So we celebrated 5 birthdays, 12 of us came to paint ceramics, we brought snacks, and drinks. If you didn't have any snacks, this place has snacks and candy you can purchase. Since we were a large group we took the upstairs level. Not easy for people with knee problems, but we managed. So we set up our snacks, Italian sodas, and birthday cake, then we went downstairs to choose what we wanted to paint. Items range anywhere from 20.00 and up. One of the birthday girls had to bring her granddaughter and she had a blast. Another young gal took her newborn and carried him in a pouch while she painted. Staff was very helpful. We had a color chart to choose our colors, we told them what we wanted and they brought to us and replenished paint when needed. Each station had water, sponges, brushes, lazy Susan, and a tray for your paint. We held the space for two hours. Perfect timing because they closed at 5pm on Sunday. They will glaze our projects, and next week one of us will pick it up and bring to everyone. Now we want to go back and take a pottery class. Everything is so affordable including the classes. I've been to a few paint your own pottery places and had recently seen this place so decided to…read morestep in a whim with two people. Make sure you wear layers, it was FREEZING inside. I'm used to more of a selection of pottery to paint, but there were still definitely something for everyone, but it might have skewed more to items for kids. Prices were higher than I've seen at other places, but this is more of a mom and pop type shop so I'm glad to pay it. After you pick out your pieces you are given a tiny pallette for your colors and you have to write down your color choices for the worker to dole out your paint to you. I didn't love this. I can see how this is helpful from kids using too much paint or making a mess. but with three adults it was a bit annoying to have to keep asking for more paint refills. We weren't given any direction on what to do. Two of us had done this before but one of us hadn't so we had to be the one to tell him to wipe the dust off your piece, make sure to do three coats, etc. When we got our finished pieces back, I was a little surprised that the entire piece wasn't glazed. I'm used to every side being glazed including the bottom. One of us painted a turtle and he left part of the face blank, and that part didn't get glazed which was pretty weird.

You get a 30 minute lesson and at least an hour to enjoy clay. Best part, it's all the clay you can spin. I took full advantage of that fact to keep trying. You only get to keep 2 pieces which they ship to you after it's fired. Amazing value! Amazing experience! FYI: You really don't have time to drink (sipping is the best you can do) and with your hands are covered in clay don't bother bringing snacks.

We have taken a set of 8 online dance lessons with Michael and it was awesome! We have never been…read morebig dancers, but we learned a lot and feel confident about dancing at our wedding now! We also learned how to move together and can take our new skills to any party or dance setting we go to now and have fun dancing together. I was a little skeptical of how virtual lessons would work at first, but it went really well and it is definitely a great way to learn how to flow!

My wife and I recently did a 2-week wedding dance "boot camp" with Michael over Zoom. To say we did…read morenot have rhythm before these lessons would be a massive understatement! With Michael's guiding influence (and plenty of patience), we became confident with our dancing abilities in a couple short weeks and absolutely nailed our first dance at the wedding. My daughter had to miss the recital because she was ill and it took months to get her costume. Every time I called, I was told that the owner would call me back. This didn't happen, so I decided to send email so that I had proof. I just wanted a costume that I paid over $100 for! When the owner finally contaxted me, I was told that everything from the recital was still in a trailer or attic and they needed to go through it. Hmmmm ok. It took MONTHS before they finally had the costume for me. So ridiculous. I should also mention that the Puyallup location I so gross! Dirty facility. Parents let their babies and toddlers run all over the place and leave trash. I couldn't believe it. No one asks them to be polite and stop talking inappropriately and loudly. It smells like dirty diapers. "Regulars" are dropped off and treat the facility like a dumpster. Yuck. Classes always started late as well.

The positive reviews must be from people who haven't been there long or something. My daughter danced there for 4 years and she loved it except for the last year and a half, which luckily was Covid so she had an easy way out. She was tired of being bullied and yelled at by coaches the owner. If you think I'm kidding, read the reviews below. This is not how our children should be treated. In addition to the unorganization, the "business model" is brilliant, for the owners, not the customer. They get your credit card and charge away. there's no possible way to track all the fees and charges and I believe it's that way by design. Just a complete mess. Stay away!!
