I like Bridgestone Arena! I've seen several great bands perform there! Most recently, my Sorority Sister and I saw Iron Maiden at Bridgestone! We both love the lead singer, Bruce Dickinson and their mascot, Eddie! This was a great show: the "Legacy of the Beast" tour! Like Yelper Kayla S., mentioned, Bridgestone is super close to Broadway, making it typically a quick walk from your hotel, which is a huge bonus! Sorority Sister and I saw a legendary 80s hair band there, too, who also put on a great show! I don't think it was Def Leppard; however that's the closest band I see on the Bridgestone concert archives website. It was funny because the drummer, who was dressed in his best 80s leotard tights, and 80s t-shirt, bounded out of (his and our) hotel building running late for the show! He jumped into a cab and went around the corner straight to Bridgestone. Bridgestone does a good job with security; they have all the eats and drinks you could want; their merch is always displayed well, priced well, and readily available. I love Bridgestone! read more

Bridgestone is by far my favorite large event venue in Nashville. The crowd management is top notch and I never feel like I'm waiting in long lines, even when the event is sold out. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Some of the seats near the top are very narrow when it comes to legroom, so be prepared to stand up and stretch sometimes. If you're at a predators game, this will be no problem as the crowd likes to get loud and proud! If at a concert, the "nosebleeds" are still relatively close to the action and climate controlled vs the outdoor/stadium venue options around town. Parking can be expensive on Broadway, so a ride share might be a better option if you can walk a couple blocks for pickup. read more

I attemded the Rodeo/concert. This is a very nice and new arena. Very spacious lots of food locations to pick from. Very easy to access the upper levels. Security was a breeze lots of entrances to use so it makes it very quite to get in. The only thing negative is that the seats are really small very close together and they have these lomg plastic stripes that make the seats very tight fit. After tbe event I had bruises on both my upper legs. Its really hard to get in and out of your seat. Thats why it was only given 3 stars. read more

Had the chance to catch the UFC Fight Night July 12 at Bridgestone Arena (Suite 16) for work, and it did not disappoint. Got dropped off near Nashville First Baptist Church and enjoyed the walk up to the arena--plenty of energy and easy to navigate. The suite had excellent visibility of the octagon, great service, and a comfortable setup. Watching Derrick Lewis baptize a Gen Z heavyweight in real time? Unforgettable. All in all, an incredible venue for a live event--efficient entry, solid amenities, and unforgettable atmosphere. After the event I walked up to 8th and Demonbreun to catch an uber to the hotel. In the last 9 years since moving to Nashville I seen so many concerts here and obi the CMA and let me tell you is INCREDIBLE for life music. Costumer service is on point and have so many different drinks and food you can chose from. If you have an opportunity to have a suite is even better because you will be with a small group of people you close and no one will block you if the stand up in front of you but any seat in the arena is AMAZING. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. I came for a predators hockey game on Tuesday evening because I was there for a conference at music city. The stadium was so new, the chairs were padded and in great condition. my colleague felt they were a little narrow, but I thought they were OK. There were no lines for almost anything. The security was very quick and easy. Everyone is very nice. I got the walking taco which is basically loaded chips. I got Tostitos topped with pork, cheese and veggies - basically nachos. This is a great hockey arena! Smashville knows how to bring the energy! This was my first NHL experience, and I am beyond happy that it was here. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly. The jumbotron was great for us sitting in section 204. I love that there's a band during intermission! The club level is a real treat too. Sure, there's more limited food options, but it was great for me and my family. I loved the chicken tenders. OK Bridgestone ... I see you! In a city full of many memorable venues, this hockey haven that doubles as a tour stop for major artists definitely stands out. My husband and I recently saw Kacey Musgraves perform here for the end of her Deeper Well tour, and we had an incredible experience! First of all, you really can't beat the location. We parked just outside of the Broadway bubble, walked a couple of blocks to grab a quick bite at Assembly Food Hall, and then walked across the street to Bridgestone! Easy peasy - even when it's cold outside. We arrived about 30 minutes after doors, and there was a short line for security. We had floor seats, and so we actually ended up having to wait in two different lines because there was no signage. Not a major issue ... but we missed a few minutes of the openers. The arena itself is laid out well, and there are plenty of bars with lots of fun local options (shout out Spiked Coolers!) There was some bottlenecking at the ladies' room and the merch line ... kind of to be expected, but I feel like the volume should be anticipated when you're touring major artists like Kacey Musgraves. The show itself was incredible. If you're thinking about splurging for floor seats, this is your sign to go for it. From the crisp sound to the otherworldly visuals, this was an experience to remember. The crowd was pretty respectful too ... although toward the end of the show, they did get a little (understandably) rowdy. The confetti and balloons were a fun touch too! I have yet to check out a Preds game here ... but that's next on the list for sure! read more

Bridgestone Arena is as much a staple on Broadway as the nearby honky tonks themselves, so if you know Nashville, you know Bridgestone. Mainly known as the home of the Nashville Predators, Bridgestone also serves as host to all kind of events from concerts, comedy shows, to monster truck rally's to wrestling shows! Throughout the years I have seen numerous concerts, benefits, shows and yes, a recent WWE Raw! There really isn't a bad seat in the house, of course this is always contingent on stage set up, but for the most part you are good where ever and however high or low you are. The seats themselves are decent, good for the length of your average show. I have been lucky enough to see many things from a suite, and as you can guess, that is my preference at this point. #spoiled There are multiple entrances, which is nice when the crowds start to rush entry doors. Public spaces are well laid out, with copious amounts of food and drink selections, even carts slinging burgers and beers. Plentiful amount of bathroom options and solid places for vendors to set up merch tables. Additionally, signage is well mapped out and easy to follow. As with most large public spaces, and especially those downtown, parking can be a challenge and be a bit pricey, and Bridgestone is no exception. If you did not rideshare, for a nice price, you can park under the arena or find a nearby pay garage to make your life easier. Best option is rideshare though, 100%. While I have enjoyed many things at Bridgestone and will continue to do so, one major issue is concession prices, as they are wild! Be ready to shell out a small fortune - think $40 for two beers and still no hot dog to go with it! Similar prices for your standard arena fare. But hey, you're paying for the experience, right? Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, Bridgestone is solid and a great place to catch whatever event you are after! read more

I've been to two shows here and can attest that they cram as many seats as possible so be ready for a cozy experience. I also understand that if your waistline is over 40, you will not physically fit into the 300 level seats. At my last show, I could see people having to sit on the forward edge of the seat, or they just stand the whole time because of it. Definitely take the time to research seat size if that is a concern. Most recently, I went to a concert here and we splurged for floor seats. They were a bit more comfortable that the stadium ones, but not by much due to no armrests or cup holders. People kept kicking over empty cups of ice and other drinks, so staff was coming around with a mop to clean up the mess. I'd also say the sound was not that great and had a shrill effect that I did not enjoy. This was for a very well known band and tickets were hundreds of dollars. It wasn't terrible and I have heard worse at other venues, but I expected better. If you are seeing a show here, I highly recommend staying at one of the nearby hotels so you can just walk to and from the performance. Otherwise, you and several thousand other people will be swarming the streets when it is over. I couldn't image what the parking/traffic situation would be like. read more

The ever-popular Bridgestone Arena has hosted countless legendary artists, and I've been fortunate enough to attend two incredible shows at this venue. First, I experienced the magic of New Edition, Jodeci, and Charlie Wilson, followed most recently by the Queens! 4 Legends featuring Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, and Stephanie Mills. Both performances were absolutely fantastic - I enjoyed myself to the fullest and had an amazing time. The lighting and acoustics were phenomenal, both shows were choreographed to perfection, and the entire audience was on their feet throughout the performances. For those unfamiliar with Nashville, the arena sits in the heart of downtown's bustling entertainment district, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and hotels that cater to the country music scene. This can feel overwhelming if you're not prepared for the busy downtown atmosphere. The venue itself is a moderately-sized arena where the Nashville Predators play during hockey season. Floor seating is comfortable, though they do pack people in fairly tight, which can feel a bit cramped. I can't speak to the upper-level seating experience. While parking is accessible, it comes with a hefty price tag, so I'd recommend doing your research early to find the best garage option for your budget. Pro tip: if you plan to dine at The Palm or Trottoria Italian restaurant, you can take advantage of valet parking at the Hilton hotel. Speaking of parking, the attendants were absolutely top-notch - helpful, patient, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Inside the arena, concession stands are adequate but prepare for sticker shock on the prices! The venue staff consistently delivered outstanding customer service, offering helpful assistance with everything from entry and seating directions to answering random questions throughout the event. Regarding tickets, I purchased mine online and - like everyone else - wasn't thrilled about the additional fees tacked onto the base price. It's frustrating, but unfortunately unavoidable. On the bright side, you can also purchase parking passes online, which saves time during your planning process. The restroom facilities were adequate, and I was particularly impressed with how professionally the staff managed both events, especially their exceptional assistance for guests needing extra help or those using wheelchairs. Their accessibility support was truly first-class. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. As a solo concert-goer, I had an absolute blast singing along, dancing in my seat, and connecting with fellow concert-goers who shared the same appreciation for these professional entertainers. We could see everything going on really good and the sound definitely amplified. Parking is easy. You can either park at the arena or across the street at Music City Center. The arena did a good job getting us all in quickly and yet they were still checking every single person in one by one. Once inside they had employees helping out with directions. I bought some merch and even the merch line was organized. There was a very friendly usher standing at the entrance of our section and she took us to our seats which we thought was very nice. I'm attending the 2024 men's basketball tournament at Bridgestone arena. The arena is located in the heart of downtown Nashville. It's a great location for a sporting event with tons of bars and honky tonks to celebrate the big wins! The arena is nice. It's clean and well kept. It has a nice flow to it and it's easy to find your seats. The bbq option is good at the stadium. I tried the chicken bbq with baked beans and mac and cheese. For arena food I can't complain. I'd get it again. This arena also offers refills on their larger drinks for the duration of the session. You pay a bit more but it is a better value at $11 for a large with a refill vs $6 for the next size down and no refill. Another tip if coming to a game here is parking is free at Nissan stadium and there is a nice walking bridge to connect you from the lot to the heart of downtown, it's not a bad walk and could save you upwards of $20 on parking. I'd highly recommend checking out a gabe or other event at this stadium! Hope the cats win this week! read more

Really cool experience. Once again, fans were really cool and very welcoming. I think there will always be a lot of visiting fans for games here because fans will not only come here for the game, but they will also come to visit all the bars and restaurants on broadway, so they'll kill two birds with one stone. Lots of food and drink options inside the arena. Seats do seem a bit crammed more than other arenas I have been to, but it wasn't overly uncomfortable. Good in game entertainment, crowd gets really into it with the singing and different phrases they say after announcer says something. Great location for the arena as there are many places to eat and drink before the game. Seems like it is relatively easy to get in and out before and after a game and parking prices didn't seem too outrageous. We walked back to our hotel which was just about one mile away. read more

My son and I came for the SEC semi-finals and enjoyed the free kid friendly beverages at various booths outside. Security was extremely easy and efficient. My seats in the 318 section were good, but got vastly improved with a surprise upgrade to front row, center court. My son told me that he will remember this day for the rest of his life! This is an awesome arena located in the middle of downtown Nashville so you can enjoy a hockey game and enjoy a fun night out after! The best thing about visiting different hockey arena is mingling with the fans. Of course, this could also be a bad thing as I've had some not so great experiences in the past at other arenas and their Team's fans. However, Nashville have some pretty cool fans! And their arena is actually great as well. Bridgestone arena has some fantastic features and great food options. We ate prior to the game but coming in, I could have almost eaten more if my stomach was forgiving enough. The place literally smelled delicious with barbecue aromas and other delicious fares! We sat by the broadcast booth and they have sizeable screens in front of the seats. The seats were also very comfortable. I didn't think the place would be luxuriously spacious inside considering it's located downtown but it actually is and I enjoyed our visit here regardless of the game results. What a venue! I've been a handful of times to various concerts and events, and there is not a bad seat in the house. Location is convenient downtown and while getting to the venue is great, once you get within a half a mile (for the crazy sold out shows), it is a standstill. On my way to Elton John it legit took me 47 minutes to go 0.6 miles. Crazy. I know that is dependent on the performer and crowd, but y'all really need to work on a better parking and traffic situation. Inside is clean. Staff is super friendly. Food is overpriced, of course. On my first full day in Nashville, I did touristy stuff downtown. I passed by Bridgestone Arena and didn't need an introduction. Bridgestone Arena his home ice for the Nashville Predators. I have seen the rink from various NHL broadcasts over the years, but it was awesome seeing it in person a few times during my recent trip. I drove by it and saw it across the street when I was at Schermerhorn Symphony Center for a concert. It's one thing that I loved about this city. I'd be at one place and another one would catch my eye that I wanted to visit next. While I was on vacation, I learned that Smashville is one of its nicknames. I hope it's not due to the high concentration of bars downtown where you can get smashed drinking, but there is a Smashville sign in front of the main entrance at Bridgestone Arena. I have heard that ticket prices to see a hockey game are reasonable. It makes me want to see a Predators game sometime and check out the arena as a hockey fan. Naturally, concerts also happen here. It is Music City after all. With so many live shows, I didn't get a chance to take in any at this venue. It's the perfect place for an arena in the heart of downtown Nashville. Bridgestone Arena is a very nice arena that doesn't look like any other arena on the outside. It actually reminds me of what convention centers look like. I've only been in this arena twice, both for NHL games, and the sound system is loud, which is necessary because the Predator's fans are very loud. I like this arena because Security has been very efficient upon entry to the arena, and it's quick and easy to leave via the many added stairwells that most people don't use. Huge monitors over the middle of the ice rink allow everyone to see action close up. Pictures and graphics that are projected onto the ice look great. Seating is comfortable. I loved that there were live bands playing music during the intermissions between periods. The concourses are wide, allowing quick foot traffic flow without many bottlenecks, and provide an open and airy feeling. Escalators are Signage throughout the building is clear and useful. Restrooms are clean. Ushers are nice and helpful, even to fans of the opposing team. :-) read more

Visited Oct 19, 2023. Attended a concerted this night, the performing artists were great. The stadium could do better with food selection and pricing. It's limited and very pricey. The seats were comfortable but for us taller folks it can be a pain in the shins. My shins kept hitting the cup holder that was attached to the seat in front of me, that got uncomfortable fast. Also the clearing space to pass people to get to the middle seat where on the narrow side too depending on your seat selection. People are a bit confused on the bag policy as well. I read the online policy correctly but wanted to verify therefore called the number provided on the site. They seem to think only clear up to a certain size limit but I clear so women with handbags (not diaper bags) larger and not clear. I opted with not bringing anything but it would have been nice to have my waist bag to carry my wallet and medication. Parking would be in the near by parking garage but you'll of course be charged premium pricing for event days which was almost every day at about $30 - $40. read more

I watched the hockey game here and I'm just going to say it if you are bigger in the hips or legs the seats aren't for you! Get a handicap seat, I've never had a problem at any other arena I've ever been too but the chair left bruises on my legs and you can't put the cup holders up. Came here for a hockey match since this is the closest NHL team to Atlanta! Had gotten my boyfriend tickets for his birthday and we went the Saturday before last! ***LOCATION*** I really love that it's right in the center of the city. We were able to walk from our hotel about 30 minutes into the downtown area and then walk to the arena from there after lunch. It was super easy to access. ***EXPERIENCE*** We went through the metal detectors and bag search, hate that that is a thing, but glad to have it for security! We then went inside and we're able to easily find our seats. We were in the veryyyy back, but I really liked the view actually. I felt it was easy to see the rink and I personally like higher up seats to look down and see all of the court/field/rink/etc. At matches. I liked that this one was high enough up, yet still close enough to be able to see the players well. I enjoyed the mini concert they had at the break and enjoyed all of the little extras, games and things that they do during pauses! Nashville was losing, so we left a little early and were in a rush to get to Huntsville afterwards, so glad we left during the 3rd portion so we could beat the crowd out. It was so smooth walking out, there was no line or crowd at all. We even stopped by the gift shop to pickup a souvenir. We just got a hockey puck, but thought they were pretty cool and reasonably priced! ***PRICE*** Tickets were a little expensive, so we did get back row seats. It's hard to compare since ATL has no professional team. The price seems about right to me, but I was hoping to be able to find cheaper ones for the back row, but still paid about 60$ a ticket. The view was good though for 60$! For Atl, we have the Braves baseball team and you can get nose bleeds for 4$. For soccer, you can sometimes get tickets around 20$ as well, but the view is so bad, you're so far, you end up watching the screens instead of the field. So now really sure if the price is good or not, I guess I'd say yes for the quality of the view but if you just wanted to experience going to a game, doesn't look like you'd be able to find anything super cheap just to be there unfortunately. ***CONCLUSION*** Would definitely go back.
