Definitely not as good as it used to be. Must have had some kind of manager change/issue. The quality of the food has gone down, they seem to have new people in the bar each game/concert which really makes things go slower and of course it sets a different tone for you as a season ticket holder to not get that consistency and also the vibe of everyone being part of the Preds "family" is not the same. What an amazing atmosphere! Large diverse variety of great food, spacious bar with a wide variety for beer and cocktails, clean restrooms with no lines and you can watch the players walk out of the locker room before each period. Holy moly. If we hadn't been going to PBR, we would have never known about this place. We added this onto our ticket when we purchased them not knowing what to expect. Very hard to find even when asking directions but once you get there, there's great food, really great aesthetics, awesome buffet and is calm and serene. What's not to like? Seriously. You're surrounded by opulence everywhere you turn. There's a ridiculous amount of free-flowing booze. You have room to get away from the crowds and take a minute to breathe. You have access to the Preds. There's a never-ending supply of food... how can you not stan? The first time I experienced the Lexus Lounge was for a concert. I walked down the stairs from Bridgestone's main floor and... what's this? A car? A Lexus? Nice. Wait. There's another one? And, another one! Before too long, I was doing my best Tawny Kitaen impression -- and that was before I discovered the bar. BarS. There's the main bar, flanked by ginormous TVs which play all the live action from the stadium floor, as well as the highlights from other big events going on that evening. If you can't muscle up to that bar, turn on your heel and check out the smaller square bar on the other side of the space. I have never waited long for a drink and always had excellent service. The staff members at the LL go out of their way to make you feel at home and like a VIP. As Nashville grows, good service has been one of its many casualties. Not so here. Can we talk about the food? There's a ton of it and most is pretty fantastic. From in-house dining to catered events, I've been fortunate enough to go from savory to sweet and leave with a massive food belly every single time. Every.single.time. Folks, there are dedicated dessert, pizza, carving station, salad bars and other food BARS. You don't have to chose. You can eat all the food. You were here for a concert? A game? Psht. Watch it from the lounge and never stop eating and drinking. You can do that. The Lounge, 'natch, has direct access from the floor so you can go back and forth as you please. You might (will) annoy your neighbors with all the up and down but if that's a hill you're willing to fight on, do it.* With plenty of seating (some very plush) you might forget the why of what brought you to the Arena. Oh, and did I mention that the bar, typically, stays open past the show/game? No need to spill out to Broadway when you can pound 'em back in luxe air-conditioned (or, heated) splendor. At the Barry Manilow concert, the Lexus Lounge was advertised as an upscale buffet. It was far from upscale. Nit that it was terribly bad, just not what we were expecting from the advertisements description. The ad also spoke of a 90 foot television screen the would play the concert if you were to come to the lounge, you could eat, drink, and still watch the concert. Well, that television was not in operation. Yes, they had big screen televisions all over the place, but I was told the concert would not be playing on those. Unless you are disabled you have to find stairs to get from one floor to another. All elevators but one were out of order. Rightfully so they were using that one for handicap folks. We do not drink alcoholic beverage. So that part was no benefit to us. Overall, we were extremely disappointed in the Lexus Lounge experience. read more

Well that was wonderful! Last night I was able to hang in the Lexus Lounge at the Dead and Co concert. We met with a Bridgestone representative and it's actually not too expensive. Obviously it depends on the show, but it's absolutely worth looking into before you buy tickets. So the lounge is below the lower bowl, by the locker room. The vibe is upscale sports bar/man cave. (Women are totally welcome! Opponents team gear is not.) They have a 61 foot TV and two bars. One is longer than the 61' TV and the other is a large square bar. They also have 5 buffet stations. There is a salad station, Italian station with grilled cheese, entree station, stadium food station, dessert station, and at the end they bring out snacks like popcorn, trail mix, and cheese puffs. Oh, I guess I forgot to mention that if you buy a Lexus Lounge ticket you get all of this no charge! Yes, that is correct, it is all you can eat and drink. You, of course, also get a seat for the show. If that's not enough, there is also a suite you can rent off of the Lexus Lounge. Next time you are looking at concert tickets give a representative a call and check out the Lexus Lounge tickets. It's that easy! If you want to hit the Lexus Lounge for a Preds game you need a certain type of season ticket. You can call and inquire about that as well, but it's definitely more pricey. read more

Went to a Kid Rock concert and decided to try the Lexus Lounge for 2 couples. Food quality was decent, but the choices were unlimited. The value was more than a bargain. Unlimited beer, wine, liquor was well worth the price of a ticket. The lounge was open during the show, and, shortly thereafter for those wanting to hang around a little longer for the crowd to lessen. I would buy tickets again to the Lexus Lounge when attending an event at Bridgestone Arena. read more

I experienced Lexus Lounge last night for the very first time and I can't believe I haven't heard of this place! What is the Lexus Lounge? Lexus Lounge is located in the basement of the Bridgestone Arena. You can purchase your concert tickets with access to Lexus Lounge where you get unlimited access to food and alcohol drinks. You heard me! UNLIMITED access to food and drinks! They have so many food stations around the place. They have so many different type of foods like pizza, pasta, raviolli, grilled cheese, mashed potatoes and turkey, rice, chips, meat bar, cheese bar, coffee bar, dessert bar, and I mean the list goes on and on! They really have food offering for everybody! They also have two main bars where you can order unlimited drinks! They offer drinks from wine to beer to cocktails! This is probably the best deal of this place because you know that drinks upstairs are expensive. Typically, it costs you $10 just for one beer. So think about it. It is so worth it! This is also where the artists and players typically come out to during their intermission and breaks so you might even have the opportunity to see them up close! Lexus Lounge Seats So- in addition to getting access to the Lexus Lounge, the Lexus seats at Bridgestone is on the main floor. The seats are made in leather and you pretty much have the best seats in the whole arena! What else comes with it? Oh you know- your OWN waiter! So if you don't feel like walking back to the Lexus Lounge to get a cocktail, you can just kindly ask him/her and they will get it for you. I highly recommend this especially if you're planning on eating and drinking at Bridgestone anyway! The seats are also amazing so it is such a good deal! Lexus Lounge is something fairly new which is a basically an add on to your ticket for an event with an extra $40 to 150$ depending on the show and you are given a VIP access to the concert area which includes unlimited food buffet, drinks and pop corn :). If you are here for the games then you have VIP access right next to the locker but keep in mind to read the rules only home team folks are allowed near by.;) Buffet - 5 different food stations await you. Italian - From grilled cheese to pasta to pizzas and more. Entree - Toasted bread, seafood soup, ox tail, roast ham , hot dogs and more Salad - Cheeses, fruits, greens and deli meat. Desert - cool cup cakes from loaded to light ones. Snack Bar - pop corn, nuts ,trail mix and more. Drinks - U N L I M I T E D Free Lexus lounge is an experience which is a must and due to the affordable prices it more than pays for it self, you have your private restrooms and not have to wait for long lines for drinks either. Attended the Eagles concert 3/24/18 with an add on of $125 each to the Lexus Lounge. Spacious seating in an intimate setting. Even at full capacity, it did not feel crowded at all. Plenty of "gourmet" food in various sections (salads, tapas, cheeses, meats hot and cold, pizza, pasta, fruits, deserts, cookies...) You won't leave hungry! Never a wait for a drink at the many bars. Waitstaff friendly and very attentive. All you can eat & drink. For anyone attending an event, this is the perfect pre-show venue. It allows you to secure parking in the area early enough to have a chance to eat, drink and relax before show time with private restrooms without waiting before during and after. The only suggestion would be to purchase pre-paid parking with your ticket if you're not Uber-ing it as parking downtown is at a premium especially before an event. Highly recommended! read more

If you experience it once, you will realize it is worth it. I don't go to as many concerts as I used to before baby, so this is so worth. Dont' need to go to dinner before, and then pay for drinks when you get there. All there at once. Lexus Lounge. Nice, Wood and glossy and seats everywhere to co mingle. We ate before we went to concert. Tons of selections, Honestly, I was so excited I forgot to take pics.
