Was visiting Nashville to connect with my fraternity brothers and wanted to add a special touch by reserving a sprinter van to take us down to Shelbyville for the Nearest Green Distillery Tour and then out on the town in Nashville later that night. Unsure of how best to book, I called and spoke with Edward who put together two quotes to fit our needs. One quote was for the tour and the other was for the night out on the town. Communication from the time I booked in March until service at the end of April was great. For the tour, the van was set to arrive at 10:15am so we could get there in time for our 12pm tour time. Carlton called me well before that to let me know he had arrived, which I appreciated, so I could corral the guys to make sure we made out the door on time. Carlton was great and provided great communication. He dropped us off right in front of the entrance so folks could think we were famous, ha! Later that night Joe picked us up for dinner, and drop us off at a few different spots. We were initially supposed to return at 12:30am, but when I called him he to extend he said not a problem and with smile. On both trips the van was clean and comfortable. I had called a few other companies, but glad I went with Emerald. Although I'm not from Nashville, will be singing their praises to anyone that asks!

We contacted Executive Travel for a round trip to a concert when the company we usually use was unresponsive after three attempts to contact them to make a reservation (growing pains and short staffing). I'm summary: This company was TERRIFIC to work with; professional and efficient. The person gathering the reservation information was cheerful and friendly. They have an automated system that emails the quote prior to the trip, and the gratuity is estimated up front so you know the entire cost and there's no managing of money during the trip. At the conclusion of the trip we also received an emailed receipt showing the applied charges. The driver had a very nice personality and was an excellent driver. He arrived on time and was incredibly calm while safely navigating around crowds of Preds fans, tourists, and other ride share drivers downtown. He let us know when and where to find him after the show and provided a business card so we could call or text him if anything changed about our pickup instructions. Not having to worry about tracking a ride share down after the show allowed us to have a few drinks at dinner and thoroughly enjoy the concert without leaving early to beat the crowds in the parking lots, or compete for a typical ride share. We are very glad we chose Executive Travel and will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to friends!

Again, I understand the cars are vintage, but we ended up getting picked up by my mother-in-law, and expected they might reach out to us about what happened. They did not, and when we called 3 days later, Diane repeatedly said "you left us there!" as though it was our responsibility, in a wedding gown and tux, to stay in a broken down car when the driver couldn't give us any timeline of what was happening. She also blamed it on the AC, which is frustrating considering we didn't even ask for a car that had that feature. In the end, they only gave us a 50% refund, which is highway robbery for a 2-block ride. Not only would I not use them again, I'm going to tell any engaged friends to not use them as well. I just felt it was all-around poor customer service and not what we needed on our wedding night.

Beautiful caramel leather seats with a couple of 4-seater tables towards the front of the bus. My husband and I hired 2 buses through Signature to transport our wedding guests from our venue in Franklin to our afterparty on Broadway in Nashville. They showed up to the venue as scheduled at 9:30pm with a scheduled departure at 10:00pm. Unfortunately we did not depart the venue until nearly 10:30pm because the two drivers were not prepared with an adequate number of seats for our guests and spent over half an hour setting up additional seats on one of the buses (why this was not done prior to arriving at our venue I still don't know the answer). We finally start moving and we find out that the AUX is not operational - a huge downer as we just left the greatest party of our entire lives & hired a transportation company to allow our guests to keep the party going but okay - things happen. The driver then refuses to dim the lights in the cab of the bus. So now we are leaving our wedding - 30 minutes behind schedule, with no music and fully bright white lights. Not exactly the experience we were going for. But again, things happen. Cruising along in our absolute dud of a party bus - and we realize we are pulling up to the AIRPORT. THE AIRPORT. Again, we are scheduled to be transported to Broadway for the afterparty for our wedding... but here we are at the airport. All because the drivers - yes BOTH drivers -transporting 80 of our wedding guests blindly followed a GPS to the airport where there happens to be a second location for the bar we had booked and paid to have our after party at. So rather than being the professionals that they claim to be and typing in the address of the destination on our contract the lead driver typed in the bar name, clicked on the wrong location and blindly drove there with the second driver blindly following them. We eventually arrived to Broadway - after spending AN HOUR & FIFTEEN minutes on buses that should have had us from A to B in 30 minutes. Management did contact us the next day apologizing for the situation & even provided us with a full refund. But frankly - this was our wedding night. A night we will never get back. Many of our guests got motion sick on the bus, some had to be let off during the ride to find bathrooms and those who didn't get sick, got tired and decided not to stay at our afterparty, because in their defense they had been on a bus for over an hour with no food, no drink, bright white lights and no music. We got our money back but we lost priceless and irreplaceable time. You never get these people together again in your life and over an hour of the quickest night of your life is just gone. As I imagine many people looking to book transportation are also celebrating priceless moments in their lives - I'd go anywhere else. But if you do choose to book with Signature, request the best & most experienced drivers, and verify the address of your destination not just the location name or else your wedding could turn into a very memorable night for all of the wrong reasons.
