This was a constant struggle throughout the multiple nights we stayed.

I gave it a 3 star for one reason, your sheets suck. Stayed 3 nights, my wife and I were up multiple times either trying to put on the fitted sheet or pick the duvet blanket off the floor. It's horrible when you wake up feeling trapped. Why? The fitted sheet and mattress protector are wrapped around you. They don't fit the mattress because the mattress is to thin. Also, my wife or I cannot sleep in a warm room and we bring a fan for air movement. And we don't have issues at other hotels. But when you wake up freezing because the duvet keeps sliding off or it's on the floor, or the blanket is coming out of the duvet cover... you don't get a restful nights sleep. The hotel is clean, pool area is nice, and the hot breakfast is better than most.

The room was nice and updated. We extended our stay for a night and the staff was happy to help. Best part of Hamptons is always the waffles in the mornings, this location had a blueberry option and they were delicious!

Staff is friendly & helpful, they were quick in addressing issues with room. Room was comfortable although the sheets in the bed had brown markings, when the sheets where pulled back. I was told someone must have "ate a cookie" while making bed. Not joking.

This hotel was great. Great location. Not too close to all the hustle and bustle. ...but close enough to drive. Shopping close by. The front desk employees were very helpful. ...especially Judy. She suggested things to see and do. Told us shortcuts to get around all the busy spots. We would definitely stay here again.

Came in really late and soaking wet from the storms and they helped us get settled quickly and aided us in any favors we asked.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

Response from this was very quick though. - Mattreses (double Queen room) probably the worse we've encountered at any hotel. You could see the depression in the middle of the mattresses as soon as you entered the room. - Sink had a minor leak under the counter at the shutoff valves - Toilet flushed poorly. - Heard multiple horror stories from other gueasts. Showers that took 15 minutes or more to drain, also low water pressure mentioned. - We had end room on north side, and the music from the aquarium could be heard inside our room randomly all afternoon into the early evening. Stay away from end rooms facing that direction. - Breakfast was ok - we've better enjoyed other hotel's breakfasts. Exact same breakfast menu for the 2 days we went - no variety. On the positive - -Staff very nice and responsive. - Room was very clean, but the mattress issue was too much to overcome.

The rooms were clean, and everything worked (other than the tub didn't drain as fast as the shower sprayed). We didn't use the pool/hot tub, but the area looked nice and clean. Off the main drag so one doesn't have to deal with all of THAT traffic. Easy access to a number of notable Branson tourist spots, such as Silver Dollar City, St. James Winery, Titanic Museum without having to get in the traffic mix. 5. Shower head in bathroom was awesome! 6. Pool table/game area was a nice addition for our 13 year old grandson. Bad: 1. Breakfast was AWFUL! We even arrived during the "green light" designation/early in the morning....and it was bad! No working waffle maker, limited cereal and fruit choices, powered eggs swimming in liquid. We travel all over the U.S. and have eaten at many a hotel breakfast. This was by farrrrrrrrrrrrrr the worst. We headed to Billy Gail's for breakfast during the rest of our stay. Thankfully, it was just over a half mile away. 2. THEE ELEVEATOR! Just from a safety standpoint....I am shocked that a hotel of this size can get away with only one elevator moving at a snail's pace. Add cleaning crews moving carts via the elevator, and you'll be lucky to fit another person or two into the moving albatross. I had just had knee surgery, so the stairs weren't an option...if you stay here, pack your patience with regards to the elevator. 3. This is an older hotel. It shows its wear and tear. A renovation is needed. 4. We were consistently promised that the gift shop could easily get us tickets WITHOUT advance notice. We repeatedly asked about our needs and were reassured it wasn't a big deal. The day we decided to go to the Titantic museum....we went to the gift shop to buy our tickets. They had apparently sold out of their "allotted tickets" for the day....and we were there during the week. THANKFULLY, we were able to walk up to the ticket counter, at the museum, and get tickets for the day...but, I wasn't happy about the whole experience. Weigh the good with the bad....I did research for MONTHS to find the perfect place for us and our grandson. I prioritized our needs and booked this place. IF I ever go back, with a grandkid, during the summer...this place would be a 50/50 for me.

The staff are students working to pay for their college tuition so the service was great! The food was good (most ingredients on site also made by students) portions were huge, the price was decent, place was clean and much better then any touristy type restaurant near or on the strip, so much so we came here for dinner 2 nights in a row. The students are so interactive if you ask them questions and they also have the place they are from on their name tags which can be conversation starters. It does take them a little time to get through service so make sure you have a little time to wait. They serve 2 types of bread with bread service and 3 different butters alongside those. The apple butter was delicious. The first night I had the meatloaf which was very good. The second night I had their special for the night which was a stuffed chicken with spinach and cheese, vinegar potatoes and some mixed veggie side that was delicious. There is also a store area where you can buy student made items to take home with you. I wish we had a program like this near us because we would support it frequently. Definitely make reservations and give this place a try.
