I arrived early and waited in line for about half an hour until I finally reached the counter. Only one employee was working the front desk and another came from the back of the store and they began arguing over who was going to check in customers and who was going to clean cars. Finally got checked in and had to wait another half hour for the car to be cleaned. Thank goodness my husband was with me or waiting around by myself for over an hour would've been terrible. The rental car was fine, it was just the customer service that was lacking. You could tell both employees did NOT want to be there and did not want to be working together. Fast forward to dropping off the car: different employee all together and he was very polite and friendly. He was making small talk with customers, smiling, cracking jokes, and made me feel appreciated.
