I wanted another shade on the other patio to reduce the sun beating on our bedroom windows. Ordered from Costco, World Class Coverings. They were the only ones I could find that would do a custom size and still give me a manual (not electric) control to move it up and down. They showed up when promised and installed it in no time. Demonstrated how it worked and cleaned ups after themselves. Now our bedroom is cooler as the afternoon sun is blocked. Very happy read more

I purchased a custom roman shade with matching drapes for two adjacent rooms. Both treatments are stunning and excellent quality and construction. I opted for blackout liner for both window treatments to slow the afternoon warmup in my house and it makes a huge difference. Although I discovered a couple of manufacturing related issues following the installation process, World Class's Team of experts, Christina and Rainier, immediately sprung into action to resolve the issue as soon as I called them. There was no guilt trip, no request for additional monies, nothing negative whatsoever, their primary focus was to ensure I was 100% satisfied. An excellent customer experience like this one will never get old. I highly recommend World Class Window Coverings. read more

April was the sales rep who came to our home to show us products and choose what looked & worked best for us and our home. We chose the Almond color which is neutral, matched our walls perfectly, and looks elegant. Very happy with the order. Job took a few months to complete because the fake wood slatted blinds had to be custom made for a wall of multiple windows and glass doors, but the design consultant and installer were both completely professional, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with World Class Windows. The initial consult was thorough and not at all about getting the sale. More focused on what we wanted and then we discussed from there what would work with our budget. The install went fast and was done with professionalism. We were also impressed with the follow up through the process. We were informed throughout the process of the status of our delivery and also follow up after to make sure we were satisfied. I had needed new shades in my kitchen and saw that Costco was sponsoring World Class. A gentleman came out and measured the 4 windows. Then he brought out styles for me to look at. I opted for grey solar shades because 1) the sun beats down on the kitchen, especially in the summertime and 2) tired of water spots showing. I bought them and about 3 weeks later, they were installed. Easy to pull up and easy to clean. The entire staff was excellent! read more

Salesman: He did a great job convincing us. I was unsure on the frame and installation where the shutter is too prominent...meaning like a couch too big in a small room. He did a great job in this instance; the shutters look good. He told me that he will be here during installation but he didn't come on the 1st or 2nd day. I texted him the broken piece shutter and he texted me back with message "let me call you in just a bit" and he did not call me back. I cc'd him when I texted the home office and not once commented nor replied. I guess once I signed the dotted line, his job is finished! Installation: - There was a broken piece and they were not transparent on how it was fixed. The broken piece is not fixable as far as know: by applying glue or putting a screw to attach it. However they told me they fixed it but they didn't tell me how and would not tell me which window has the broken piece. I have windows that are 20 ft high and I can't inspect them without long ladder. By watching them install, they were not meticulous to ensure it is straight and placed the shutter properly before putting a nail. Once the shutter is up in the window, the nail gun is fired immediately without ensuring whether it's square or not. The humongous window was the same way and could have taken more time to ensure its balance and could have done better job. But, overall they did ok job of installing. - caulking: caulking was terrible. They did not take the time to caulk the holes. There's not enough caulking especially the big window, the holes where the screws were placed are deep with barely enough caulking on them. They just slapped caulking and wipe it without much care. The nails are left visible; the paint should have been applied so it's not visible. I ask them if I can have one of small container paint and they did left me one; I guess it is my job now to make sure all the nails are painted. - the holes in the windows frame where they took out the old shutters were not caulked and so there 's holes that I need to fill with filler and caulk. The way they caulked, I decided to do it myself and not let them return and do the caulking on the holes that they left without caulking. I will do a better job even I'm not a pro. - there were nails or screws at the bottom of the frame on one shutter that is 20 FT high and the nails or screws were visible and I ask that it be painted. I do not have to ask, it should have been done automatic and it looks much better; otherwise, it looks like an eye or a dot on the frame. read more

This was the first time I've ever used a company who "brought the showroom" to your home. The designer as very helpful and the installers were knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile to get our order completed... about 6 weeks. Installation was done in a timely manner. The 2 guys that came by to install was very efficient. The only issue had I had was they offered to get rid of my old blinds. I assumed they would take it away and dispose of it. After they left, I could see that the old blinds was placed in my neighbors side of the street, just lying there. They should have just come back to my door and told me that they couldn't take it away. That was the only disappointment. read more

I love my new shutters! This company is world class starting with the sales representative who was knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through all of my options until I found what I wanted. Great experience. Very informational on initial visit. Not pushy. Thorough. Shades were delivered on time. All set up in a few hours. Easy to use. Bought our Costco membership particularly for window coverings from World Class. Value for me is good customer service, measure twice, cut once. Our sales rep came to our house with her samples. She was patient with the selections, and explained options. The order process included a call from the factory to confirm our order. Several weeks later we were contacted for installation which went quickly and cleanly. I would buy from World Class again. read more

Per the business reply to my original review, their designers have been there a very long time. This is not true in my situation. How do I know you ask? Well, I allowed her to borrow my stool to take measurements as she did not have all the equipment and told me she had just recently started! I will add the designer was kind and courteous. However, not all the options were provided and it would have been nice to know there were different panel configurations at the time of appointment. It's also possible she didn't have enough training during the, "thorough consultation process". read more

Installers were on time and friendly. The problem is the quality of the Graber blinds are of the poorest quality possible. One of window coverings has ben replaced three times and still not right. Three other ones do not work properly and the Word glass company said we signed the paper work that said we accepted the blinds and even though they do not work we have no choice but to keep them even now two more have broken. Stay away from them. read more

I ordered window blinds for 6 I have my windows. Lonnie came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful and helping me choose what would best suit my home and color scheme. It appears you did not read my rating nor do you know the situation that occurred. Firstly, I made an appointment 2 weeks an advance and insured that I would be available at that time. There is no excuse for tardiness without even advising me or the courtesy and respect to be told about this. How can you claim that customer service and respect is the so important to you and that I am being treated in a respectful manner? Secondly, I don't understand how your company does not have the basic comprehension of basic technology such as email. On top of this, I have to wait during my work hours for my documents to be prepare. You do not have the same hours as Costco, that is a lie. I had to completely rearrange my schedule multiple times to even get my inital order. Let me be clear, IT IS YOUR FAULT the credit card transaction did not go through. I cleared my entire balance and asked for a balance increase just to make sure I would not have any issues with my purchase. When I was told there was an error with my credit card, I sent a picture of my credit card and my credit card statement to insure that your staff had the correct information. I'm not sure what else I could have done to make this easier for them. Despite this, I had to take time out of my work to contact Citi and Costco to address the concerns. I spoke with 4 different supervisors at Citi, 1 supervisor at Costco and 1 fraud prevention supervisor at Citi. ALL of them looked into the issue and ALL of them said there was nothing wrong with credit card or the transaction. The problem was your company is inputting the information wrong. In fact, the last supervisor I spoke with ran the transaction and advised that there was no issues with it going through with the information provided. Despite this your staff ran my credit card 9 times and every time did it wrong. I requested that a supervisor contact me and never did. I'm not sure why there was no supervisor or manager involved when your staff is having issues running a card 9 times. I see that you took the time to answer my post and yet could not take the time to contact me to address the issue. Your staff did not offer me any solutions to the problem other than asking for another credit card. Why would a different credit card be useful when it has the same information I provided with the first? I am purchasing a Costco product, with a Costco Credit Card, that I sent you a picture of along with a picture of the statement, called Costco and Costco credit card. What else could I do to insure the transaction? Why has this issue not been addressed by a supervisor? You took the time to write me a very lengthy response but not the respect to give me a call. So allow me to re-iterate the reasons for the 1 star review. 1. Tardiness 2. Lack of Flexibility to your customers 3. Poor Customer Experience and Customer Service 4. Lack of Ability to input basic numbers 5. Lack of Care by Management 6. Lack of Ability to Use Basic Technology 7. Total Incompetence for Selling your Own Products Christina, I understand your frustration, and we did our best to assist you with your credit card transaction. Unfortunately, we have no control over whether a card is accepted or declined. Our team worked diligently with both you and the Costco management team to try and resolve the issue, doing the best we could with the information you provided. However, this matter ultimately needed to be addressed with your credit card company. Our team provides a full-service experience, which means we take the time to educate our customers on all available window covering options and features. Since, as you mentioned, this is an investment, we aim to ensure everything is done right. To deliver the best results, some appointments may take longer than expected. If our timing was inconvenient, we would have been happy to reschedule to a time that worked better for you. Our office hours align with Costco's, Monday through Friday, and our sales and installation teams offer Saturday appointments to accommodate customers who work during the week. That being said, it seems we are not a good fit for you. My team worked diligently and patiently to address the issues with your credit card company, maintaining professionalism throughout, even when the same courtesy was not extended to them. As a company, we highly value our team and strive to maintain a positive and respectful work environment. While we believe in treating customers with the utmost respect, we also expect the same for our staff. It's unfortunate you left us a one-star review on Yelp because we were unable to process your credit card information through Costco's system. We wish you the best of luck in finding a service that meets your expectations. read more
