I have been using Flight Park for several years and have always received great service until yesterday. We were 46 minutes over the allotted time and it cost me an additional $21. When I enquired about the extra charges the staff informed me that is what the computer said to charge so that's it. They were completely indifferent and could have cared less if I were satisfied. The service for the drop off was great! Picking up a vehicle after I paid $150 for to detailed that had no been touched was distressing especially as they included in my bill. When we called for a pick up, the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive. She acted very annoyed to have to send someone to pick us up and did not give us adequate instructions on where or when our driver would pick us up. I want to point out that we use parking off site because I am disabled. We have never had a bad experience regardless of which parking lot we went with until now. I dropped my car off a Porsche macan s and expected it to be well taken care of. I returned 8 days later paid them over $200 for parking and as soon as I got to the vehicle I walked around it, checked my mileage, and then noticed when I sat down in the driver's seat there's a crack of about 10 in down the drivers side of the windshield. The employee took pictures noted the whole thing said he would turn it in you can see where something hit my window. I called them 5 days straight and on the fifth day the answer I got back was they would be happy to give me $150 parking credit. I told them I would have to file suit if they wouldn't just fix this and I would give them until Monday but they said go ahead and file suit They didn't care. I will never go here or recommend this place. On another note when we walked in my girlfriend turned around and walked right back out because it smelled so much like marijuana in there customer service area of the building. Parked my truck there for a four day trip to Chicago to return to find driver's side window shattered. they had no explanation other than maybe heat. it was that hot. Also only one window broke and it wasn't just a crack, but completely shattered as if it was hot with something sharp. They offered no resolution. Manager is never available. I've used Park N Fly executive travel parking, parking spot, and by far the finest parking experience I've felt in Nashville is flight Park! The prices are cheaper than anything you're going to get on the airport. The additional services that they offer like car cleaning oil changes etcetera are a little over the top to the normal holiday traveler, but are great for those of us to travel a lot. If you look for coupons, like I did on this trip, you can reduce your rates even more. You get an upfront pricing cost when you book your Park experience, not the $30 add-ons that's some of the other locations do when you check out. I get taxes and fees are a state requirement, but I want to know about him up front when I'm making the decision where to park. flight park has never let me down, I planned a 40-minute experience to park ride check in on my departure flight. It was less than 8 minutes and I was standing in TSA line. The pickups experience is the same. Text when you get to baggage claim, there was a car waiting for me when I got to the shuttle pick-up site, their staff loaded my bags I was back in in my car checked out in under 10 minutes. Both of my front windows were vandalized. The Flight Park manager denied that it happened on his property even though he stated that there has been multiple instances lately in the area. He told me that his staff takes detailed notes of damage on vehicles and that was not documented when I left my car in their care....... He repeatedly stated that the area was now a "cess pool". Damage to customer property is not acceptable. Wish I could give 0 stars. There was no indication that someone would be taking our keys and parking our car once we arrived. They rushed us, grabbing things that weren't ready to go (we have a toddler and a stroller and needed to back things away accordingly), so it made more work for us. When we returned we had to repeat ourselves several times before getting on the shuttle. Our car has a big door ding on it that wasn't there when we left our car with them. I left a voicemail 5 days ago asking politely for their insurance info so we could get it fixed- no big deal- and Vince just called today to argue with me and say his guys didn't do anything to our car, and he spend 30-45 min reviewing video. Wouldn't let me speak and continued to interrupt me. Said he would send video footage. Really? The accused will send footage in his defense? It would need to be footage of the entire week we parked there. And he would be able to omit anything he chose- but he didn't understand this logic. Continued to talk over me and say that coming to him after the fact wasn't acceptable. So he wanted me to come to him before a door ding happened to report it? Genius. Our car also smelled strange and also like someone had smoked in it..I had the feeling it had been driven, and wish we had checked the odometer before leaving but again we were very rushed. Seat settings in driver AND passenger side were altered- I know this because the car seat wasn't fitting behind the passenger seat as it should have had the passenger seat remained untouched. Not a good sign. If you choose to park here do a full inspection of your vehicle with photos of the entire vehicle before and after parking...even if you pick up in the middle of the night, pregnant, in the cold with an exhausted toddler and a 5 hour drive home ahead of you. Recently went on a trip to Utah and used Flight Park as I have done multiple time in the past. On the drive home noticed my truck was covered with bird crap. I sent a photo back to FP and was informed that I paid for outside parking. Never in the past three years has anyone informed me of the options inside or outside parking. The person I spoke with is named Gina, who stated that "A sign is hanging inside for everyone to see..." First off, I interacted with an attendant who takes my information and sends me a text verifying my information outside when I park my vehicle. At no time does anyone ever mention there are options available. I would not recommend their service as they are rude and have total lack of regard for your vehicle. My whole experience yesterday was as follows...they did not give me a claim ticket when I left my truck, therefore, my truck was not ready, my truck was covered with bird crap, rude behavior and disinterest in performing a level of customer service that is expected. Definitely worth the Groupon and they even gave me the remainder-bought a 7-day Groupon but only used 4 in a voucher. This is definitely my go-to airport parking spot. - The staff is super friendly / helpful - The check-in / check-out is so fast and easy. I would like to say that we we're greeted upon arrival and immediately loaded up for the ride to the airport. However, before leaving I handed over my keys and gave my name DONALDSON. I was handed a ticket so that I may retrieve my car once I returned. When we returned from our trip, we were told to stand at a certain spot in order to get picked up, however the shuttle parked in a different area, so we had to cross over to board. When we get back to the parking lot of the business, we hand over our ticket and they say they couldn't find us in the system. So we patiently WAITED. We are constantly told that the ticket we have belongs to someone with the last name of BARNES. 30 minutes later someone finds our keys, BUT we had to still wait because my CAR was blocked in. I am then told that I will receive a 50% FRIENDS & FAMILY discount for my inconvenience, HOWEVER that was a FAT LIE, I paid almost full price. It cost $11.95 to park my car daily. I was parked for 2 days 11.16.19 to 11.18.19 and I should have been charged no more than $25. However, I am told "with your 50% discount your total is $223..." NOW HOW IS THAT? ... I'm not bad at math and I feel like this was totally misleading and wrong. When I went back in the building I asked how much it was for the total before the so called 50% off. I was then told the total was $35(but I only stayed 2 days) even 50% from $35 is $17.50 and that's what I should have been charged. Integrity and honesty means a lot to me and because the wrong was not corrected, I will NOT visit this establishment ever again! And someone else's clothing was in my car!! Just ugh! read more

I prepayed for parking here through Groupon. I called Tuesday about making a reservation for my very early Saturday morning flight. I was told that no reservation was needed, not to worry about it. I show up at 4:00 am Saturday and was told they were full and could not take my car. The man, who was very short, maybe 5 ft, was very rude and followed me to my car "explaining" that they were full because of a school break. I'm pretty sure school calendars are posted months in advance and he should have been aware of the increase in travel during school breaks since travel is his business. We originally made reservations for Park N Fly. We pulled in thinking it was Park N Fly, which is next door and way cheaper. The attendant asked for my name and I gave it to him and told him I had a reservation. The attendant kept asking questions that should have been pulled up when the reservation was pulled up. I should have thought this is not right at that time. We parked and were transported to the airport. On arrival we realized that we were parked at the wrong location. We were going to have to pay $12 per day per car for 2 cars to be parked there. I spoke with the manager and the owner and they do not think they did anything wrong. In my opinion I should have been told by the attendant that the reservation could not be found and that I was at the wrong location. Park N Fly was great and refunded our money 100%. Flight Park gave us a 30% discount which I am thankful for but the whole thing could have been resolved if the attendant told us to go next door when he couldn't find our reservation, instead he just made a new one acting like he already had us down to park there. Both times now that I have used them they say they don't have my name down as having parked with them when I called for a shuttle to pick up my car. They had difficulty finding my car despite me having my pick up ticket. When I got to pick up my car on both occasions they had my car under a completely different person's name. I used Flight Park for the first time in December when I was flying to Columbus for the night. I parked the car, they took me to the airport...and while I was gone they got my oil changed (for a fee, of course). When I got back, they picked me up, had my car ready and running in the cold for me to drive home. I believe it costs 12 bucks a day (if I remember correctly), but again - that includes curbside dropoff and pick up at the airport and they don't make you wait too long. You can pay slightly more to have your car inside, but I've found that my car is actually a machine without emotions and doesn't rightly care whether or not it is inside or out. If your car was manufactured by Knight Industries, you may have different results. I used them again in January and again, no hitches. The only downside I've found is that their online reservation system is essentially meaningless. Both times I've been there after reserving online, I've still had to give my full schpiel of information One should note that they use the Parkway Service Center across the street for any oil changes. The business itself is located in an old department store or grocery store that has been gutted and turned into parking...I honestly cannot remember what used to be there. read more

I had a very poor customer service experience at flight park. I have since spoken with the owner, and I know his intentions are to make it right. I appreciate him reaching out, although I do hope future customers receive better service from the start. My baby stroller was somehow broken by the flight park driver in the process of moving it from vehicle to vehicle. I know that accidents happen, but the way I was treated after the fact was the main issue. After speaking with several employees, I was met with defensiveness, blame, apathy and hostility. I was told that it is my fault that it's broken because "I told him to do it." The first response was to accuse rather than listen or problem solve. I believe one of the managers had good intention, but the whole experience was still very frustrating. I hope that future customers have better experiences when trying to resolve issues, but I do appreciate the owner calling to discuss the issue after the fact. read more

This was the first time I have used Flight Park, and let me just tell you - it was awesome!! I've used off-airport parking before, and it's been okay, but never great. I was headed out of town for a week and a half, and Flight Park was running a great Groupon deal, so I thought I'd give it a try. This is not your average airport parking experience! I was very impressed! The process couldn't be any easier. Once you drive up, they come out to greet you, take your bag(s), and print out a return-ticket from a mobile scanner/printer. There's a phone number on the ticket, along with your claim number and directions to where to meet your driver upon your return. The whole process took about 2 minutes and we were on our way, arriving at the airport less than 5 minutes later. When we returned, we picked up our luggage at baggage claim and called the number on the ticket. There was already a driver waiting, so all we had to do was walk out the door. When we returned to Flight Park, our car was already out and warmed up. Our driver loaded our luggage, we went inside to pay and we were done. They offer a variety of services while your car is parked and we opted to have the car washed inside and out - it looks great! Everyone we encountered was friendly and very professional. read more

We usually just park the car in the economy lot at the airport, but we saw a groupon for 7 days of parking and it was such a good deal, we thought we would give it a shot. I'm not going to lie, when we pulled into this shopping center parking lot, I was extremely nervous. Why would I ever want to trust my new car in a parking lot right next to K-Mart? Who even knew that K-Mart's were still in business. Needless to say, I was only expecting crapy services, but I'm always up for trying new places. To my surprise, the staff and service at Flight Park was out of this world. They moved our bag from my car into their Mercedes shuttle van, and we were off. They dropped us off right outside of the checkin counter and we were parked and to the airport all in under ten minutes. How's that for service? These guy really know what they are doing. read more

AMAZING service. Had a groupon for 7 days so decided to go with them. Made the reservation online. Pulled in at 3am and was immediately greeted. They took all of our bags out of the trunk and put them in to a big luxury van. Asked if I wanted my car washed, detailed, or oil changed while I was gone. I declined and they printed off a ticket with directions for when we arrived back to Nashville. Within 5 minutes we were on our way to the airport. He unloaded our backs and off we went. Upon arriving back in Nashville we got our luggage from baggage claim and called them. By the time we made it down to the next level where the limos pick up I kid you not we only stood there for less than 3 minutes and they were there. We pull in to the parking lot and there is my car, windows down, trunk popped, and ready to go. They loaded our bags back in to the trunk of my car and handed me a certificate for 2 days since we only used 5 of the 7 on my groupon and off we went. Literally 10 minutes from getting our bags at the airport we were back in my car heading home. We fly back out this saturday and needless to say my hubby was impressed and we will be parking there again. FYI my milage on my car was just like a left it. read more

Please be very weary when leaving your car with this company. Huge dent and paint missing from my car while I left it with them over the weekend. I did not notice it till the next day after pick up because it was very dark and looked like dirt. I called to see if there was anything that I could do and because I didn't see it till the next day I was left high and dry. So please be careful. Also, they did not honor my online price quote. So that was a waste of time. Update. Took my car in to the body shop. They want to charge me right under $600 to fix the dent. So you have to get to the airport and you don't want to pay the crazy fees in the airport parking lots...there are a lot of options out there. Flight Park is responsive, efficient, secure and personable. There is not a lot of fuss or drama. You have the option of making a reservation in advance if you wish but you can also pull up, they immediately greet you, pop your trunk, they grab your luggage, load the bus and if you are a regular; off you go. Otherwise there is a few minutes of gathering key information. They offer some services while you are away; car wash, oil change, detailing, etc. They also offer covered parking if you desire. Prices are fair and the more you use them the free or discounts you earn! Upon your return call and they pick you up and drop you off. Very efficient and the drivers are personable. read more

We will never use flight park again. All the bad reviews must involve their driver, Wayne. I hate that I have to give them a star at all. We utilized flight park from a groupon. The Drop off was great and they cleaned my car great. The pick up customer service was terrible. They didn't tell us where to be at the airport to be picked up, so naturally we weren't in the right place. Once the van stopped at the other end of where we were, the driver, Wayne, was rude, stating "let me get that". Which I thought was his job. Once in the van he starts talking to himself out loud, "I don't know why people have to get mad at me when they aren't in the correct place". My husband then explained that, first we weren't told where to be and 2nd he thought getting the bags was his job. The driver started to argue and my husband said that regardless of his bad day, customer are always right. The driver then said, unconvincingly, "he was sorry". This review is based on my experience with Flight Park and using a Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for 7 day parking for $42 dollars. As luck would have it I was able to get 10 dollars off that price because Groupon was running a 10 dollars off 20 dollars promo. Per the Groupon instructions, I scheduled an appointment for the times and dates I would be dropping off my car. On arrival, I parked in the drop off area and was greeted by an employee that helped check us in and another employee that took our bags into the van. Everyone who works there is always rushing around, they are very focused on making the service fast. The driver who took us to the airport was very fast! You'll want to familiarize yourself with the "oh shit" handles in the Mercedes (they're very proud of that fact) vans. Upon check in, you receive a little slip with the phone number to call when you arrive back at the airport to be picked up. They also have a convenient number you can text with a code and the shuttle will come for you. The shuttle picks you up in the lower level, where the limousine sign is. Our driver on the pick up was Jeff. He was very friendly and super fast. We told him we had some glass bottles in our luggage and he was very accommodating to make sure they didn't break. We arrived back to Flight Park and our vehicle was in the same spot we dropped it off at. Jeff was great and a standout in the company. I was worried the Groupon was going to be a hassle to use, but it was very easy. All I had to do was show the Groupon on my phone to the cashier and he clicked "Use Groupon" and I was good to go. I received an email that showed how much it would've been without a Groupon, $108.62, I got it for $32. Look for a Groupon if you can! If not, you won't be sorry for using Flight Park. read more
