Wish it could be a 0! They are about to ruin an entire family Thanksgiving. The van that was rented had major issues before even leaving and told to drive to Nashville to pick up another which was very inconvenient. After arriving at Nashville airport was told they only had a five passenger car which would absolutely not work. So as of now tomorrow early there is no way to head to West Virginia to be with family. What a horrible company!!!! read more

No stars. Got a 15 passenger van in Murfreesboro at 11am Saturday to to leave out at 4 am Sunday morning. Go to drive it again 4 hours after getting air and it will only go 5 mph. Tow truck driver will come get it but we have to drive 2 hours round trip to get another. We drive the 1 hour there for them t on tell us they won't give us what they have because they have it reserved. Then drive the hour back home and husband gets on the phone for the next 8-10 hours off an on and is told they should have given us what they had at the Nashville airport and a tow driver is headed that way to get it and bring it to us. Tow driver finally gets there close to midnight and they refuse to give him what they have. Or is now 6 am the next day and we have nothing. My kids are devastated and our vacation to see family has been ruined. Poor Kevin in escalation did all he could but he is the only one who tried to help us. I am in tears and we are exhausted from all the back and forth. I can't believe a company would do this to someone. read more

Things went well with my experience as far as customer service goes. The cars, not so much. As far as service, representatives did their utmost to ensure my satisfaction. They were courteous and polite to ensure everything was up to par. They provided extra service like a free ride from the repair shop that I did not take advantage of. There were two issues with the car that they handled expertly. Turning in the car was almost too easy. All i had to do was drop off the keys and car at the repair shop and the rental fairy took care of the rest. The first car they gave me had a small star burst windshield crack. It was out of normal vision, but they agreed to swap out the car. It was a short drive, so I opted for that. A few days later, I got a low tire pressure light on the dash. I took it to a tire shop that works with Enterprise. Enterprise offered to swap the vehicle again, but since leaving at the shop was no inconvenience. I declined the offer. Two new tires were installed and all I had to do was take the keys and drive away. No paperwork. read more

I previously wrote about my terrible experience at the Murfreesboro location. A manager wrote back to me on Yelp and told me to write to their care email. I did and nothing has become of it. No one has gotten in touch with me to discuss the situation. I left then my email as well as my phone number. So now, me or my company will not rent from them ever again! They refuse to make the situation right and give customer service in a correct matter. Within our company, we will no longer use them as our approve rentals. As a consumer, I will not be using a company that doesn't care what the customer's experience is and how to make it right when they feel that they were treated wrong. I will also, tell my friends and family to choose another car rental company because Enterprise does not care to service and treat their customers right. read more

My first rental at this location. Rental booked online they call a couple of days before my pick day to verify. Once arrived to pickup only one person working the counter but I knew they were busy. There was a few people behind the counter even if they didn't work the front desk. A acknowledgement to tell us someone will be with us in a moment would of been better instead of just a blank stare. As soon someone was free he generously helped and quickly got my rental keys and went over the basic. Customer service was friendly and easy to deal with once the keys were handed over. One thing they didn't have was night drop off box for the keys. I had to drop off the rental the night before, and park it so I have someone to pick me up. Then I had to return back and drop off the keys the next day. Verses dropping it off in the morning when my pick up ride had to be at work before 8am. read more

Went to the location on Broad Street in Murfreesboro for a rental during my vehicle repair, went in a few days before picking up rental to do paperwork and stuff to be ready on rental day, was told my insurance would pay for a full size car and was told I would get a Fusion or a Camry. So I go in on rental day and have to go thru all of the paperwork again, then I'm told I'm getting a Toyota Corolla, I state I was told That I would get a full size because that is what my insurance pays for so the person says let me what we have, so she says follow me, we go outside and she shows me a Nissan Kick, Really, that is FULL SIZE??? So she shows me the car after a quick inspection and pointing out a few things she gives me the key, I go home, have to clean the inside and outside of the windows so I can see, vacuum the leave out of the drivers side and passenger side one of the tires looked low so I check them, they are all at different pressures and the spare is holding 10 pounds of pressure (don't you check them ever?) there is something on the side of the car so I have to wash the sticky stuff off and fill it up since there was 1/4 tank on pick-up. So I get an text asking if I enjoyed the experience at pick-up, I state NO with the above reasons two days later I get another text saying they tried to call me, but no call from Enterprise on my phone and they did not leave a message, so how was I to know they called??? They say they want to fix this, I reply stating that I was very frustrated with the whole experience and Enterprise, so they have NOT TRIED to contact me again or replace this compact that my insurance is paying for a full size car, worst experience EVER, if you're using this location, I feel sorry for you, TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE. Now one week after getting this vehicle the remote key will not work, and the key in the remote will not open the car ???? What in the world, this has been a NIGHTMARE working with Enterprise. read more

DO NOT use this place. Our car was rear ended and needed to go to Ford Collision for repairs. Progressive was the insurance provider for the person who hit us and they said our loaner car was coming from this branch. After a week, our car was still not repaired and Enterprise called us to say that we owed them money because Progressive had only paid for a certain number of days. We contacted Progressive and they told us not to worry and that our rental car would be paid. Today we were going to buy THE LAST door at Home Depot that was in our price range and can't BECAUSE ENTERPRISE TOOK THE MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT!!!! Getting things lined up to take them to small claims court. Just getting my money back isn't going to change the fact that now we can't buy the new door we needed. NEVER using Enterprise for anything EVER. I'd rather walk. read more

I was in a near death accident yesterday and called them 15 minutes prior to closing advising them I may be arriving 5 minutes after 6:00 on the tow truck and they would not wait for me. Instead I had to rent an Uber from the wrecker place all the way back to Nashville airport to rent a car- you can be assured I did not rent from Enterorise in Nashville and never will again. read more

Reserved a large SUV, was told they'd have it in stock. They called to say they wouldn't have it after all, less than 24 hours before pickup, and right as they were closing the office. Told me I had to call the 800 number to initiate a cancellation and refund of the $1400 rental, knowing that would NOT work. Corporate says it has to be cancelled at the agency from which it was reserved. Tried to call them back 2 minutes later. Closed. Not answering. Rent anywhere else but here. read more

Overall, just a really terrible experience. During peak hours they had only one staff person working. I waited an hour to get my car plus I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after signing for someone to take it to put air in the tires. My economy car smelled like smoke and had stains all over the upholstery and gum on the floorboard. I was already late to work since I had been waiting almost an hour and a half, so I didn't have time to request a different car. Scratches weren't documented accurately and the staff working when I returned the car were downright rude. I will never use this location again. I'm encouraging USAA to remove this location from their discount program so that other customers can avoid this place. read more

This is the best place in town for renting a vehicle! We broke down on our way to watch our Marine graduate from boot camp at Parris Island, SC. I was one frazzled Mama. After calling numerous places with no luck. We passed by this location and stopped by to see if they had anything available. To our surprise they had a 15 passenger van. We happened to be traveling with 8 of us and a new Marine would make 9! So this fit the bill. We could all travel together! Our customer service was outstanding! My car needed an extended stay at a repair shop so rented from Enterprise for a week. Quick rental process. Started on a smartphone, hit submit while pulling in the lot, was already in their system when I walked in the door. (Be safe folks passenger was on the phone) Repair shop told me car would not be ready on agreed date but Enterprise was easy to work with to extend the rental over the phone. After a long day which entailed putting my truck in the shop overnight, I was really not looking forward to renting a car but had little choice. However, my experience with this Enterprise location greatly surpassed my greatest expactations. Justin was extremely nice and helpful, and provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I would definitely recommend going here to rent a car in a pinch. I reserved a car on-line for July 18th, received a confirmation and arrived at exactly the time I listed in my reservation. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have a car because I put July 23rd on my reservation. She told me they tried to call me. When I asked why they tried to call me I was told that they always call on same day reservations. Why would they call me if they had it down for FOUR days later?! Clearly a lie. I went home and checked my email confirmation. I was correct on the date and had a confirmation number. I called, shared my frustrations with a lady who answered the phone and asked to speak to a manager. I could hear him telling her what to say to me. The MANAGER did not have the COURAGE to get on the phone!! Enterprise must have been desperate for a manager the day he got hired. Don't worry. I won't use your office again. read more

I had a bad experience with Enterprise on NW Broad St on 11/01/17. I had to return the rental. I picked up my car after repairs at Abra Auto and Body. It is one minute down the road from Enterprise. I call Enterprise before I got to Abra (as a courtesy) and let them know that I was picking my vehicle up and to have someone there to pick up the rental. The lady on the phone (Assistant Center Manager-I forget her name), explained to me that she didn't have anyone available and that I would be responsible for the rental until someone from their location could pick it up. I didn't want to be responsible for a 2017 Hondai Elantra so I took it to Enterprise; I mean, it was only one minute away from Abra. When I get to Enterprise, there were no customers and only two employees. One was an Assistant Manager and the other one looked like a manager as well. They told me that they didn't have any available drivers and I had to wait for the drivers to get back before I could get a ride to Abra. They had a few customers during my wait. I don't believe that they put their customers first. One of those people could have taken me to Abra, which again is 1 minute down the road. I could understand if I was going 30 minutes away, but it was 1 minute; they would have been back in 3 minutes top. Additionally, this is not my first experience with this location. I had no problems last time. I was able to leave the rental at Abra and Enterprise came to pick it up which is why I made a courtesy call in the first place. I am never the type of person to leave bad reviews. However, I have never been more upset with a company. Due to the wait, I was late picking my child up from school. There was no sense in having me wait that long when there were two employees at the location that could have taken me 1 minute down the road. I really hope the location takes these reviews into consideration and changes their processes to make for a better future and less negative reviews. read more
