathroom. No toiletries were on the vanity. There was also no coffee nor laundry detergent in the condo. Basic housekeeping items that is supposed to be in the condo. Upon further inspection of 1101, there were dead bugs that we assume were coming in through the unsealed front door since you could see daylight coming through and the security latch was completely missing from the door. We had to go back to the front desk and politely asked Sharon that she needed to call her manager to find another solution as 1101 was even worse. Upon calling the front desk manager (Sharon's supervisor's supervisor) who authorized the move to a cottage, we were able to move. When we returned back to 1404 to get our items, the pool of water from the shower was gone meaning that it soaked into the floor and will lead to a mold issue if it's not already there. Out of the 12 condos, 4 had issues (incl the 2 I listed) and it's quite clear that it's in shambles. What is my HOA paying for because it certainly isn't for the upkeep of the building. It also feels that the building is the red-headed stepchild of the resort and it's still pricey. 75k points for a week in Aug for a studio is ridiculous especially when we were sold into the program that we could get a cottage in the village for 75k points.

We had the condo booked for 7 days/nights (Saturday to Saturday), but we did not get here until Sunday. My father in law checked us in and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived, our designated condo was hot, like in the 90s, and the air conditioning was not working. My father in law called the office, and the woman who answered was being wishy washy and said they would eventually get a maintenance person to look at it. Couldn't tell us a time or even an approximation of when they will fix our issue. Mind you, it's been in the upper 90s to slightly over 100°F lately. Having been left in limbo, we called again about 45 minutes later, and the woman who answered the phone was nicer. She put us on hold for less than a minute while she spoke to her manager. Shortly after, the maintenance guy came and checked a different room, told us we would need to move, and that he was just waiting for the main office to call back and give the go-ahead. So we moved one level down to an equivalent condo. After moving our things, we were hungry and decided to go to the main office/check-in area to swap the key cards for the correct room. The woman did not even allow us to speak. She simply stated she knows what's going on. Then she got confused, taking 4 tries to finally get the condo number correct. If she had just listened rather than acting frustrated and upset, it would have been done correctly the first time. Customer service was really disappointing at this point of our trip. Also, when we finally got the new condo, the bed wasn't made. We made it with the extra blanket they have stored in the closet. The good news was that the replacement condo appeared to be clean when we moved in there. On the first day, we woke up to a blaring fire alarm before 7 am. Great way to start a relaxing trip, right? No. Fortunately, the remainder of our stay was better. Although you can hear everything in the condo, the area had some upside such as 2 swimming pool locations by where the cottages are, an on-site restaurant and bar you could walk up to from the pool area, and some resort activities for families. They also have a dock you could use if you're bringing your boat or renting one. The condo had a huge bath tub, it was sort of broken and refused to drain at first, but it was nice for relaxing. I went to the restaurant at the resort for lunch. Not super horrible. The huge bathroom with 2 sinks was great. The balcony, while nice, offered only a view of some unfinished grounds, the trailer for housekeeping, and some trees, but nothing exhilarating. This was a place to get some sleep, but we never did get anyone to come and make the bed or give us proper bed sheets.

They put us in their Carriage Place property, which was run down. For the presentation, we drove to Stormy Point Village where we were shown a nice 4 bedroom cottage. We asked if our 75k points would cover a stay here and he said yes, but only in the 2 bedroom cottage, which was totally fine with us. Spoiler: 75k gets you a 2 bedroom cottage in Jan/Feb for the week. Because our 75k points couldn't be rolled over to next yr nor saved in Trading Places, we had to use them or lose them. We opted to stay in Stormy Point for the week, but 75k only gets you a studio in Aug in Stormy Point Lakeside, which is their dilapidated building. After complaining of the issues in not 1, but 2 studios, they allowed us to move to a cottage. The cottage has issues too, but better than the studios. We were told about an owner's information meeting that would take an hr. Turns out it is a "New Owners Orientation," which is their term to upsell current owners. Nick was our sales guy and he started the meeting with "No offense but I usually don't meet with people like you." And he continues to state that he's so high up in the company that he only came in because they had a shortage of employees that day. When I told him that we weren't interested in upgrading, he then says "Don't take this the wrong way but I can read people like you. I'm not trying to sell you anything." Well, Nick is a liar because they tried to get us to upgrade to 200k points for $17k to use all the perks of our timeshare since they have re-vamped it. I'm sorry but if I'm already an owner, I should already get to use all the new perks after a re-vamp without needing to pay more. I'm not sure where my HOA goes but it's clearly NOT at this property. Save your time and money and DO NOT give Capital Vacations another thought. If you are so set on staying in Stormy Point Village, you can book directly and pay $100 more for the week than what I pay for my HOA without the headache of this company.

Not for Wyndham, since I have absolutely no hope of receiving a sincere and honest response from the company--just the same old copy-and-paste of automated replies from other reviews. No, thank you. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I requested a unit with handicap accessibility. Not only did they give me one that didn't meet the requirements, but they also gave me the one furthest from the elevator. It was all done on purpose. The unit was very nice, well-designed, and comfortable, but completely in need of MAINTENANCE. As I said, the toilets weren't handicap-accessible--they couldn't have been any lower. The king-size bed had a completely worn-out mattress, causing back, neck, or hip pain upon waking, with visible sagging, leading to poor sleep (tendency to roll toward the center), and clearly over 10 years old. Closet doors that fell off their hinges. In the past, there used to be a quiet hours policy from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It seems that no longer exists, lest it offend some guest, who feels free to slam doors, shout, run, and jump around at any hour they please. We arrived late after a 5-hour drive. We were really looking forward to relaxing and getting some rest. But that wasn't how it went. Right after check-in, we were "ambushed" by people trying to sell us a timeshare. Just a quick aside. Don't get involved with timeshares. It's the most expensive thing that can happen to you in your life. I had two--yes, two--timeshares, and I totally regret it. Not just because they tell you one thing to sell it to you, and the reality is something else entirely. Let's just do the math. $40,000 for two timeshares plus the annual fee--let's say another $1,000 a year... If you have that kind of money to spend, invest it and go on vacation for free every year. That's all I have to say. The employees who want to sell you the timeshare get pretty upset when you tell them no. I'm not going to waste two hours of my vacation listening to nonsense and nonsense that doesn't get you anywhere in the end. Another unbelievable thing about Wyndham. There's no housekeeping. Exactly. They have staff constantly walking the hallways, but you can't request them. Not even if you pay for it. The reason: make more money. Regardless of the customer, regardless of the quality of service, regardless of whether the customer is comfortable and enjoying their stay. No, first comes the dividend paid to shareholders, and way down the list is the QUALITY OF SERVICE. And don't get me wrong, I'm an investor. Getting back to the room, the sofa and the accent chair were a disaster--completely sagging and very uncomfortable. I'll say it again: we booked through Expedia, and that's how they ended up sending us to the worst room. I have travel experience--perhaps much more than these Wyndham managers--with 60 years of traveling for pleasure and work. I know the difference and what should be done. That's why this review is for those looking to enjoy a nice trip, a break, and a hassle-free experience. SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

Also, there's a really cute marmot and a cute skunk on property too. Outwardly, the places look nice, but once you look at the details, you realize how run down this place really is. We are owners and needed to spend points as we couldn't roll them over nor save them. I wonder exactly where my HOA is going to, but it's definitely NOT this property. We ended up in a 2 bedroom cottage after issues with 2 studios in their Lakeside building (see my review in the Lakeside property). The cottage seemed super nice when we first got in here after our studio debacle, but you can see there are water leaks, mismatched ceiling paint (prob a fix to a water leak), AC broke after 2 days when it's been 95+ outside, a broken lamp in the downstairs bedroom, exterior lock not put on correctly, and deep gouges in the floor. Most of the cottages have cracked siding and missing roof shingles (prob the reason for water leaks). We looked up staying here out of pocket and realized that staying a week in a 2 bedroom cottage costs $100 more for the week than our HOA for 75k points. Also, 75k points gets you a week in a 2 bedroom cottage in Jan/Feb. For Aug, you can only get the studio in their dilapidated building. The hot tub at the lighthouse is cooler than Table Rock Lake and about the temperature of the pool. The main pool by check in seems nicer and is great for kids. One of the doors in women's restroom is missing from the stall and the steel in the men's restroom is rusted. Not sure how hard it is to get replacements. One nice thing is that it's away from the center of Branson so it's quiet. Stay away from this property and Capital Vacations. Our AC stopped working and we dealt with it as it was 73° so not unbearable, but on our last day, it was 86°. We told the front desk and asked for a portable AC, which they said they only had a fan. The AC tech came out and when pulling the breaker to work on it properly, the breaker box became separated from the siding. Unfortunately for us, the AC wasn't fixed but the tech left a box fan. The box fan was NOT going to work for the 86° temp so we decided to pack up and check out. Michelle was super apologetic at the desk and offered to move us to another unit, but we didn't think it was worth it since it was going to be less than 6 hours. After being home for a few hours, 11 hrs away, I received a call from Carla checking up on our AC complaint and wondering if our unit had cooled down. WHAT?? I had to tell her that we checked out last night. This place doesn't know which way is up.

AVOID AVOID AVOID…read more Wish we would have read recent reviews. This place needs new management and fast! All houses are in disrepair. They don't have enough staff to run the place. Our toddlers watched a dry kiddie pool for three days this summer because they didn't have enough people. Sad we used to love this place so much. Our AC was broken, all our TVs and cable were broken, smoke detectors had the batteries out, wasps nests everywhere (not just a few small ones). Staff seems defeated and management are rude and confrontational. We spent THOUSANDS on this trip. They agreed to refund us, and now are refusing to do so. We've called and they now just hang up on us.
