Amazing customer service and product knowledge! Devonte is a great example of genuine care for the customer. I usually don't take the time to do a write up but this situation deserves some attention. I'm rebuilding parts of my house and have been searching all across the city for good tile but the range is so much it tends to overwhelm one with the choices. I stepped into the Concord Mills Floor & Decor for some advice and Devonte took the time to answer all our questions and take us to where we need to go to view the style we wanted. He even organized for stock to be taken out when there wasn't enough on the floor for what we needed. He is the star of the show at this store and deserves some recognition. You may think going to a tile store would be boring. That is not the case with Floor & Decor. We need to replace the floor tile in our shower. It is 70"x40" and it currently has little 3x3 squares and let's be honest, that is a LOT of grout to keep clean. Ugh!! I figured this was my chance to increase the tile size and reduce the grout. I used F&D Greensboro for a porch project and it was a great experience. The website is great and loaded with information, it has great filters so you can really drill down to what you want. It also has calculators to help you figure out what you need. You can even upload a picture of your room to see it in your space. I found what I liked but only Concord had it. You can buy samples online but they forewarn you that they are 3x6 and you might not see all the color variations. I wanted to see it in person, so enter my hysterical sister and a road trip to Concord! We had the best time! She's never been there so she was gobsmacked at the selection. What I thought I liked online had a lot more gray than I thought but I found two others that I loved. One is 15x30 and the other is 24x48! I'll hardly have any grout! I verified that I could buy both colors, take them home to see what looked best and I can return the other to Greensboro. Once I decide that, I'll pick out my grout. This company is so flexible, the floor staff is plentiful and very helpful. I love this store and my sister plans on using them for her future bath remodel. The prices are fantastic!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have tile, wood, tile that looks like wood, stone, luxury vinyl etc... Have I mentioned that I love this store? I know I did, but it bears repeating. We are first time renovators and we were somewhat overwhelmed by the huge selection that Floor & Décor had. Fortunately we had Tiffany, one of the designers there to assist us with the selection process. She listened to what we wanted and showed us various selections until we found just the right wall tiles for two bathrooms, shower floor tiles, and today, kitchen backsplash. I can't imagine how we could have done this without Tiffany's help. We look forward to enjoying our renovated kitchen and both bathrooms for many years to come. I was very stressed and anxious about the remodel of my master bathroom. No idea where to start! I had saved a pic of a tile I found online at Floor and Decor. I found this place by accident because I was searching online for a brick and mortar store that carried actual stone thresholds. I wound up ordering a 36" carrera marble and a 36" absolute black granite threshold for under $20. Let me repeat that... FOR UNDER $20! You can't even get the cultured crap for that price! I went to pick up my online order today and was expecting some rundown, hole in the wall, beat up wholesaler type of place. Boy, was I wrong! This place is larger than a Lowes or Home Depot and has almost every type of tile or flooring you could want to look at and most of it is on display, which is so much more helpful than looking at a picture online. The store is clean and well lit and their prices are better than those big box stores. Oh, and the quality is so much better. If you're looking for any type of tile (stone, glass, ceramic, mosaic, etc) or if you're looking for flooring (tile, wood, laminate, engineered), this is the place to go. It's like Disney Land for a remodeler. Incredible selection and extremely competitive prices. Also, they have a very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Every time I walked down an aisle and lingered at a certain display, someone would come up and ask me if I needed help... and in a very unobtrusive, non-annoying way. I tend to like higher end stone mosaics that you can find online at places like Tilebar. I'm taking about the luxury water jet cut tile that has very intricate/precise detailing. Tile Bar has been my go-to when I need to source this type of material. Not any more! Floor & Decor had almost everything you can get at Tilebar, and you can see it immediately, and not wait for a week for a sample to arrive in the mail. Oh, they also carry slab granite and quartz at a great price. There are installers that they work with (a representative from one of these companies was in the store the day I was there) who can deliver, template and install at a very reasonable price. I found my quartz countertop, and took a small sample around the store to find a great matching backsplash and floor choice. I'm very picky and I've never been able to source everything in one place before. I'm so impressed with this store and I can't wait to go back. read more

They offered me $10 off a $57 box with what should have 10 planks, so the open box was actually more. I've been twice and disappointed in staff on both occasions. DO NOT BUY tile from Floor & Decor! Now I'm out almost $14,000 for tile, install, and removal. I purchased tile over a year ago which has subsequently cracked about six months ago. I've been in claim limbo since then attempting to get a refund to cover the tile and it's removal. Their claim process is abysmal. Only after submitted a complaint with BBB did I receive a response from them. The claim is still outstanding. read more

Wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't go back. My husband became a pro member and started shopping here. He went in one day to place an order for flooring but was told he didn't need to since they carry tons of stock. He went back a few days later to pick the flooring up only to find out they were 2 boxes short of what he needed and also discovered the price was .40c per sq. Foot more than the week prior. They required him to place an order for what he needed, charged him a $70 delivery fee... mind you the delivery fee was for the shipment to go to the store (an entire week later) where he'd still have to pick it up. They also told him it wasn't possible for the price to have changed because they never change prices unless something is on clearance (which an employee confirmed it was not). We just checked the price again today and now (after he has purchased everything) the price dropped back down to its original cost. 40cents a sq foot cheaper. So now my husbands job has been delayed and it has cost him a couple hundred dollars out of pocket just to cover the rise in cost and delivery fee. He has been in the store twice to speak with management. They said there was nothing that could be done. We emailed and called corporate who also told us nothing could be done. Totally at a loss here. Super disappointed that our renovation business will not be able to use Floor and Decor. read more

I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup soon after despite choosing next day, which I was pleasantly surprised by. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn't walk around the store, but the pickup area was very clean and organized. The store staff was helpful, however the delivery did not work as I was told. They use R&L for delivery and was suppose to send by "box truck" their term not mine, and it showed up, in a transfer truck. Not allowed in neighborhood. R&L refused to wait for us to try and sort out getting it off the truck, and sent it own its way. After numerous calls to Floor and Decor I am still no closer to having my order. This is a real mess up and no one seems motivated to get it sorted. VERY very disappointing. read more

We drove 50 mins yesterday to this store location to browse around for vinyl , laminate , or porcelain flooring for our upcoming home project . We were greeted by an associate named BLUE, who was very friendly and informative. Blue took the time to explain to us the benefits of each and every flooring material for about an hour throughout the store and was patient enough to listen and answer all our questions. We left the store with a purchase of a sample to decide on which to choose. We drove back the next morning looking for him specifically. Blue helped us generate the sales order , pick out the best thinset, grout, and do physical count of the remaining clearance tile left on the floor. He even checked us out and we left feeling excited to find a tile that we loved at a great price, but most importantly , superb customer service which is rare these days . We will let all our friends and family know to come see you when they need any home projects . Greeted when I entered the Disney World of Tile store. So many amazing choices. Designers available with an appointment. Once I choose, Anthony did a great job of helping me calculate my materials and saw to getting everything I would need. Secretly they were loading the cart. I didn't have to life a muscle. With a push of the button the cashier had my balance. NO line, no scanning every item. I just gave my name and paid. Chris had it all loaded on a cart and Anthony and Chris loaded my van. Went there yesterday to look at tile for an 1870 farmhouse I'm restoring. Drove for over a hour from Vale, NC to get there and the people were the biggest assholes I've ever met, right down to and including the store manager! The sales person/assistant manager, Justin, is the absolute worst.....terrible customer service and the disrespectful tone, condescending words towards a woman was an absolute disgrace!!!! I cannot believe Floors and decor has a person like this representing their company!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves! He has no sense of good customer service especially when he chooses to speak the way he did to me! I will be furthering my complaint to corporate and hopefully they do something about this. We picked out tile for a backsplash. We paid $25 for the installer to come to our house for an estimate. Nothing fancy, basic subway tile. We were shocked at the installation price! We went to Lowes, purchased glass subway tiles. The price of tiles WITH install was less than the install price at Floor and Decor.
