They sent me a picture and the roses looked so old as if they had already been opened for awhile. Along with the picture they sent a phone number to call if I wasn't happy, and when I called it went to voice mail. I left a detailed message, but they ended up sending the exact arrangement they'd sent a picture of, they didn't redo it as their message indicated. The flowers looked old and a bit wilted. It had been made about 24 hrs before it was delivered, and they used roses that had already been open a long time. What a waste and an embarrassment that I sent these flowers to my friend for such a big milestone birthday.
