Sits down at her desk, smacking her gum typing something in the computer doesn't acknowledge the man at all then the phone ringing she takes a phone call still doesn't acknowledge the man just ignores him. Never she was so hateful and rude and the guy said to me. He's like I hate that bitch. I'm like I have been in here several times and why she still works. Here is beyond me Customer Service skills are horrendous and then the manager Shawn just makes excuses for her. Neither one of them in my opinion should be working in that type of environment. They need to be stalking at night time when they're not around customers they have no business in that position. I hope maybe one day the manager will take somebody undercover and see what I'm talking about. People should never be treated bad when we're the customer. You should never treat anybody bad and leave me on the phone for 44 minutes she didn't check on me not once she didn't need to put me on hold. She needs to say I'll call you back or call me back. I'm busy right now or maybe they need a third person out there maybe maybe they're understaffed it's all about the experience for the customer and if you're treating them like shit, you shouldn't be working there.

I made the mistake of *trying* to rent from this location because they were open on Sundays. Got…read moreall the way there (with a reservation made two weeks in advance) only to be told they had no cars. Drove away only for the employee to call me 20 mins later explaining he had a vehicle return. Went to pick it up and was told it was full of sand from the previous renter coming from Florida. They truly must've driven it onto the beach as sand was everywhere inside. I had to have a vehicle so I opted to accept the rental. The attendant told me to "take a video of the car when you go out to the lot, but I didn't see any damage." He had me sign the slip stating no damage to the vehicle prior to seeing the car. Got out to the car and every wheel was heavily curb rashed and there was a dent the size of a baseball on the back hatch. Went back inside to report the damage and had to insist he document such in their system. He then says, "yeah I saw that dent." Why wouldn't you disclose that up front then?! I called customer service FOUR times asking to speak with a supervisor to report the failures at this location only to be told none were available and that one would call me back. No one ever called me back. Do yourself a favor and WALK to your destination before ever considering giving your money to this joke of a rental location.

I had a great experience overall. My mom and I have actually made two trips down to Nashville, Tennessee cents 2020 began. We have rented a car each time, as their prices are very reasonable. We have been able to get a nice, four-door car with lots of bells and whistle's for about $30 a day. If you were going to put a lot of mileage on your car due to traveling, you cannot beat the 30 bucks a day to rent a car from Enterprise. We made our reservations about a week in advance. We were able to pick it up Friday morning at 8 AM. We returned from Nashville on Sunday evening, but since enterprise was not open late Sunday night, they allowed us to return the car first thing at 8:00 AM Monday morning without being charged extra. I love that this enterprise location is located in the fields Ertel area. It is very easy to get to, and for any out-of-towners, it is located right off of 71. Thanks for making our trip a bit better, enterprise!

This location sits on Columbia Avenue deep into Franklin and is your standard Enterprise location. The process was fairly easy. They had our rental vehicle ready, inspected and clean. From entry to exit took us about 20 - 25 minutes. Service was friendly and helpful. They had everything together, so there were no delays, which was a nice surprise, especially on a busy work day morning. The location is clean and there were no major issues had.
