Communication was never an issue as I emailed lots to ask questions and always got a very quick reply even taking into account the time difference Bibake was there waiting when we got out to the collection point. He was so lovely . Water was waiting in the car in an esky which was great after getting off planes for 18 hours. Drop off was equally easy. Sorry can't remember the drop off drivers name he was lovely, polite informative if we asked questions. Cannot recommend Nashrovers enough . They have a very personal service warm and friendly drivers. We also booked Nashrovers for 7 hours to take us to the Jack Daniels distillery. Again 7 Aussies in the car all gibbering for 1.5 hours each way, poor Bibake. He was so lovely he just fitted in with us all . We had the best trip. Bibake waited and let us know where he would be or we rang and he drove around to collect us. We were running a bit late as we did ask Bibake to stop at a couple places on the way home. In the end we were over an hour over time but he took it all in his stride we were just invoiced for the extra time super easy. Was visiting Nashville to connect with my fraternity brothers and wanted to add a special touch by reserving a sprinter van to take us down to Shelbyville for the Nearest Green Distillery Tour and then out on the town in Nashville later that night. Unsure of how best to book, I called and spoke with Edward who put together two quotes to fit our needs. One quote was for the tour and the other was for the night out on the town. Communication from the time I booked in March until service at the end of April was great. For the tour, the van was set to arrive at 10:15am so we could get there in time for our 12pm tour time. Carlton called me well before that to let me know he had arrived, which I appreciated, so I could corral the guys to make sure we made out the door on time. Carlton was great and provided great communication. He dropped us off right in front of the entrance so folks could think we were famous, ha! Later that night Joe picked us up for dinner, and drop us off at a few different spots. We were initially supposed to return at 12:30am, but when I called him he to extend he said not a problem and with smile. On both trips the van was clean and comfortable. I had called a few other companies, but glad I went with Emerald. Although I'm not from Nashville, will be singing their praises to anyone that asks!

We contacted Executive Travel for a round trip to a concert when the company we usually use was unresponsive after three attempts to contact them to make a reservation (growing pains and short staffing). I'm summary: This company was TERRIFIC to work with; professional and efficient. The person gathering the reservation information was cheerful and friendly. They have an automated system that emails the quote prior to the trip, and the gratuity is estimated up front so you know the entire cost and there's no managing of money during the trip. At the conclusion of the trip we also received an emailed receipt showing the applied charges. The driver had a very nice personality and was an excellent driver. He arrived on time and was incredibly calm while safely navigating around crowds of Preds fans, tourists, and other ride share drivers downtown. He let us know when and where to find him after the show and provided a business card so we could call or text him if anything changed about our pickup instructions. Not having to worry about tracking a ride share down after the show allowed us to have a few drinks at dinner and thoroughly enjoy the concert without leaving early to beat the crowds in the parking lots, or compete for a typical ride share. We are very glad we chose Executive Travel and will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to friends!
