So the name implies they are located in BRENTWOOD, but this service is actually in Franklin. Not a big deal except based on the short converstation with company rep - learned they only service the Franklin area. The person was rude and hung up on me once he learned I was not in Franklin. I located on the way to the airport. Guess they don't need the business. Stick to the larger cab companies or lyft/uber.

I can't say enough good things about Flight Park! From the clean facility to the friendly and…read morehelpful staff, my experience was excellent from beginning to end. I had a 6:15 a.m. flight, which meant getting to the airport around 4:15 in the morning. Anyone who has traveled that early knows you're barely awake and already going through your mental checklist trying to make sure you haven't forgotten anything! The gentlemen working that morning was absolutely wonderful. He took my luggage and loaded it onto the shuttle for me without me having to lift a finger. That small gesture meant so much, especially at the early hour. The gentlemen asked me if I had my phone with me and took the time to answer all of my questions about where I needed to go once I got inside the airport. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned about making sure I knew exactly where I needed to be. Their kindness and willingness to help made a potentially stressful morning so much easier. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and you can also tell when someone truly cares about helping people--and this gentlemen genuinely cared. Thank you, Flight Park, for making the beginning of my trip so easy and stress-free. Your staff is a credit to your company. I will absolutely use Flight Park again and highly recommend it to anyone flying out of the area! Terri N.
