Happened into Kasala one Saturday afternoon. There was a couch that fit all the criteria, including sizing, color, style, and comfort. Very helpful service from Amanda, and a good price to boot. What?? - Kasala, will have it delivered to my residence, (not via a 3rd party delivery service) by this coming Friday?? Shut up! Sold. Couldn't have had a more user friendly and positive experience from the root to the fruit. Very pleased. Well, done, Kasala.

Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. It was as if she not only knew everything about my concerns (which she did), but she provided suggestions and answered all my questions showing her knowledge and experience and did it all with professionalism and courtesy - attributes not always found in retail establishments these days. Vanessa explained the furniture is never used in someone's home but are peices that are discontinued, lightly used show room pieces and even brand new items that have been taken out the box to be showcased. I saved a HUGE chunk of money shopping here & it was exactly the couch I had been looking at for awhile at Costco. We reached out and they told us nothing could be done and they were going to talk to the rep would made the mistake. Nothing was accommodated and I had to pay last minute for a hotel for my family since there was no where for them to sleep. My biggest problem was that I was reassured by not one but two employees that my furniture would arrive on time before I inserted my card for payment. Who ever is the Owner you lost a customer and we have purchased several items from this place. The fact that there was no accommodation was very disappointing and I will be taking my business else where.
