He showed up in the beloved "Grandma" shuttle and drove us himself. I also did not really know where the Gray Line counter was. The shuttle leaves every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels. Their shuttles follow a specific schedule and route from Nashville International Airport to Downtown and West End hotels from 5am-11pm. This was good to know so I knew when to expect them to come and pick me up and take me back to the airport. My pickup window was kind of tight but they ended up picking me up early, which I was not ready for or expecting but that was not a bad thing. Their rates are $14 One-Way & $25 Round-Trip, which is is less than a taxi but more than In Shuttle.

We use a car service for concerts, dinners, airport drop offs, etc. given the price of gas, event…read moreparking, and surge prices for the typical ride shares, for us (where we live) it can be more reasonable and makes the night much more enjoyable. We contacted Executive Travel for a round trip to a concert when the company we usually use was unresponsive after three attempts to contact them to make a reservation (growing pains and short staffing). I'm summary: This company was TERRIFIC to work with; professional and efficient. The person gathering the reservation information was cheerful and friendly. They have an automated system that emails the quote prior to the trip, and the gratuity is estimated up front so you know the entire cost and there's no managing of money during the trip. At the conclusion of the trip we also received an emailed receipt showing the applied charges. The driver had a very nice personality and was an excellent driver. He arrived on time and was incredibly calm while safely navigating around crowds of Preds fans, tourists, and other ride share drivers downtown. He let us know when and where to find him after the show and provided a business card so we could call or text him if anything changed about our pickup instructions. Not having to worry about tracking a ride share down after the show allowed us to have a few drinks at dinner and thoroughly enjoy the concert without leaving early to beat the crowds in the parking lots, or compete for a typical ride share. We are very glad we chose Executive Travel and will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to friends!
