I arrived around 9 AM, waited about 10-15 minutes, and the synthetic oil change for my 2012 Honda Accord took another 20-30 minutes. It cost $50, and they also did a basic brake check during the service. The staff mainly speaks Cantonese with some broken English, but communication is enough for routine services. I also asked for a tire rotation, but they said they didn't have time that day. The shop is a no-frills neighborhood mechanic, nothing fancy, but efficient if your car is already in good shape and you need a quick oil change or basic maintenance. They're open on Saturdays, which makes it convenient when I can't come during the week. If you're looking for a fast, budget-friendly oil change, I'd recommend this place. For more thorough maintenance, diagnostics, or larger repairs, I'd probably choose a different mechanic.

To do either a regular transmission drain and fill or a flush. Wait Time: Took about 30 minutes Price Point: Afford. I was charged $130 for the transmission drain and fill. Service: Hank (owner) was very nice and informational through out the whole process. He told me that I should do a drain and fill instead of the more expensive flush. Every shop we contacted told us they couldn't fix it and that I'd need a whole new wheel hub assembly... except Clement at SGV Bimmer! Within FIVE minutes, he fixed what no other shop would even touch, topped off my fluids, and then told us, "No charge." We were honestly bewildered. It was our first time there! If that doesn't win our business, I don't know what would. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they clearly know what they're doing. It's so refreshing to find a shop that's both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. We will absolutely be back for all of my Bimmy's future needs.

They charged me $500 for this work. Originally it was $400 but I asked for the front splitter installed and that was another $100. I just felt like I was taking advantage off. To top it off the mirror caps wasn't installed correctly and I had another mechanic fix it. Anyways I found another mechanic that has been working on my car and wife's car that I fully trust. Not a rip off like this place. I didn't want to write this review but it's been nagging the hell out of me for how much I was charged for. He also suggested I should change my oil filter housing at 48k miles with no signs of coolant/oil leakages. Yes these are known to fail but no issues yet and I'm at 60k miles now. He said $1600 for OFH. My current mechanic can do for $1100 OE parts. My current mechanics has 8 lifts and are always busy, so no not some run of the mill shop that is low quality. Hope this helps someone out there. Edit: The owner sent me a fake invoice saying the job was $200. It was not $200. I was charged $500. I paid cash. Very petty man, now I'm super glad I posted this review.
