Never use them. they are dangerous. The driver was going 94 MPH on 65 north. We were in no rush. When I told her to slow down, once I noticed her speed she said she did not notice how fast she was going. Also never use them for the airport pick up. If your plane is late, by only by 2 hours they just leave you there. It took me 4 hours to get home from BNA because of them and Lyfy was $198 at that time of day. And they said too bad your problem. Don't you want someone you can trust to get you from the airport? Well it is not them. They could have said they had to pick someone else up and they would be there as soon as they can. But instead their text said too bad your plane was late and figure it out yourself. read more

Customer Service is top notch. They go above and beyond. First- we only needed a ride from the airport to Franklin as our daughter was working. had a friend in Franklin price ride share 2 days prior and rate was $99-$139 one way at same time of day with note that expected to go higher closer to weekend. Booked with Concierge with quote comparable to low end of Shared ride with pre-arranged ride and not having to worry rate would change. Follow signs to Limo area to find our driver and sedan. Plenty of text confirmations day prior & upon landing. He even saw that our plane bounced & took off again to circle & land. Our driver Chris was happy to point out sights on the way and answer questions about visiting Nashville. He delivered us safely to our destination. It wasn't until 5 days later that we realized we were missing a luggage strap that must of fallen off in the car on the way to our daughter's place. Sent a text to Concierge with a picture of what it looked like. Not only did they find it, they offered to have a driver drop it off at our daughter's place in a couple of hours so we'd have it for our trip home.! Above & beyond! After numerous calls without a response, we Uber. When I left a message to cancel the request, finally got a call back. All we got was excuses and threats to suit if post negative on YELP about their service/pathetic. I've been using Art and his team to and from the airport from Spring Hill as well as any personal events in Nashville for over a year - Super Professional, nice clean vehicles, just a great experience ..... here's why I let their team handle everything 1) for a couple bucks more than Uber or Lyft I get someone I know, I don't have to wait, and they're really good if my plans change a little on the fly 2) real licensed and insured company, they are commercially insured and have dash cameras etc, no worry about some Uber driver who didn't pay his premium or have coverage if god forbid something went wrong. I know most people don't think about that stuff but you will if you ride share has a crash 3) their speciality may be airport transport, FYI saves me a ton over driving and paying for parking and way more convenient, when you're going to a concert or Preds Game you get to have fun not worry about parking or having a few beverages before being driven home 4) This takes the cake : Arthur once drive my wife to the hospital for a minor surgery so I could get the kids off to school, I was still at the hospital in time for the procedure but that's how much trust the CRTN team has built with us! Five stars to Concierge Ride. This company does *not* only offer one-way rides to the airport, although I have used them before for exactly that purpose. This last trip, I flew in from out of state, had scheduled banking transactions, and needed to collect my elderly parent for a plane ride back out of state. I had limited time to accomplish all items on my schedule, and Concierge Ride worked with me to get everything completed. They made note of the multiple addresses and stops that had to be made along the way (the 'ride' to the airport lasted almost 3 hours because of all that I needed to accomplish.) On the day of, the driver showed up on-time, drove me to my first destination and waited while I completed my bank transactions. The driver then took me to the next destination to collect my parent and the traveling nurse. Again, the driver patiently waited, then loaded bags and equipment into the vehicle for us. The final destination was the Nashville airport, where the driver helped us make the arrival and transfer swift and efficient. The vehicles Concierge Ride provides have always been, without exception, spotless inside and out, and the drivers skillful, professional and personable. Five stars. read more

BEWARE DO NOT USE CONCIERGE RIDE TN. I booked Concierge Ride TN for transportation from a wedding in Columbia, TN to my home in Nashville, TN. As per my request and confirmation my party was to be picked up at 10:45. At 10:30 I received a text from the owner of the company stating that my driver was running late due to the weather (it was raining) and that he would arrive at 10:57 (12 minutes past the agreed upon pick up time). At 10:57 I sent the owner a text stating my driver was still not at our pick up location. A couple of minutes later the driver called me and stated he was there. He wasn't. He had been sent to the wrong location and was 20 minutes away from our actual location. It just so happened that Concierge Ride TN was also providing shuttle service for the wedding we were attending to a hotel in Spring Hill, TN. The owner was providing the shuttle service and quickly realized I was a customer who was waiting on a driver that had been sent to the wrong location. We then packed into a shuttle with multiple other people to get us to a hotel in Spring Hill to meet up with our driver who would take us the rest of the way to our designated location in Nashville. When we arrived at the hotel in Spring Hill the driver was rude and incompetent. He argued with the owner over taking us to our location and did not have our address. The owner, Arthur, stated multiple times that he was sorry for the mishap and that it was his fault. He stated he had changed the name of the venue in our "calendar invitation" and then that evening changed the address to match the incorrect location. Again, in my booking of the service I provided the correct name and street address of our pick up. We finally arrived home an hour after our scheduled drop off. The next day I emailed Arthur stating I expected a full refund for our horrible service. He stated that he would give me a 50% refund because the driver did end up dropping off our party at the correct location. He stated via email that I would receive the 50% refund the next day. I did not. I sent another email asking where my refund was when he responded by saying he hadn't had time to meet with their lawyer in order to draft a refund agreement. I paid in full to be picked up at a specific location at a specific time. Concierge Ride TN did not pick us up at our location or on time. When booking a car service that's the only thing that matters and this company not only failed horribly to do that, but has been extremely difficult to deal with after the fact.
