5 stars isn't enough to truly capture the service and experience with Emerald Luxury Transportation. Was visiting Nashville to connect with my fraternity brothers and wanted to add a special touch by reserving a sprinter van to take us down to Shelbyville for the Nearest Green Distillery Tour and then out on the town in Nashville later that night. Unsure of how best to book, I called and spoke with Edward who put together two quotes to fit our needs. One quote was for the tour and the other was for the night out on the town. Communication from the time I booked in March until service at the end of April was great. For the tour, the van was set to arrive at 10:15am so we could get there in time for our 12pm tour time. Carlton called me well before that to let me know he had arrived, which I appreciated, so I could corral the guys to make sure we made out the door on time. Carlton was great and provided great communication. He dropped us off right in front of the entrance so folks could think we were famous, ha! Later that night Joe picked us up for dinner, and drop us off at a few different spots. We were initially supposed to return at 12:30am, but when I called him he to extend he said not a problem and with smile. On both trips the van was clean and comfortable. Awesome customer service. The reviews don't lie! I called ahead to make an appointment for airport transportation to and from our condo. They tracked our flight and arrived early (even though our flight was delayed multiple times). I didn't have to think about calling them and checking to make sure we were still all set. They emailed and texted me when they were on their way and when they were arriving. They took payment a day or two before service. The drivers we had were fun and professional and the Escalade we rented was comfy and super clean. When it was time to leave Nash they were right on time and got us to the airport safely. We have used this company several times. In all instances they have been completely professional, friendly and efficient. Because of this when we attempted to encourage my in-laws to fly to Pittsburgh for Christmas this was the first company we contacted. My in-laws are 86 and 88 and have not flown in over 50 years. I called Emerald Luxury Transportation and they could not possibly have been more helpful. They agreed to not only pick up my in-laws and take them to the airport, but agreed to help them check in, go through security and take them to their gate. To be clear, this is not a service they normally offer, but they were willing to help us out and everything could not have gone smoother. I cannot say this enough.
