When I called to complain, the gal could only say, "the photo does not show all the flowers. Once the lilies open up the arrangement will look bigger". Guess what? No unopened lilies were visible. In their defense, I have been using Williams for 30 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Follow up: Problem solved. As it turns out, I was sent the wrong photo. The correct photo shows a bouquet that I am happy with. Changing rating to a "4".

Really disappointed in a floral arrangement I ordered online for a dear friend's 70th birthday. I…read morehad placed the order for delivery on 4/22/25, and they had it made up on 4/21/25! They sent me a picture and the roses looked so old as if they had already been opened for awhile. Along with the picture they sent a phone number to call if I wasn't happy, and when I called it went to voice mail. I left a detailed message, but they ended up sending the exact arrangement they'd sent a picture of, they didn't redo it as their message indicated. The flowers looked old and a bit wilted. It had been made about 24 hrs before it was delivered, and they used roses that had already been open a long time. What a waste and an embarrassment that I sent these flowers to my friend for such a big milestone birthday.

My boss brought us here for a holiday team event. She booked the whole place for us so my…read moreexperience may be different than others. We were able to put out food and drinks we brought on one table, and then make our candles at another table. They have a whole wall of scents to choose from. If you get a stinky one, grab the loose coffee beans and take a whiff! Those were a lifesaver a few times! Then you pick your "vessel" to make your candle in! Once you have your scent(s) (pick up to 3) and vessel, it's time to make your candle! Super quick and easy process. Pretty hard to mess up. The girl who worked with us was super helpful and patient when our scales weren't cooperative. She was full of stories about different scent combos and when she's actually messed up making her candles. You will feel like a mad scientist and have a lot of fun! While we waited for our candles to set, we were able to tuck into the snacks we brought. I'd say it was maybe an hour, hour and a half and they were ready for us to take home! I can't speak to price because my boss is amazing. :D The front area is not well decorated. There are two cute photo-op areas. The bathroom is super cute! There's a tiny gift shop in the back by the cash register, just before the bathroom. This place is downtown so parking can be a pain. There's a free lot up the street next to Bumpy's tavern though. If you're looking for a fun, crafty experience and can spare the cash, I highly recommend it!

This is what I love to see! Small businesses opening up in our local mall. I was first attracted to…read morethis store because it has a totally different esthetic from those around it. Its super girly and has like a Sanrio, kawaii kind of vibe. Kawaii is a Japanese style that uses bright colors and cute characters. Most of the bath bombs are in the shape of food like donuts or Taiyaki. There's a wall of keychains in the shape of ice cream cones and boba teas. I bought a boba tea keychain that lights up for my daughter and she loved it. I also got a couple of bath bombs and they have a deal where you get a free soap if you buy a few bath bombs. They also sell pre-assembled gift packages. On the other side of the store they have stuffed animals and Pokémon. Also a wall filled with colorful hair clips in the standard claw shape but always flowers and other shapes. This store made my spirit happy. You can really tell that the owner is passionate about their craft based on how much care and effort was taken to beautify everything. I plan to come back with my daughter. The closest way to get here is to park by the JC Penney HOME STORE (not the regular JCP) on the Macys side of the mall and walk in through there. It's suite 960 and is across from lens crafters.

When I first walked in, the store was unorganized and prices were not labeled. The woman who I…read morelater found out was the owner was clearly clueless about the prices of items as well and constantly had to ask her own employees how much a specific item cost because she had no idea. Every single thing in the store aside from the soap was awful quality and empty Shein containers were sitting on the counters so it was clear that she had been purchasing her inventory from there. Soaps and bath bombs were unpackaged and I watched kids touch all over them with grubby hands which was ignored by the owner. the entire store was dusty and everything was greatly overpriced for what it was. Half of the hair clips in bins already had pieces broken off of them and when I went to try one on, a flower that was held on only with hot glue fell off onto the floor. Overall, this is the worst experience I've ever had in the mall and I'd highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
