I had a great experience with Sedan on Demand this week. I was looking for a cost-effective, yet dependable solution to getting to my hotel on Thursday, and more importantly, from my meeting back to the airport on Friday. I don't mind renting a car in Nashville, but I was making a tight plan on Friday and I didn't want to take any chances with making my flight. I had a bad prior experience with a taxi not picking me up on time in Nashville so I cast about for alternatives. I emailed Sedan on Demand's "info" contact from their webpage and received a prompt response from a Dispatcher named Elizabeth. Her emails were courteous, prompt and efficient. She accepted a fax of my credit card information to further speed my travel experience. For the price of a one-way trip on LimoLink, these folks priced me a round-trip from the airport on Thursday and to the airport on Friday. I was met by a courteous and professional driver (named Johnny) and received equally prompt and courteous service. I requested Johnny for Friday and my request was promptly confirmed. Johnny arrived at my meeting location on Friday a full 45 minutes before schedule and texted me his arrival. All in all, an excellent experience. I use them all the time for my trips to and from the airport. Clean cars, timely service, I can't complain. I often call them the day before and they usually have a driver available. Only once did I have to look elsewhere because they were booked up. If you are being picked up at the Nashville airport go down to bottom level of the airport and go into the parking garage area. Turn right where it says "Limo Pickup" and you will find your friendly driver there. read more

Have used them for years but lately 3 strikes and they are out. First one was the driver called 15 minutes late and said he was stuck in traffic and would be another 30 minutes...to late to make my flight...I took a cab. Never got an apology. Second time driver was waiting at my house to pick me up for an arriving flight at Nashville airport, my reservation clearly said pick me up on arriving flight and take me home. Got a call a few days later offering me 50% off of next trip. Third time was when I called the dispatcher after the driver was nearly 10 minutes late..the driver called me 5 minutes later and said he was 20 minutes out...35 minutes late...I took another cab. We were in town for a wedding at a farm venue quite a ways out of town. It was so easy to book a car and driver for exactly what I wanted -- a sedan on demand! I certainly did not want to appear in a limo so the Mercedes sedan was perfect. Our driver Scott was not only punctual but also a safe driver and witty conversationalist. I was able to book two trips --one from my hotel to the venue and another to pick us up several hours later. The prices were quite reasonable. I worked for WKDF and WTN radio and they were our promotional partner so they transported hundreds of winners , on air guests , celebrities for events you name it and always rave reviews, I recently had a large group of out of town guests and was pleasantly surprised with the limo bus. I had no idea they could transport up to 35 in limo luxury ! The pricing was a pleasant surprise and there were only about twenty of us so we spread out accordingly . The journey was as much fun as the destination and we partied like rock stars! They were also able to secure us a group reservation at a local hotspot after I had been turned away !! So wonderful! I called at 9:30 on a Sunday night for a 7:15 AM Monday pickup in Belle Meade and ride to BNA. The lady who answered was professional and kind and immediately confirmed our reservation. Linda Brownlow was early to pick us up and was just such a courteous, welcoming driver. (I felt like I'd made a new friend by the time I arrived at the airport!) The car was a brand new Cadillac and was so comfortable. When I learned from Linda that this company also helps transport homeless residents between churches (where they can obtain shelter), I knew for sure this was definitely a fabulous company. read more

I am a Registered Nurse taking care of an elderly couple. The family set up transportation for their family member through this company because they do not have family that live locally. I brought the patient down to the Main Entrance of the hospital where I was told and waited 30 minutes. They called said they will be here in an additional 15 minutes so I brought the patient back down at that time and waited 40 minutes. I called the company to encourage communication. We went to the Franklin Wine Festival this evening, at 8:30pm and requested a ride home. They informed us that they stopped giving rides at 11pm. At 10:45pm we went to get a ride and no one was available. When we tried to call the representatives and manager were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend them. If you need a ride, request uber, they are a much better company and friendlier at that. read more

Excellent service. I could not be more pleased with everything. I use this company whenever I need to go to the airport for travel. Always on time and the cars are kept nice and clean. Recently I used them for my brother's wedding. They were able to provide a luxury limo as well as a luxury sedan. The sedan was fit with a mini bar in the back which was perfect for the bride and groom. The cars were clean and the drivers were very professional. I had a great experience with Sedan on Demand....there was slight mix-up and they had forgotten to complete my registration for pick-up. I called them when I arrived at the airport and didn't see my driver. They arrived with a car to pick me up within 3 minutes of my call and the driver took me my destination on time with traffic issues and all. What really impressed me was the companies customer service recovery process. They comped my fare due to the mix-up and owned up to their mistake.
