We contacted Executive Travel for a round trip to a concert when the company we usually use was unresponsive after three attempts to contact them to make a reservation (growing pains and short staffing). I'm summary: This company was TERRIFIC to work with; professional and efficient. The person gathering the reservation information was cheerful and friendly. They have an automated system that emails the quote prior to the trip, and the gratuity is estimated up front so you know the entire cost and there's no managing of money during the trip. At the conclusion of the trip we also received an emailed receipt showing the applied charges. The driver had a very nice personality and was an excellent driver. He arrived on time and was incredibly calm while safely navigating around crowds of Preds fans, tourists, and other ride share drivers downtown. He let us know when and where to find him after the show and provided a business card so we could call or text him if anything changed about our pickup instructions. Not having to worry about tracking a ride share down after the show allowed us to have a few drinks at dinner and thoroughly enjoy the concert without leaving early to beat the crowds in the parking lots, or compete for a typical ride share.
