I've only used two rental services before and this was by far the best. My husband's car was totaled and his insurance company paid for a vehicle from Enterprise. The service was amazing. Ciara at this location helped us with both the pickup and drop off of the vehicle and she was just fantastic. We got a Nissan Sentra and it was very clean and worked just fine. I've stood in line for over an hour at another company for a vehicle, even with a reservation. At Enterprise, we were in and out in no time. We'll definitely use them again in the future! read more

Booked a car online. Showed up to pick it up, and we live nowhere near this location. When we arrived, found out that our car wasn't available. It was a big waste of time and gas for us driving here. Two issues. We had an appointment to pick up a Full size car,at 4 pm. We were in time but no full size car. It was in the collision center. They would need to make us wait t to go get it.Oh but wait, here sets a KIA Soul clown car . Would you like it? So...our choices are a wrecked full size car getting out of the collision center or a very small compact car that might actually get us the 300+ miles we needed to travel. We reluctantly chose the KIA. It's the day before Thanksgiving, probably no other options and we needed a plan. So after getting about 200 miles from home, we make a stop. I hadn't checked the license plate to see where the cars origin is. That's always fun, right? Riding around in a car from another state? Virginia was the State. Cool! I was born there. Then not cool. We are driving a car with an expired license plate. Oct 2024. This is the end of November. What happens if we get stopped for that? We're still traveling home. ‍ The bright red car is actually kind of cute but we barely got the things we traveled to pick up, in it, in addition to our luggage. We had to leave one box behind as we really needed a FULL size vehicle. Well, if we make it back to enterprise without a ticket for driving an illegally plated buggy, we will have learned a few things about the integrity of this company. If I could give this a zero I would!!! I hope you don't have to travel back home on a Sunday!! I was told I would be able to drop my car off on Sunday, I get there and there is no one to be found. I almost missed my plane coming back home. I left the car at enterprise and took pictures and a video of me leaving. I did leave the keys in the car because I did not see a dropbox otherwise I would have locked the doors and put the keys in the dropbox. It is 2021 why have no one at enterprise thought about a dropbox? Blows my fucking mind. They answered any questions I had and gave me a though explanation of the features of the car I was going to be renting from them. Glad to report that this location has really turned things around. The staff couldn't be better, whether on the phone or in person. The rental process has really been streamlined with the use of new technology. The cleanliness of the vehicles, which has been my chief complaint in the past, has greatly improved. The last couple of rentals from here have been spotless. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A minor glitch resulted in me not getting a reserved vehicle immediately, so they drove me back home. A short time later, the glitch was resolved and they drove back to my home to pick me up so that I could pick up the vehicle. I have been waiting on a Nissan lease vehicle while the factory is shut down. So I have needed to rent a pickup truck a few times. This location always has friendly people to help and my transactions have always been seamless and pleasant. On my latest vehicle turn in the person helping me found a pair of lost sunglasses that my wife and I could not find anywhere. They were a very valuable pair of sunglasses and a lesser person would have pocketed them. The people at this location are not only friendly, they have integrity! read more

Had a wreck at 4pm, enterprise was communicating with the shop almost instantly. I waited no longer than 15 minutes for my vehicle at the shop. Then once I told them I have a long commute, Steve pulled a car from another lot to accommodate me with 40+ mpg vehicle. Grant then shuttled me to the lot. CAUTION, No Key Deposit for after hours returns--You will be charged additional days! According to management on site, a new company wide policy prohibits key returns after hours. So, if you can't return a vehicle during their business hours (which is very limited on the weekend) you will be charged additional days until the key is returned. The instructions provided when we rented lead us to believe that the vehicle could be doped off, and keys later--which is true, but you will charged the full day's rental for late key return. Learned this the hard way and management refused to offer any help with the situation. When selecting a car rental company I am looking for convenience, and only being able to return during the limited hours of this location is not convenient. It is rather disappointing as I usually have good experiences with Enterprise. read more

Came in stood and waited, then I sat down and waited. Not one person who saw me come came to me to see if I've been helped. After 20 minutes I went back to the counter and was ignored for a few and then someone did help me....and was decent. Seemed as though the workers were there to socialize between themselves. The car was great but on the drive back from MI to TN, I realized the tags on the vehicle were expired. I told the man who checked me in and he acted like it was no big deal....never even apologized. I'm not sure what would have happened had I been pulled over for expired tags on a rental car. read more

I have had 3 rentals from this location, and not only do they always have the rentals ready on time, but they work with you if u have any problems. I'm very disappointed with their level of service toward my parents. I made a reservation online for my parents who live in Murfreesboro. Their car was being serviced for transmission problem at a local shop. Not knowing when their car would be ready, we decided to rent a compact for a week at Enterprise near their house, which is this location. Before I continue, a little information about my parents. They are both 73 and have only rented a car once prior to this recent visit (about 20 yrs ago). I live in Boston, and was not able to pick up the car with them. Upon arriving, they were given a Ford Focus. Once my dad sat down in the car, he immediately noticed that the gas tank was below the E level. He asked the representative if there was any gas left in the tank. He told my dad there was enough gas for him to take it to the nearest gas station. Of course they had to return the car with a full gas of tank. Are you kidding me? My parents thought that was strange, but didn't argue with this rep because they trusted he was being honest with them. They also didn't need any type of coverage, but was coerced to getting one for the first rental day because this rep told them that most customers get coverage for their first day. Seriously? Are you kidding me? So was he implying that most people will get into a car accident on their first day of renting, but accident-free on the remaining days? What the....?? And again, my parents who were very naive believed this rep, and they got that extra coverage for the first day. Or whatever kind of coverage they were scammed into because they never received a receipt (more on that later). A week went by and they returned the car. They asked for their receipt and was told that the printer was broken. How very convenient! A few weeks later, they received their credit card statement. There was an extra transaction that was posted by Enterprise that was not included in the other posted transaction. It was a transaction fee of $12. So my mom called the office and whoever answered the phone told her it was a toll fee from Texas. My mom said they never went to Texas (they had used less than 50 miles of their Ford Focus rental). The rep said, "well your car came in from Texas." My mom, again being naive just said okay. Are you kidding me? You charged my parents extra toll fee because the car you gave them came in from a different state? Are you guys out of your minds? I wish I had been there to help my parents out, unfortunately I wasn't there. But you people in Murfreesboro Enterprise, shame on you for taking advantage of elderly folks who trusted you & needed your assistance. Shame on you! read more

Speaking of Enterprise themselves: dont try and rent a specific car like a mini van. They will let you but when u go to pick it up they wont have it. Its happened a few times. And had to get cars from Avis. Once at this location once in Baton Rouge. Anyway this location is very very busy always. If your in a hurry you might want to call to find out the wait. Other then that there cars are good and there people are always nice. So just depends on what you need. read more

3/17 10:45 am - Been trying to call in for my pick up for almost 2 hours now. Called sales because I know they will answer and they got me to support. They lady who answered was nice but she couldnt get in either. I have a friend who works within eye shot and said no one is there (no clients). My window to get a car is closing, wife is looking at other options but doesn't see there being options. I can't get a ride there so this is getting worse. I will update the rating as this progresses. 3/17 11:15 am - Just got a hold of someone 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Pickup time on my doc says 10am so they will be very late when they get here. Will I make my to Atlanta in time? Nope. 3/17 11:40 am - Pick shows up to house in a pickup truck an hour later then what I needed vehicle. I asked for a pick up in a vehicle I would be taking so I could install car seat for my 2 year old. Guy has to go back and get the car and come back now as the 2 year old is with me. I will now be 2 hours late or more. Right now I wish I could give a negative star. For people who read this know I will be nice to enterprise reps but I will make sure they know I am not happy with service I have been given. 3/17 12:32 pm - The rep left and hasn't called back. I called and all reps have left the office. So all reading know, I was headed to Atlanta for a viewing before a cremation. I was to drop the rent a car off as I would drive a car I would inherit back. I will not be able to say good bye and I have no way to get to Atlanta at all now. When I reserved my car online it said all cars had navigation. It wasn't the case when I got to the rental office. I ask if the car had a USB port, the assured me it did. I got on freeway to go to my destination and there was no USB port. Also, the windshield was filthy on the inside of the car. When I returned the car there where 7 people in line with 2 employees helping. There were 2 employees in the back just chatting. I waited in line for 30 minutes. There was a customer in line that had rented a car at the Nashville airport and he was trying to return the car because the office at airport rented him a car with expired plates. I would strongly not recommend Enterprise Rental car ever again. read more

I've rented a lot from them because of the convenience, but it never goes without problems. I walked in last week, and there were printed signs in the windows: $100 fines for cigarette smoke, pet hair or stained seats. Then they gave me a car with stained seats. They refused to give me a discount on the car. If they're charging $100 fine, shouldn't they use that to fix the stains? And their return process is a hack-shamble mess; takes longer than picking up a car. You wait in line behind every other customer problem for one person at a computer who is apparently the only person who knows anything because every other employee is constantly talking to them. And forget discounts, apologies or customer loyalty. Their motto: take what you get or get out. read more

I rented from Enterprise b/c Hertz was out of cars and my insurance provider suggested them .. The staff initially was nice during the " selling phase " and the auto was ok .. My auto was in accident and this was the reason I was renting in the first place. I decided to upgrade to a more similar auto to mine ( of course much more expensive ) .. in any event upon me finding out some of the advertisements made via their web site were not working on the auto .. I called them back twice and was basically told " It is what it is " ... if you don't like it bring the car back .. The entire attitude changed from their initial " Sales " period... I called back again hoping to get someone different .. and I did .. BUT the line was the same... The problem is they have too much business ... there were lines of people waiting to get cars... There needs to be more competition ... I would NOT suggest you use Enterprise .. My experience was NOT good .. read more

I can't speak for Enterprise in general but this location is terrible. I scheduled a time and date to obtain a rental and be picked up at the shop where my car was being serviced (8 AM). Was picked up about 15 minutes late and driven to the Main St location with several other customers who I assume also booked reservations for car rental. Upon arrival at the Main St location, I was told by a rep there would be a 20-30 minute wait while a car was "cleaned up" for me. While waiting in the lobby, I heard their reps on the phone trying to obtain cars from other area rental locations as they were completely out of vehicles. After hearing this, since I had waited approximately 45 minutes already, I asked the rep I had spoken with earlier what was going on. He then told me there were no cars available. I requested a ride home immediately as I had a meeting to attend and told them to call me when my car was there and I would come pick it up at my convenience. I was then taken to my home. An hour or so later, another rep called me and said he was in my driveway. Obviously, they didn't listen when I said I had other things to do besides wait on them to be ready and would be back when it was convenient for me. I did not ask them to come to my house because I was not going to be at my house. I went back to the Main St location at 530 PM where I was given a Nissan Altima after being promised a "comparable" vehicle to my own. No offense to the Altima but it's not comparable to a Mercedes and they knew what my vehicle was because they asked before booking my reservation and stated the insurance company was "paying for something nice". To sum up: The initial rep lied straight to my face about having a car. These employees clearly do not understand the meaning of a reservation. They did absolutely nothing to compensate for the terrible service I was given nor did they offer any apology. I'm sure they are going to charge the insurance company for a full day that I did not have this car to drive. Not only will I never use this location for rental again, I am hoping this review will dissuade anyone else from visiting this spot. Truly awful customer service. I would have been fine if they had told me up front they had no cars and no idea when they would but instead they lied to me and acted like that is normal behavior. read more

We rented a economy car while our vehicle was being repaired after a fender bender. Our insurance agent sent us an email directing us to Enterprise. We got a white Chevrolet Sonic that was clean and in good repair with about a quarter tank of gas. We were only given one key. Our only problem was on returning the vehicle, Enterprise claim to have no record of being contacted by our insurance agent so we footed the $500+ bill. I'm sure our agent will reimburse us but until then I am out of the money. In this age of electronic communications and confirmation numbers, we felt let down by Enterprise. read more

Enterprise itself is a ripoff. I called in a reservation they told me one location for the pick up but they made the reservation for a different location! Also, their vehicle classifications are way off! A Chevy Malibu is NOT classified by Chevy as a full sized car! Chevy classifies it as a MID SIZE car, therefore an INTERMEDIATE size vehicle! They way over charge and will screw you over if there is an insurance claim! I felt like that 2015 Malibu was going to fall apart! Why doesn't anyone have a Dodge Charger as an option!?
