Sits down at her desk, smacking her gum typing something in the computer doesn't acknowledge the man at all then the phone ringing she takes a phone call still doesn't acknowledge the man just ignores him. Never she was so hateful and rude and the guy said to me. He's like I hate that bitch. I'm like I have been in here several times and why she still works. Here is beyond me Customer Service skills are horrendous and then the manager Shawn just makes excuses for her. Neither one of them in my opinion should be working in that type of environment. They need to be stalking at night time when they're not around customers they have no business in that position. I hope maybe one day the manager will take somebody undercover and see what I'm talking about. People should never be treated bad when we're the customer. You should never treat anybody bad and leave me on the phone for 44 minutes she didn't check on me not once she didn't need to put me on hold. She needs to say I'll call you back or call me back. I'm busy right now or maybe they need a third person out there maybe maybe they're understaffed it's all about the experience for the customer and if you're treating them like shit, you shouldn't be working there.

On the invoice it showed that the vehicle was driven to Atlanta. NEVER BEEN TO ATLANTA. The total amount of miles we used the vehicle for was 56. Nashville airport to Franklin. This Hertz is a total scam and i am calling this complete fraud on their part. We believe someone in the Hertz location used the vehicle or they rented it out to another person. To say the least this has caused over 2 hours of our time to fix. We will never use Hertz again. Don't believe this post, take a look at their other revies.

This location sits on Columbia Avenue deep into Franklin and is your standard Enterprise location. The process was fairly easy. They had our rental vehicle ready, inspected and clean. From entry to exit took us about 20 - 25 minutes. Service was friendly and helpful. They had everything together, so there were no delays, which was a nice surprise, especially on a busy work day morning. The location is clean and there were no major issues had.
