I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could. read more

Great area and Branson is super nice. This hotel was ok but I'm still giving it 5 stars for the service from Kimberly D. I'll start with the room: The pillows were too flat and used for me. I like fluffy pillows. The mattress made too much noise when I turnover... sounds like springs, like a trampoline. Mattress is wore out. Shower is decent, but needs to be updated... kinda beat inside. Service; the service I received at check in was quick and fast. Super friendly on the night shift. But in the morning, KIMBERLY D really helped me out when I needed to switch hotels from Branson, Missouri to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since I'm staying here on personal time and on Hilton Honors points. She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Though this hotel needs some updating in the room... it's not too bad... but the customer service makes up for it. 5 stars for a mediocre room should say something... because KIMBERLY D is a true professional read more

We stayed a few days in April 2025 to go to a couple shows and the hot water in our room was only slightly warm, after running the shower for 20 minutes; it was really late in the evening when I discovered this, didn't want to move, wife was already asleep. In the morning, we started to move to another room, but discovered that the room they were planning to move us had a shower faucet that was rusted shut, so I decided to stay in the first room, as they promised to work on the hot water during the day. They kinda fixed the hot water, it was really warm that evening after running it for 5-10 minutes. So, if you're going here, be sure the hot water works. read more

I gave it a 3 star for one reason, your sheets suck. Stayed 3 nights, my wife and I were up multiple times either trying to put on the fitted sheet or pick the duvet blanket off the floor. It's horrible when you wake up feeling trapped. Why? The fitted sheet and mattress protector are wrapped around you. They don't fit the mattress because the mattress is to thin. Also, my wife or I cannot sleep in a warm room and we bring a fan for air movement. And we don't have issues at other hotels. But when you wake up freezing because the duvet keeps sliding off or it's on the floor, or the blanket is coming out of the duvet cover... you don't get a restful nights sleep. Outstanding place to stay when you're forced to endure Branson. Clean, large rooms that are a decent stretch away from the Strip, which is worth a lot in and of itself. Friendly staff, easy to get in an out of. And best of all... a showerhead that I didn't have to stoop down to get the benefit of. If and when the Family again forces me to endure Branson, this is where I'm going to demand we stay. read more

Came in really late and soaking wet from the storms and they helped us get settled quickly and aided us in any favors we asked.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Branson. We requested a king size room. The room was very comfortable and roomy. The bathrooms were larger than the queen size rooms that our parents stayed in. The wallpaper was coming off the walls a bit it could use a little attention. The air conditioner had a of mind of it's own. It was hard to set the temperature. The ladies working at the desk and lobby were very nice and always spoke to us. A couple times at their desk. They had individually wrapped cookies for their guest or apples and oranges. If you didn't have time to eat breakfast, they had a bag that you could grab that had a water, apple, bagel, and peanut butter for you . We opted out of having cleaning service and just went down every day to get anything that we may have needed like fresh towels. The breakfast was very good. The guy working at the breakfast area was amazing! He really hustled. He made sure everything was full at all times and also came around to clear your table for you. I was very impressed with him! The hotel was about 5 miles or 12 minute drive to the main strip of Branson. read more

Check in was good. Room was cold...which I like however, it was kinda dirty. The flat surfaces of the desk, TV stand and luggage stand in the main bedroom area had not been wiped down. Same for the bathroom countertop. I used a white washcloth soaked in hot water and wiped everything down, which made me cringe with how much grime was on the washcloth. Also found a couple of long black hairs in the bathtub. I stay in hotels all over the country twice a week and this one gets a three out of five. I will not be staying long enough to have breakfast in the morning however, I hear it is complementary. read more

Room is very clean, courteous staff and the breakfast was top notch. They offer eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy (the gravy was not good), oatmeal, cereal and waffles. They have other items but I was impressed with the waffle toppings. read more

This is the best Hampton we have ever stayed in. We have been here for 5 nights. It's nice and quiet, but a short 15 Minute ride to the Landing or the shows. This Hampton excels in customer service from the check-in desk, cleaning and breakfast crew. The breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of foods. There are cookies at night and snack bags in the morning. Loved our stay here. read more

I am sharing this review as the GM of this hotel, Debbie, is the supervisor over this TRU in springfield, MO and stated the same to me. The guests are liars and I only imagine this hotel has no security footage to back them up either more or less make the guests feel safe in their hotels! "Arrived and not only NOT greeted with the diamond member extras (bottled waters a small snack or even acknowledged) for the weekend but requested a couple extra pillows so that each registered guest in the room had 2 pillows to sleep with. The staff went and looked and after awhile I was going to go back and see where the pillows were. The staff shouted at me from down the hall saying they had no other bedding! Not enough for 2 pillows per registered guest!! The rooms are very drafty and could hear the winds all night long coming thru the windows. Next morning I let the manager, Nicholas, I was upset and almost wanted to check out and stay my other night at another hotel. He stated he was sorry for the actions of staff and got me the pillows and bedding as needed and stated he was crediting me 1 nights worth of points to my account. I agreed to stay the duration of my stay. Checking out I even spoke with him again and told him from then on things were good but would look for those 1 nights points to be credited. He is the GM of this hotel and decided nearly a week after I left the property and the city to take back his offer! He stated I was a liar and refused to give me his bosses contact info. I looked it up myself and learned she manages the Hampton in the Hills in Branson. She as well stated I was a liar and she stood with the staff there not yelling and not providing me with pillows and such. They state that but yet they have no security cameras or audio or anything as I requested that there in the hotel lobby or 1 floor hotel! This pricier hotel will not treat you with respect. They do NOT HAVE SECURITY FOOTAGE OR AUDIO EITHER! They are a franchise as they state and do not have to follow Hilton standards (as they even stated in an email) They are an overpriced Days Inn type hotel. Don't waste your money or time here!" The GM, Debbie, here at Hampton has called me a liar and with her views of that and how she manages the other properties she has like this one I will never stay at this Hampton hotel ever! read more

This hotel is very clean and they have friendly staff there also. We didn't have any issue checking in. All the questions we had got answered. There's an indoor pool with almost nobody in it when we went there. There's also a bathroom in the pool area which makes it very convenient. read more

UPDATE DECEMBER 2019: I stayed at this hotel for four nights from December 25th to December 28th in room 310. Overall, the room was great with the exception of the bathroom. When I was flushing the toilet during my first night, I got the great experience of toilet water splashing on my face. Fortunately, the manager Carolyn was actually able to fix the problem herself, as there was a loose pipe in the toilet. Other than that incident, my stay was great. The beds were comfortable, and I slept great every night. The breakfast was also surprisingly good, especially for hotel breakfast. I also appreciated the kindness of the manager Carolyn, as she always greeted me everyday when I was passing by the lobby. With the exception of the bathroom incident, this hotel was great overall. read more

We stayed here three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and house keeping does a good job!! They have a great breakfast and had a different options added each day we stayed!! The outside doors are operated by a card system so you feel secure. They have a pool with an outside deck and also have an exercise room. If your on an extended stay, they also have a laundry room on site. read more

Great place to stay, and it's always clean. It serves its purpose and away from the "busy-ness" of Branson. Plus it has some shopping, food options, and easy access to the interstate to get back to HWY76 (just one exit away). This is our go to place to stay. The complimentary breakfast is hard to beat (try the smoothies). We will be back. read more

Staff is friendly & helpful, they were quick in addressing issues with room. Room was comfortable although the sheets in the bed had brown markings, when the sheets where pulled back. I was told someone must have "ate a cookie" while making bed. Not joking. read more

Clean, and friendly hotel. Really happy staff with solid recommendations on restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that we had to wait almost an hour past checkout time for our rooms to be ready. That was really difficult with 3 kids running around the lobby. But once we were checked in things went well. Clean pool, fitness center and yummy breakfast options each morning. I also really enjoy that tea and coffee is available throughout the day in the lobby. Rooms are standard, clean and generally quiet. I also like that this location is a bit off the Branson strip for is a bit calmer than opting for somethign right in the middle of the action. It also has beatiful views and nearby golf courses. I would definately stay here again. read more

It's a Hampton- just like the majority of Hampton's across the country. Only complaint is the slow maid service. My room was not cleaned until after 4 pm. I would have hung the don't disturb sign but because of a mishap in the handicap shower, I had used all the towels to mop the floor and wanted them removed. Was not greeted as a Hilton Honors silver member. Focus seems to be on diamond level members. Maybe that's everywhere now? All parking that's close to front entrance is for diamond level only but I wasn't asked for my car license plate so why mark parking without enforcing? Breakfast is the standard Hampton. read more

She suggested things to see and do. Told us shortcuts to get around all the busy spots. We would definitely stay here again. read more

We stayed at this hotel in July on our first trip to Branson, and we would stay there again. We like the location since it is in a beautiful scenic area away from the busiest part of town but close to Sight and Sound Theatre. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and most of the staff were very nice. However, one of the front desk employees (the blond-haired one) was always very business-like and not hospitable. When we told her that in Kansas a few weeks before the Hampton Inn served it's full buffet, she said the owner of the Branson one "cares about the safety of its customers" and provides the sack breakfast. It was very nice that they let you fill out a sheet every night to customize the breakfast (with a nice variety of food, including yogurt and juice), unlike most hotels these days. However, two kind employees explained to us that if the occupancy is 80% or more on weekends, the owner lets them serve the breakfast buffet, but if it is less, they only provide the sack breakfast. I guess they really care about the safety of the customers--apparently if there's a crowd you are safe eating with others but if there are only a few guests it is not safe to serve the buffet. I would have given a lower rating because of that issue, but most of the staff was extremely nice, and we liked the hotel very much overall. read more

Love the location - traffic on "the strip" can be a slow-go so it was nice not to be in the middle of the action. Nice to have coffee and water available in the lobby at all times. Rooms were the clean, standard rooms you would spent from Hampton. I appreciated the desk and easy-to-reach outlets as we had numerous electronics to charge each night. Free breakfast was good - seemed to be hot and fresh each morning. (wish they offered bacon everyday though). I would recommend this hotel to friends & family. read more

The staff at this location were probably the nicest I've ever encountered. Not only were they cheerful but they genuinely tried to accommodate us any way they could. An example of this was when my son was standing just outside of the pool entrance the desk he was shivering with the small pool towel. Before I knew it the front desk clerk said here is a larger towel so he doesn't get cold. The desk clerks were always cheerfully helping people, making silly Branson jokes or straightening the front area. My husband is a Diamond member and usually you can get sodas and small snacks from the front desk. Sometimes they are really strict with this, not this location they happily handed over sodas. As we checked out they thanked us for choosing them. My only minor complaints were that it has a really small pool with no hot tub (not a big deal since we came to do other things), the crazy loud people upstairs (not the hotels fault for inconsiderate guests) and I would have liked two queen beds but otherwise it was clean, friendly staff and decent beds. read more

This hotel does everything that I would expect of a Hampton Inn and does it exceptionally well. The feeling (vibe) as you walk in the Lobby is positive and the staff are friendly and efficient. The Inn, though a bit old, is clean, well maintained, and has a great location to access all that Branson offers. The Food Service staff handles the breakfast service very well and the food area is well set up to allow efficient access to all the food offerings. The entire staff was motivated and were genuinely concerned for their guests. Additionally, I noticed that there were 2 luggage racks in our room which makes sense as most guests have two bags. Excellent attention to detail (normally stay at Hiltons and they never do this!). Well done Branson Hills! read more
