it was great experience. Thank you!! Fantastic Service at World Transmission with Paul! I brought my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to World Transmission for transmission repair after reading the great reviews on Google, and I'm so glad I trusted this shop. Paul greeted me, listened carefully to my concerns, and even arranged a tow truck for my car at a very affordable price. He took charge of the repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Paul is extremely honest--he showed me all the old parts he replaced, neatly packed in the boxes of the new ones he installed. The parts were purchased and installed at a very fair price. I'm incredibly satisfied with the service I received, and I can confidently say that all the positive reviews are 100% accurate. In this shop, you truly get top-notch service and honesty, which is rare these days. I highly recommend this place--Paul won't deceive you, and the quality of work is outstanding. Thank you, Paul, for the fantastic job you did on my car! read more

Byron K I never do this but I feel strongly that this business is trust worthy and does quality work. I was referred by a friend due to transmission problems. I was convinced and had come to grips that I would be spending somewhere in the $3500 range for a transmission overhaul. I dropped it off and got a call from Paul the next day. I found out it was only some ring that needed to be replaced and the repair was approx $800. Right there you made a customer out of me, They saved the piece and explained what they did. Very Happy to have found this place and will definitely recommend to any Staten Island friends in need of automotive work. ******side note **** they specialize in transmissions but are qualified to fix any mechanical issues your car may have. Good to know read more

I had broken down on a sunday and needed a tow in, i thought i would just get an answering service but instead the calls were forwarded and I spoke to Paul who was very helpful. my truck was towed in and looked at first thing on monday and price was what we agreed upon. no upselling or down talk to a woman. I appreciated being taken care of on a sunday when they were closed. have been to other shops on the island since my truck is a bit old, but was impressed with the customer service providedand would gladly reccomend them. read more

My engine light was on and I went to my usual station - however the light kept coming back. This was frustrating because I at the station every other day. A friend of mine recommended Paul of World Transmissions. Just got back an hour ago and I have to say it was the most PAINLESS experience I ever had. Paul diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in less than 3 hours. The cost was minimal ! I highly recommend Paul to anyone without hesitation. He's the best. read more
