Don's is fantastic! Great selection and a great inventory. We knew we needed some shirts for work, so we got ahold of Stephanie ahead of time who ordered in some samples for us to try. Hi Guys, This is Hassan I work in Bellevue FredMeyer I ordered one full sleve Medium Uniform shirt only because I was told to buy from so called Don's Group Attire, they send me the shirt showing medium size but it was large size I called them to exchange but they said if the shirt is worn or washed we can't take it back my question is unless you don't wear the shirt how can you know its fit or not the girl on reception was also rude just like her company, its not my fault if they don't know how to make the medium or large sizes. The shirt was only $16 but I know these type of companies when they sell any thing never take it back only because they can't compete in the market. read more

Bad customer service. Consistently sending me wrong sizes, most recently a winter coat that was a woman's size when I ordered a men's. HUGE difference. And they ignore their emails. I will be actively trying to get on the next uniform committee to get a better provider. read more

Bad customer service and they never have anything in stock. A couple of years ago I order a jacket in December and I had to call them and got it finally mailed in march; I bought a jacket and pants May 23rd and I'm still waiting for the delivery today June 13th 2019. If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Nothing is ever in stock and if you want your pants hemmed, don't expect to get them back for 6 months. It would be helpful if they hired a couple people to alter on-site but they won't do that. The quality is something to be desired. (broken zippers, buttons that pop off after one wear, the gloves are worthless and even the extra small clothes are huge). They have massive uniform contracts with very large companies so money isn't the issue, they just don't care. read more

Great quality, great customer service, great prices. What more could you ask for? Definitely bring any and all of your embroidery needs to Don's. I worked with Alan, who was fantastic. Very patient in walking me through the process and helping me decide what exact design and font I wanted for my order. One of the few places I could find that could accommodate small (and corporate) orders. I'm sure this was an exception (but highly speaks to their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond), but I was able to get two pieces embroidered same day. I got quotes from several companies ranging from $10-30 and Don's was by far the most competitive. End product was beautiful and just what I had in mind. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I only ordered one item and worked with Alan. They give awesome prices and great work. The prices are fair, clothing availability is spotty. It is normal for them to be out of clothing on a regular basis.

I used this store embroidery service three times.I found their letters alway thin than my sample I showed them. Three times disappointments moved me to another store. This sore could be good for large company like Metro, but I have lost my trust to this store service to small companies like us. read more

We use Don's for all our caps, jackets, and sweatshirts. The logo they did for us is so cool we get complements wherever we go. Don's does great work with super customer service. Thats why they have been around since 1942. read more

Twice now we have used Don's for some apparel we needed to have done. Once was a custom embroidery job on some men's shirts, and recently a iron on transfer for a t shirt. David helped us both times, and the level of customer service he gave us was so great both times that this is the only place we will come to from now on. He is very helpful with choosing embroidery colors, and helping with proper placement of your logo. Both times the orders were small, but he took care of it as if it was as important as a big order. I'm forced to order my uniforms for work through them. They have good quality clothing but I try to avoid clothing made in third world countries. Vietnam is unfortunately a bit better than Chinese made clothing. It would be nice if it didn't take two weeks to ship a small order. A sizing chart on their website would also be helpful. As their clothing tends to run on the small size. It takes a long time when you have to return clothing. read more

Maybe they're a great, old, established company, but I am not convinced... all of my coworkers (new hires) have their uniforms, but I don't, and their website has no way for me to check the status of my order. At my next union meeting I think I'll vote for another uniform supplier.....and my company is a HUGE contract for them. I have not been impressed with this company from the first contact. One changing room, with a single unisex bathroom as an alternate changing room, and 8 people standing around getting frustrated. The teenager serving us really had no clue, and every question I asked, and my coworkers asked, he had to go to the back to ask a boss, because he did not know the answer. Why wasn't that manager out there helping us? The kid was polite, but uninformed, clueless politeness does not equal good customer service.... Hey Don, I know you're dead, but if you're listening, your kids are dropping the ball. read more
