Kind, personable and made us all feel welcome and relaxed for such a busy time. She was serving another party as well that seemed to a bit challenging and she handled it with kindness, grace and humour. Food and drinks were great and Kayleigh really was a point of difference from this restaurant vs other busy places we visited this weekend. This place is a gem! This was my first time going to Nashville. Everyone kept saying you've got to go to the honky tonk street and walk it. Every other bar is a bar that contained live music. We came across this Jon Bon Jovi's restaurant and we absolutely loved it. The musicians were so darn good. The vibe was electric inside. And there are 4 different floors with different things on each floor. We tried the food and the French dip was unreal. I had no idea what I was eating because if this is French dip what was I eating before. I now know how good French dip can really get. Our server named Chloe was an elite server. My wife and I commented about how we haven't received this kind of great service in a long time. Overall, of all the music + bar + food places we checked out, we were so glad we ended up here. Live rock band playing at JBJ bar on Honky Tonk Highway was avarage. The band insisted not to play Bon Jovi songs if the audience don't pay $20 to request a Bon Jovi song. Ridiculous. Only one Bon Jovi song while I was drinking a few beers. $10 a beer. My recommendation is chief's on the broadway. Good country musicians playing there. read more

My cousins took me out on a field trip, there's so many bars along Broadway, I didn't know where to start. I'm glad we walked into Jon Bon Jovi, there was so much to do. Someone was performing on the first floor, we ordered a beverage in the bar towards the back. Then my cousin suggested I ride the bull on level 2. I had to decline, I was wearing a dress. We did stop by to check it out. Upstairs is the rooftop bar, partially covered and another band performing. We sat at the table in front of another bar. There's a server walking around however it was easier to grab a cocktail at the bar. Alot of long time fans here, they knew every song by JBJ. read more

We came early on a Sunday so there was no one inside for the poor guy playing music on his own. The inside looked nice the way you could see multiple levels above the band. Honestly so impressed with the new elevated menu at JBJ's! They now offer caviar three ways (and they're all delish). This is a really special downtown spot because they're family owned (and super lovely), and have impeccable service and warmth. Really doesn't feel like you're downtown Nashville. read more

An Absolute Rockstar Experience at Jon Bon Jovi's Bar! Last night on Broadway, I finally made it to Jon Bon Jovi's bar -- and wow, what a phenomenal experience. You can tell Mr. Bon Jovi took the time to get this place right, because every detail hits the mark. And trust me... it was worth it. From the moment I walked in, the music transported me straight back to some of the best memories of my life. The energy, the vibe, the crowd -- it all felt electric in the best way possible. The live band, Hand Over Face, was absolutely outstanding. Their songs were spot on -- tight, powerful, and packed with nostalgia. It felt less like a bar and more like a full-blown concert experience. They truly made the night unforgettable. Everything about this place screams fun. The atmosphere is high-energy without being overwhelming, and you can feel the love for music in every corner of the room. Now, in the spirit of honesty (and good gin ), my only tiny suggestion for Mr. Bon Jovi: please consider upgrading the gin selection to Hendrick's instead of Tanqueray. A rock legend's bar deserves a rock-star gin. That said -- this place is a solid five stars all the way. I absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back. Very neat bar! Lots of floors and vibes. The vibe is goth tattoo inspired with dark blacks and reds. The rooftop bar (2) was nice with a great view of broadway! I saw the mechanical bull and was fun to watch! Clean bathrooms with attendants. We had a favorite shot (hearts) and it was a hefty $14 a shot, but was a large shot! It was tasty! Lunch - Lower Broadway [Nashville TN] Brought to you by rock legend Bon Jovi. JBJ's is a five-story venue in downtown Nashville's Lower Broadway. Love Bon Jovi and his songs, more so in the 80's and the place displayed Bon Jovi-themed atmosphere with memorabilia and live music. We walked in around noon, a little overwhelming and loud to walk into inside with a live band on the main stage playing rock 'n' roll music. Our waitress came by and gave us menus as soon as we found an open table. She was friendly but it was hard to hear her because of the loud music. We ordered a full rack of ribs, served with baked beans and coleslaw and also a side of tater tots. Food was good but we overindulged... our eyes were bigger than our bellies. I only ate 2 pieces of ribs. We took about a third of it home. We took the leftover tots too and ended up giving it to a hungry homeless person. JBJ's is located on the corner of Broadway and 4th Avenue. Bathrooms were clean. There is an elevator available. They also have a gift shop at the back entrance, a mechanical bull (2nd floor), a tattoo parlor on the 3rd floor, more seating (quieter area) on the 4th floor and rooftop bar on the fifth floor. I am SO BUMMED!! I wanted to LOVE it here so much and built a whole trip Around coming to this restaurant! Did you know there is NO BON JOVI music playing at JBJ's?! We had reservations for the 4th floor and was so excited until they sat us under the AC and when we asked if we could move to one of the tables overlooking Broadway we were told they were being saved in case some influencers came in. No one ever sat there! We waited an hour and a half for a French dip that was just ok. Food would have gotten an ok review if we had great Bon Jovi music to listen to while we waited. We were soooo excited to check out JBJs! It's new since the last time either of us were in Nashville and we are huge Bon Jovi fans. The decor and the space were awesome. There were great bands playing. But the service was TERRIBLE. It was a weekday and not even busy. But we couldn't get a drink. We put our food order in and it took forever. We had a concert to attend nearby so we needed our food. The menu was minimal. The food was just ok. I would definitely come back to listen to some music though. read more

We really did not plan on going to JBJ's but the security guard is good at getting people in the door. My friend and I were walking down Broadway trying to find a new bar to try and as stated previously, the security guard talked us into giving JBJ's a try. The building looked smaller compared to the other bars but I was surprised with how big it was on the inside. It had 3 floors with each one providing live music. It was pretty crowded on the first 2 floors so we opted for the third floor which includes their rooftop bar. We enjoyed the band on the third floor but we didn't like the fact that they kept pushing the crowd for money if we wanted to request a song. They tried to tell people it is $100 dollars if we wanted to hear "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" I'd rather listen to the original on Spotify for free. I think this was a one off event because I don't usually see that with other musicians. At the end of our visit, I'm convinced the security guard was secretly part of management, an owner or an investor. I could be wrong but that's what I thought. When we walked out he asked us if we enjoyed our time, what floor we visited and what music the band was playing. It gave me the impression that he really cares about the services that are provided. read more

With so many bars to choose from, 300 from what we heard, this one stood out to us during our day outing. Rooftop looked like one of the tallest on Broadway and had great views! Ordered a couple of appetizers , the dry rub chicken wings and the cornbread, both really good! It was perfect weather for a rooftop stop and Paul Juneau who was on stage was very entertaining! They were a good band & it was not so loud we could still hear others. Drinks are cold but pricey (blame city & state taxes- 25% total & paying cash) $11 for a can of Nutrl or a beer. It's Silly expensive to drink on Broadway! A guy was harassing me & security quickly removed him- that was nice. Fun to watch people ride the mechanical bull on video. read more

Thank you to the amazing people at JBJ's Nashville who made my Destination 60th Birthday the most memorable experience! Taylor Chamblin, VIP Hospitality, was the reason for our entire experience being so perfect. We started working with Taylor early this Summer and she was so attentive and responsive! She took care of every aspect of the event, including creating surprises with my sister and my cousin. She referred us to Publix where my sister ordered the cake. An amazing dinner was set up on the fourth floor, where we were waited on by Maggie S. The tiniest details were remembered such as adding raspberry syrup to my dad's iced tea! We then had the most amazing VIP experience with our dalmation dressed Maggie F. And I even rode the bull thanks to more of the supportive staff and even encouragement from the crowd! The final touch, the band sang to me for my birthday (Beth by Kiss)! The whole reason I came to Nashville was to be at JBJ's and I spent 3 days in row in an awesome establishment! I enjoyed an afternoon of sunshine and and delicious chicken nachos at the rooftop bar, my birthday as I highlighted above, and a rainy Saturday afternoon getting a tattoo with the Inkwell team and even with Taylor! Shout out to Mel and Cody! Every person in that bar, made me feel like a VIP, as well as the other 12 people in my party! We were all celebrated. This is a bar we went back to over and over again. They had great singers here. The songs were ones I liked. I did not even hear any Bon Jovi songs, although I wanted to. They have an awesome rooftop bar. I did not drink anything fancy, they were drinks were appropriately named, Tommy, Gina and Bad Medicine. The drinks were made well. I did not eat here. Honestly, the food looked average. Sometimes looks are deceiving, but I just was not yearning to eat here. I love that they start playing music at like 10am and go all day. It is so fun and of course our server said Bon Jovi is nice. What else would she say? :) I recommend this bar if you don't need all the hype of some of the other hyper bars on Broadway. JBJ attracts a slightly older, less wild crowd. I like that. read more

This place was great! We sat the bar before the band started playing. It was half full but got packed super quick after the live band started rocking. We ordered a few dishes but forgot to take a photo of the rib platter. The meat fell off the bone! It was tender and yummy. We liked the pork belly sliders the best. We visited Nashville for a day and stopped in to John Bon Jovi's place. There was a great cover band playing and taking requests for tips. We enjoyed listening while having a drink. Then went up to the roof for another band, a drink and a snack. We had the nachos with guacamole and a salsa. The guacamole was good but needed more heat, the salsa was awesome. Stayed to listen to a hard rock cover band for a while more and had a great time. read more

We just stopped in on a January Saturday afternoon- not crowded. Listened to the live band and they were really good! Love the multi level stage. The rooftop was closed so we didn't get to go up there. Very dark, basic rock-n-roll kind of vibe for sure! I imagine it's very fun at night! Definitely stop in and check it out. read more
