Love this hot cocoa

I stopped here after a long time. When I entered the store, the store staff greeted me. And there were so many products that I was not sure where to start. But I had some free time, so I looked around slowly. The miscellaneous goods here are sensible and perfect for home decor and gifts. It has seasonal things and what you need for your daily life. I sometimes come here to be a feast for my eyes. Also check it out online. There are some deals and discounts.

A first time customer to this store and was quite overwhelmed with a lot of things and with a lot of people walking right next to us every single aisle we walked to! Couldn't really browse nicely, because someone always came hovering over us to look at the same bloody item!! Happens everywhere I go, so no surprise there. But still, it was kind of frustrating... The frickin' checkout line was hecka long, so we didn't buy anything. Saw mostly oldies shopping in there, so maybe not my kind of store after all. Kind of cramped and feel claustrophobic with so much stuff everywhere!

Bed, Bath & Beyond merges into the drugstore!

This store is a unique "trifecta" shopping experience! It's 3 stores in one- Cost Plus; Bed, Bath & Beyond and something (Harmon?) Drugstore. Bizarre! There are no walls separating the "stores", they sort of merge together, yet there is a definite separate area to each one. I felt like I was in the Twlight Zone retail edition! Not sure this concept would work in all areas of the country. Between the 2 of us, we purchased items from the drugstore and Bed, Bath. Sorry, Cost Plus! They didn't have signage on the building advertising all the stores that I saw, but sure is convenient if you happen to need things from all 3 stores........

HP Sauce, made in Holland, but a UK standard. 2.5 times the cost in UK.

Just back from a week in London, needed an HP Sauce fix. Found it in stock, $4.99 / 9 oz. bottle. Picked up a Spotted Dick while I was there, too. Helpful staff pointed the way.

There aren't many stores where you can buy a loveseat, dinner plates, a set of towels and some Australian imported candy all in one stop. Cost Plus has always fascinated me for this very reason. As someone who has yet to travel to Africa, I can fool my friends and family by buying accessories for my home that prove otherwise. Or India or Mexico, and so on. It's neat if you're looking for unique touches but I hope it doesn't keep people from traveling for paying good money to ship authentic items home while abroad. The selection of food always gets me as well as the accessories. I bought my sister a nifty yellow scarf for Xmas that she wears every single day. Maybe I'll tell her I bought it in Switzerland!

Really yummy chai...good flavor & enough strength of flavor like you get at Middle Eastern/Indian restaurants

It all feels a little pretentious and overpriced but there is a definite segment of the market here in Seattle where yuppies want to spend crazy money for furniture that has this sense of aesthetic to it. The staff is always polite and we've been here multiple times so there's nothing really that they've done that I can knock them down for it's just not the place where I would buy furniture. I have years of experience in woodworking craftsmanship and so a friend of mine asked me to go with her to look at furniture and it's for her and she seems to like Dania.

I was told that the end tables would probably be available in six weeks. When I called after six weeks, they told me it would probably be August before they came. On June 2, I got a call that my end tables were available for pickup. Went to pick them up and they were not there. I got a call on June 4 to tell me that the call on the 2nd was for the coffee table that has already been in my front room for months and is definitely NOT now available for pickup. Still no end tables. I recommend that if what you want is not in stock, don't buy it there and search for another source. In addition, everyone there must be on commission because if they are not the person collecting the commission, they are not going to help.

While there, I fell in love with an electric recliner for after my remodel but I knew I would have to save up for the $1600 price tag. Well as luck would have it, I was able to pick up the same chair today for $249. I'm totally in shock at the steal here for good quality furniture. Let's be honest, macys is probably overpriced to begin with so this was a really good find. I also picked up a rug for $249, while I rather would've picked it up at Costco this one is very good quality and that's why it's higher. For the most part, just about everything is priced about less than $500 or $300, which helps. Some stuff has missing cushions or looks a bit beat up but nothing crazy. It's all laid out, when you pick something you tell someone and they pull the label so that it's yours for the claim.

There were two Macy's exact couches we wanted but they were too expensive at normal Macy's - but at this clearance location it was half the price! HALF! $2,200 couch for $1,100. Really beautiful couch for an incredible price. Very helpful employees too. They wrapped the couch in plastic for us and loaded into our truck!

This review won't be structured how I normally structure it so please bear with me. Pacific furniture gallery is nestled in a plaza in Southcenter. My wife and I were shopping for a new couch last year and went to Macy's first, but didn't see anything we wanted. As we walked to the car, we saw a guy holding a sign for Pacific Furniture Gallery-- instead of going to lunch we just decided to go to the store. The employees here were extremely warm and welcoming, and after disclosing what we were looking for in a couch, we were shown an amazing Chaise that was customizable and had a top-notch warranty. We were instantly sold and purchased the couch. During the purchase process, we were told it would take between four and six weeks for delivery. This was in early December. After week seven, we had not heard anything from the store. We called were told us it would take some more time. I know just how much the global supply chain was affected by Covid so an extra week or two wasn't going to hurt. Unfortunately, this turned into a month long back-and-forth with the company, with them telling us it would be another week, every week, for roughly a month. My tolerance for pain is extremely high so I tried not to get too upset as to not somehow delay this couch even further. The couch did not come until after week 11, almost double of the max time it would take. The company did waive the delivery fee, which I truly appreciate, but had I known all this would happen, we would not have purchased. Looking at the other reviews, it seems delivery has always been an issue. To wrap up: Pros - We LOVE our new couch, and love how we were able to choose the fabric of the pillows and the couch itself. - The price of the couch, although high, is justified by the quality of the product. - Salespeople were really nice. Cons - Late delivery. It felt like there was always an excuse for the couch delay. Excuses for additional delay didn't feel genuine. - Communication issues post purchase. All in all, I give this place 3/5. Would not recommend for the average buyer, but if you are willing to drop extra cash, check out their offerings.

The minute I walked in he guaranteed me the best furniture for the best price. We both walked around the store probably 2-3 times going back and forth between stuff. I dragged him along the entire way of my indecisiveness. Rick truly was looking out for me, learned and remembered my background and my life so he could meet my needs in the house. He constantly wanted to make sure I liked the product. And even thought he could sell sell sell the expensive stuff all day... he didn't. He made sure everything was well within my price range. He knew the store like the back of his hand so If something was too expensive for me he walked me over to the right stuff and we browsed there. I could go on and on about Ricks customer service, but idk if yelp will allow it. Take my advice and ask for Rick when you go in! The manager that was there was also super friendly when it came down to pricing and I think her name was Jenny or Jenni (couldn't see) but she was also very helpful throughout the process.

At these their stuff matches the costs for the most part and you can just grab everything so you don't have to deal with shipping. My bed arrived first. Not only were the boxes trashed and taped back together but pieces were missing so i'm currently on an air mattress with a HALF put together bed. Second was my desk. I had a light inkling of hope as the box arrived better looking. But oh was I wrong, once I opened the box there was a MASSIVE crack along the center of the desk. My mother and I called and got some help though the help for my bed was far better, despite it being almost until the end of the months for the small missing pieces. But for the desk as we were done, the man pretty much acted like it was our problem. Finally we were able to get our money back and send it but but it didn't end there. They never sent us the Fedex label so the first guy just told me and left making us call Ashley's again. Finally it was picked up but it felt like pulling teeth for the whole process. Highly suggest to just not bother with Ashley's, they clearly have 0 quality control and don't care about anything other than tossing around boxes. Just go to Amazon or Ikea because at least they'll replace the items quickly or give you a refund without much hassle.
