Backing up a day, on Saturday, Brawley Nursery had advertised on Facebook with accompanying photos of some beautiful plants. The back tire on my Audi had picked up a nail so had a late start and did not get there till 1:20 and they close at 1:00 pm on Saturday. They later posted on FaceBook that they still had plenty and they would be available when they opened on Monday at 8:30. 8:30 came and went and they did not open at least while I was there. It was just me and another employee and we were both locked out looking through over the gate. Went online to see if Pike had them but from the way the adv ready, you could order them and they would be ready in 2 to 3 days. Another words, it sounds like they are representing a 3-rd. party. Placed an order yesterday afternoon and got an email in less that an hour that my order was ready. In other words, they had them in stock and I could come by and pick it up because they were open till 6PM. Told them we would pick it up on Tuesday if that was OK so over lunch today, drove over and picked up a beautiful bright red Christmas Cactus. It currently sitting on a coffee table in my living room and I am very happy with my purchase.

Over the next two months, I followed up multiple times via text, email, and phone. On several occasions, I was told the required parts were "in transit" and would arrive "this week." That explanation was repeated, but no installation was ever scheduled. On 1/29/2026, I requested either a confirmed installation date or a refund. I was told scheduling would be coordinated the week of 2/9/2026, but that did not happen. A final follow-up on 2/23/2026 received no response. As of today, the service remains incomplete. I recommend carefully reviewing public feedback before hiring this company.
