Gas gauge at pick up - hadn't driven off the lot yet.
Fran S.

Rented the rv van - it rides like a trampoline. Nothing is automated. Pickup went fine but the return was quite odd. After picking up the rental , I noticed the gas gauge was not full. I quickly snapped a photo of the gas gauge - not thinking I would need proof at return. For drop off, I filled the gas tank up in nashville and drove straight to Franklin. When the guy checked me in, he passively aggressively made a comment - oh you didn't fill the gas tank up. I said it was more full than when I picked it up and showed him the photo of the 4:30 pickup time stamp. Instead of moving on, he then proceeds to pull his photo up of 10:50 am and says well this is what I had - what a pompous ass. I spent $1,700 with this company and he wants to prove me wrong for $10.00. I won't be renting from Nashville RV again. customer service training should be a requirement.

Trailer at campsite.

We've rented RV's several times from here and they've always gone above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. Highly recommend

I bought a brand new suitcase at the Hermitage Ross location two weeks ago for $80. I fly to…read moreOregon, get off the plane and my new suitcase is busted up in a big way. I look at all the other suitcases on the baggage claim and they are fine. So naturally I take the busted item into Ross and ask for a refund. Any other retailer in 2023 (maybe excepting the dollar store) would have given me a refund no questions asked, but not Ross. The first "manager" says, "Well it's not resalable so we can't take it back," and I laugh because of course it's not resalable. Then manager #2 comes up and says, "Well I have had a lot of suitcases break on the plane," and I said, "After you bought the suitcase two weeks prior?" and he says, "Well, it depends on the quality of the suitcase," and I said, "Yeah, Ross sold me a poor-quality suitcase," and they still wouldn't take my return. I honestly feel bad for these yes-men-managers who do whatever they are told by some corporate executive who makes policies like this and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or experience. Also, I have my full conversation with these managers recorded if corporate would like to listen but what is most likely? A) Ross corporate cares B) Ross corporate doesn't care You know the answer.

However, after doing a brief research of nearby places to visit to get advice and pointers on shoes - Fleet Feet was the place I ended up deciding on visiting. I guess it was my high expectations based off of reviews of others, but my visit wasn't all that "amazing/great." I felt like the person that "helped" me during my scheduled visit didn't really help much. I was looking for more of a conversation between the employee so that I can make a more informed decision. By the end of it I walked away with a new pair of shoes that I've been testing for roughly a week and a half, and honestly I'm not moved by it. I felt like my decision was rushed and that no real feedback or guidance was provided. I also wouldn't consider myself as a hard or complicated customer/client - I just asked questions but felt like I was pulling teeth. Because of this, I'll have to revisit for a return and look for an exchange. Felt like my time was wasted but maybe it's just me?

And unlike Dick's where you'll wait for 20 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge your presence, you're immediately helped at Fleet Feet! This is such a better experience than a mega sports store! Despite being tucked away at the back of a strip mall, the secret is out because the store is always bustling with shoppers. And we were shocked that they carry our favorite Advocare products including almost every flavor of Spark in both canisters and packets! We haven't seen any other stores selling this product. If we ever run out of Spark at home, we know where to go!

This is a pretty typical shoe store. They have everything from flip flops to name brand shoes…read more It is a smaller Rack Room but I have never been disappointed in their selection. They have helped me find shoes/sizes I need or helped me look on line if I was being picky. Their customer service is spot on. You are greeted when you walk in. They acknowledge you when they walk past you in the isle. The only con is there prices. I have been able to find the same shoes at other stores for less. BUT they often have a BOGO 50% off which is very helpful. Overall worth the visit in. I do love their boot selection right now

You guys need to get a rain on how you manage your employees or if that's your manager I very much feel sorry for this store because I don't see it working out for long-term. I'm just completely disgusted by how y'all allow your customer service representatives to represent themselves and your store because it says a lot about you and what's your low expectations are.
