This is one of my favorite stores. It is big. It is clean. It is stocked FULL of neato merchandise! I came here today to buy some unusual food items to put in my kids' Easter baskets. This store has everything from small gift items to large furniture items. They have beers and wines from around the world. They have spices. They have international foods that are really good. They have kitchen gadgetry and serving pieces. They have dishes and pots and pans. I buy their homemade soaps. They have home decor items that you won't find at other stores. There's such a variety of things in the store to look at you'll enjoy your shopping trip.

Great place to get furnishings for an apartment or house. They have a large variety of items and they always have coupons ( e-mail you) or sale items. You could spend hours here and my granddaughter and I did. She is moving into an apartment for her next year of college. She was able to get everything on her list. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

This whole market has something for everyone! There's stuff for the bathroom, the kitchen and a great selection of wine to choose from. In the middle of the store I found a guy named Jeremy having a wine tasting! What a great way to spend a Saturday! If you are looking for wine at a good price this is a great place to get it! Oh yes, for those of you who use the Braggs Apple cider vinegar this is the place to get it kist $5.99 for a big bottle; but you have to wait for them to restock because I just brought the last two!

Interesting an unique odds and ends from everywhere. I have a mixed relationship with this store. I love the opportunities to acquire stuff from ever so far away but the costs are prohibitive. I have trouble walking out of here without spending at least $100 in English candies, imported beers and spices from Asia. Grrr...

The staff is very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products sold here. I have been able to find things here that I have not been able to find anywhere else. The prices aren't bad either. Oh and they have a great selection of wine too!

I love World Market. Wooden Beer bench ($99) with red metal legs - you are beautiful and I want to take you home. Really stylish home goods - rugs, pillows, chairs and sofas. Neato keen kids toy section. My favorite part is the gourmet food items - so many cool, yummy things I can only afford to treat myself to now and then. Modest selection of wines and build your own six pack craft beers. If you hear someone snoring in a pile of rugs, it's me waiting for the employees to lock up, so I can have a private party! This location rocks because it never gets very crowded!

The table before removing the legs to get her in.

Having visited IKEA locations in Ireland and Sweden, I've seen how they take the concept so…read moreseriously over there--it's an entire cultural experience. Here, we tend to treat it more like a giant showroom with free babysitting and a cafeteria, but the value is still hard to beat. I had a great run during my most recent trip. The deals were everywhere! I picked up a summer-weight duvet along with a new cover and shams to refresh the bedroom. I also found a stunning set of gold-toned serving flatware -- they have that sleek, high-end look without the boutique price tag. A few highlights and "hiccups" from this visit: The Food & Drink:I tried the fish balls with mashed potatoes for lunch, and they were actually pretty tasty. I also noticed an older gentleman sitting completely alone, casually drinking glasses of what appeared to be wine. Many IKEA locations with a restaurant license do serve beer and wine, and honestly, he had the right idea. Of course, I couldn't leave without hitting the food market for those specific cookies and foreign candies you just can't find anywhere else. The Atmosphere: At one point, navigating the floor felt a bit like an escape room. While the staff seems nice enough, they aren't exactly eager to help--you really have to run them down to get an answer. The Warehouse:I'm honestly not a fan of the self-service furniture selection policy. The whole warehouse environment is pretty intimidating when you're trying to track down boxes. The Strategy:Since I'm lucky enough to live only 25 minutes away I've realized I need to stop coming here like it's a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage. If I visited more often, I probably wouldn't feel the need to drop $200 every time! Overall, it's a solid four-star experience for the unique finds and the reliable "Swedish-lite" atmosphere, even if you have to do some of the heavy lifting yourself.

Very nice IKEA. Super clean but organized like a standard IKEA. Two floors with very large…read moreelevators and an escalator in the front lobby. Like always, as soon as we get there we head to the restaurant. I always get the same thing, Swedish Meatballs. Can't beat how good they are. My grandkids love them too. My son had a Caesar salad which he said was very good and fresh, and my husband had a chicken thigh with black beans and rice and fried plantains. (We were very surprised to see a meal that you would normally see in a Florida IKEA up here in Charlotte North Carolina. I have to admit it tasted very good.) We hit the bathrooms afterwards, spotlessly clean considering how busy it was, and then we went shopping. I will say that there was quite a few open and empty spaces on the second floor in the furniture department. I'm not sure if they were re-organizing or had literally sold out after the holidays. Good thing though, we found what we were looking for things to the help of workers who know the place better than we do and advised us which shortcuts to use. All the workers we spoke to were super friendly and helpful. The value was good as always, IKEA might be slightly higher priced than other places but I have a few pieces in my house that are almost 30 years old and still in excellent condition. It was easier to get here than we thought and we really enjoyed our day here. We can't wait to go back.

Those buying furniture here, be very careful with purchasing a warranty for your furniture. We…read morebought back in 2023 and the warranty company agreed to have someone clean our stained furniture twice and then when it came time for a replacement, told us that, that piece is not covered under our warranty. This was over longer than a 2 month process for one claim and when I asked to talk with a supervisor, no one ever called. I called the store for help, they told me there is nothing that they can do. The piece of furniture that we are disputing over was less than the warranty service that they sold us. It seems that they recently changed warranty companies (I wonder why) but still believe there should be some responsibility to help customers that you sold a warranty service too, to find a resolution. I would recommend just save some money aside incase of any accidents instead of wasting it on a 3rd party warranty service. Hopefully customers using their new company get treated better than those who unfortunately spent their money on the last.

He had more than one customer but managed to keep both of us engaged in our purchase. I appreciated how he was able to demonstrate what my finished product would look like and when asked provided his opinion on the layout. Vartan is the kind of sales representative I miss in today's big box stores. He will be the reason why I will return. Completely different story when checking out at the front of the store. I selected an item where it had a 50% sign on the shelf but when I went to purchase I was told it was not on sale. The supervisor/manager was called who took, in my opinion, her own sweet time to walk 15 feet to the register I was at to say the item was not on sale. I offered to show her the item and sign but she did not want to be bothered. That is the person that I prefer to not see in customer service.
