Echoing others about the fantastic work Jim does. I have a kitten who decided our screen door is her personal scratching post, resulting in huge holes in the screen. The entire process was painless - provide 50% down payment, he orders the screen and then returns about two weeks (after the screen has been ordered) to perform the installation. Final 50% payment is due upon completion. Installation took about 30 minutes, plus 5 minutes on maintenance and usage instructions. It's been about a month since the installation, and there have been a few rainy days - so far the screen has held up well.
