The staff was so accommodating with the weather and delays for Bonnaroo this year! The initial shuttle to Bonnaroo was pretty delayed, so they set up an uber for us to get there instead. As soon as we got to the entrance, we were turned away for the weather delay. Waited it out in a restaurant near the entrance when we still had hope they would reopen. After about three hours I contacted Perkins to get us back to our hotel. They were obviously all scrambling trying to get all of their customers home safely, and offered to reimburse me if I ordered my own uber. Everything was locked up with traffic, but they managed to get a driver over to us (shoutout Joe, Finoy, and Anthony for being amazing) and get us back to our hotel. They were awesome about checking in with me on our status and safety. Can't recommend them enough, they really took care of us! I'm sure they would've gotten us back to the festival if it had reopened as well! read more

If you are looking for a shuttle ride, look no further! I could not recommend Perkins Shuttle Service highly enough. I was recently in Nashville for a bachelorette weekend that the bridal party hosted. Because of all the activities that involved drinking we had planned for one of the days, we decided to hire car service for the day. We chose Perkins Shuttle Service because the price was reasonable and it is black owned. Our driver arrived promptly at the time we requested. The suv was large for our party of six. It was raining heavy that day so it took some time to get to brunch. We had one umbrella and Finoy (driver) walked us to the door covering us with the umbrella. We didn't have any additional umbrellas with us because we travelled to Nashville so while we were at brunch, Finoy (driver) purchased umbrellas for us to use for the day. We had the service for about 7 hours and Finoy was very accommodating to our needs. Allowed us to play whatever music we wanted. His driving was good and we felt safe while he drove. I definitely recommend using him again if I need car service in Nashville. I believe he also drives to other states as well. read more

These guys were amazing! Great communication, very affordable, excellent customer service and very nice SUVs. They picked us up in downtown Nashville, drove us 1.5 hrs away to the Caverns for a concert, and drove us back. They even added an extra stop on the way home to drop off my sister at her hotel. Highly recommend this company for shuttle services! read more

Great service!! Friendly driver!! Thanks for the Best Service & working with our group!!

We used this service while we were in town for a weekend. Finoy was our driver for a concert. He was timely and professional. He is a safe driver and car is very nice and clean. He took us to dinner and waited then took us to the concert and back to our lodge. Highly recommend if in the area of Pelham, Manchester, or Monteagle, TN. read more

Kedron was great, arrive on time and very professional. Amazing service and thanks again!!!

We highly recommend Perkins. Our driver, Kedron, drove us to and from our hotel in Nashville to The Caverns in Pelham. He is an excellent driver, so personable and polite and we enjoyed every moment of the trip. The fare was very reasonable, especially considering the time factor, because we'd booked cavern tours and a concert. Kedron picked us up at 11:00am and drove us back to our hotel after the show ended, taking extra time to take us to a pharmacy in a Smyrna so we could pick up some necessities. He is very knowledgeable and answered our many questions about Tennessee because it was our first trip to this area. We were so pleased with our Cavern's experience due to Kedron's expertise and professionalism. Thank you Kedron and Perkin's Shuttle Service! read more
