Upper management doesn't actually care about it's customers or employees. They are so far behind with basic things like online payments, decent internet connection for employees not at the corporate office, up charged and sub-par furnitire, etc. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this place! They don't deserve any of your money or time. Don't apply to work here either. They have crazy turnover with employees because, once again, upper management doesn't care about its employees so no one gets adequate training to do their job. They're just thrown into the fire to try and figure it out. And unsurprisingly, most people don't make it more than a couple months because the stress and pressure of maintaining sales numbers gets to be too much. Stay away from Kimbrell's at all costs!

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much based on other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with our experience. We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door by a friendly young lady who asked what brought us in to direct us to the right location. We were introduced to Kristen, who then asked some further questions about what we were looking for to guide us even better in our search. We were handed a bag of clips to mark the rugs we were interested in and then left to ourselves to look around, with occasional check ins to make sure we were fine and to see if there was anything else we needed. After narrowing our search the rugs we selected were pulled off their hanger and brought to a wooden floor and laid out for viewing, I really like that they had different colored floor samples in that area so you could put one close to what you have at home near it to get a good idea of what it will really look like. At this point we were pretty quick to make our decision and were offered the option of a rolled or folded rug, which I appreciated b/c the folded options allowed it to fit better in the car! The rug was brought to the front and we continued to walk around considering it was our first time in the store. When it came time to check out the process was easy and upon seeing there was a line more people were called in to expedite wait times. There are signs everywhere talking about their 7 day return policy and it seems like if you get it home and don't like it you have that amount of time to return, this will not be an issue for us as we are in love with our new rug! We are already planning a trip back for more rugs to update the look of the house without having to break the bank!

Purchased this chair w/heat as a Christmas gift & it was delivered 12/16/25. Shortly after delivery we discovered we were sold a previously used, damaged & returned chair. The cords to the remote control were chewed and black electrical tape had been wrapped around the areas that had exposed wiring leaving the other chewed areas exposed. The foot rest leaned to the left and the chair was noisy along with material damage. Still not sure how this chair was allowed to be wrapped back up and delivered as a new product. We now have the replacement and it seemed fine until the past month. Everyday the chair gets louder and louder when reclining or putting it back in the upright position. The left side of the foot rest seems to lean again and though the noise is coming from both sides, it seems to be the worse on the left. Tried to contact the warranty company, thank goodness we purchased the warranty, and it too has been a big disappointment. I tried creating an account and the company doesn't recognize my name, email, phone number, warranty agreement number or anything else. I tried calling and the number would ring then go to a quick busy signal. After 3 different phone numbers I finally had to send a video and my documentation to a support email. To add acid to the wound, just found out that our credit card was never reimbursed for a charge to a purchase that we never took ownership of because the salesman put in the wrong item. I just had to file a dispute for that charge with the credit card company for over $3200! Service/Delivery Comments (Optional) The delivery drivers were great but the product was previously used, returned and in horrible condition. It should have NEVER made it out of Haverty's and delivered as a new product. We have always purchased our furnishings from Haverty's but the quality is just not there anymore. Time to reconsider a new company to purchase from.

Prices were extremely high across the board, and a lot of booths had items that looked like they were straight from Amazon, Shein, or Temu but marked up significantly. That alone was frustrating, especially for a place marketed as an antique destination. The staff we encountered were also not friendly, which didn't help the experience. On top of that, there was a live band playing somewhere on the property, and the sound carried throughout the entire building. It was loud enough that everyone in our group ended up with a headache, which made it really hard to enjoy browsing. David was working both times so that is who I dealt with and he was knowledgeable and funny. We would go back if we needed something especially since I can call and get all the help I need before I drove there. If we were closer we would be there for all our furniture needs.
