My friends and I booked the pink limo for a Nashville bachelorette, and what should have been a fun, easy experience turned into a complete headache. Trey, the owner, was nice at first--but that changed the second we had issues. He became flaky, unresponsive, and full of excuses. First red flag: they only accept payment through Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. That should have told us everything--you have little to no protection if something goes wrong. We were promised amenities like glasses, water, ice, karaoke, and Bluetooth. When we got there, multiple items were missing and the limo itself felt run down. There was no AC, which made it miserable with 11 people inside. The Bluetooth didn't work because the driver didn't have the PIN, so we literally had to turn around and get our own speaker. No glasses, no karaoke--just a lot of things that were advertised but not delivered. Trey added an extra bottle of champagne and a bachelorette sign, but that doesn't make up for the basics not being there--especially AC. The only positive was our driver, Bennie, who was kind and did his best with what he had. After the trip, I reached out to Trey for a partial refund. That's when the real frustration started. He kept telling me "give me 48 hours" or "text me tomorrow," and this went on for over a week. Every day it was a new excuse--he was busy, had a music video shoot, was dealing with family issues, even said his son was attacked. I tried to be understanding, but at some point it's just unprofessional. He eventually offered a $75 credit--which is useless when you don't live in Nashville. I asked for a refund instead and got completely ignored and strung along again. We never received any money back. The bottom line is that a few add-ons don't make up for false advertising, broken amenities, and no AC. The experience itself was disappointing, but the lack of accountability afterward made it worse. Save yourself the stress and don't book with Trey or this company.

After confirming with Dee by email TWO day before, plus our wedding coordinator talking to and confirming with him on the phone TWO days before the scheduled pick up, he NO SHOWED. Our wedding coordinator called him when he no showed and he stated, "he forgot." And he texted me saying he had us down for 12/9 not 12/6. My email to him on December 3rd stated I was confirming for Saturday, December 6th at 8:45pm, which he acknowledged and confirmed. This left us in a terrible bind to get my daughter and her husband to their hotel after their wedding reception. Her matron of honor tried to get an Uber for them, but uber was not able to find a driver. (we knew way in advance from the venue owner that getting an uber was going to be difficult so that is why we hired Dee) It was incredibly disappointing, not to mention unprofessional, as my daughter had planned for going away pictures with the car service. Dee did apologize and I was refunded the down payment we had paid by Monday, December 8th. He did offer to come and get them, but he was 40 minutes away and we had to be out of the venue before he would be able to arrive. It was just a bad ending to a beautiful day.
