Rented an RV for a NASCAR race from these fine folks. Beau was our guy from start to finish and he was super helpful through and through. I booked the wrong dates 3 months ahead of time and realized it only a couple weeks before the trip. Unfortunately they had nothing available for the particular Rv I rented. I asked Beau if he could please find me something even if a downgrade or upgrade and he came through with a brand new 40 ft. class A Rv. Of course my mistake cost me more but our trip was saved. We had one little quirk with the Rv the first night. I was able to get in contact with Beau and he talked me through it and no further assistance was needed for the rest of the trip. So many red flags with this business! I did purchase a beautiful destination trailer, but the transaction and customer service was horrible. Completely unprofessional, and Neil, the sales manager, was completely unwilling to make any concessions to ensure a happy customer. Very disappointing. We've been looking for a place to buy an rv and who knew we found a sweet gem! Out of everywhere we could have went I'm glad it was here. We just bought our 2024 nucamp and are very exited to use it! Jeff was very helpful with going over everything and making sure there was no problem whatsoever and that we knew how to work every nook and cranny of this thing lol. Rented the rv van - it rides like a trampoline. Nothing is automated. Pickup went fine but the return was quite odd. After picking up the rental , I noticed the gas gauge was not full. I quickly snapped a photo of the gas gauge - not thinking I would need proof at return. For drop off, I filled the gas tank up in nashville and drove straight to Franklin. When the guy checked me in, he passively aggressively made a comment - oh you didn't fill the gas tank up. I said it was more full than when I picked it up and showed him the photo of the 4:30 pickup time stamp. Instead of moving on, he then proceeds to pull his photo up of 10:50 am and says well this is what I had - what a pompous ass. I spent $1,700 with this company and he wants to prove me wrong for $10.00. I won't be renting from Nashville RV again. customer service training should be a requirement. read more

With no Entegra dealer being close to Franklin, TN where I live, I had to find somebody to get some help to deal with the lithium battery issues. We rented an RV for Christmas so we could travel safely during Covid. While it was expensive, we felt it was worth the investment to keep ourselves and our family safe. The initial process of being shown the RV and making the reservation went very well and they answered all the questions we had. My reason for the 1-star review is this. When we rented the RV, we were told that no one would be in the office the DAYof our return - Monday, December 28, 2020. We were not told that no one would be there the entire week to check in the vehicle after we'd returned it. As such, it sat on their lot for 7 days and nights with no one checking it in. On January 4th, I received a notice that I would have to pay for damage to the ladder on the rear of the RV. Having not damaged the ladder, I wasn't sure what they were referring to, so I asked for pictures. The bottom of the ladder was bent out as if something had pulled on it from the bottom rung. Total for the repair was about $166 Since I believed someone would be checking it in the morning after I returned it, I didn't bother with taking pictures or a video of the vehicle when I dropped it off. As such, I'm now responsible for the damage that was done (even though I didn't do it). No proof = my fault I suppose. I've been told that they "bent" their normal policy so I wouldn't have to pay for unused nights. Apparently the bend in the policy didn't include someone coming to check the vehicle in the next day. I've rented my first and last RV from Nashville RV. read more

The service department is incompetent. DO NOT have your Rv serviced there. Thanks to their incompetence I'm having to purchase new equipment for my Rv. They did return my money quickly which to me only screamed their guilt and admitting that they screwed up. Nashville RV is a terrific business. They understand the importance of good service, and the need for timely diagnosis of issues concerning our class A RV. They have fixed our broken slide motor, assessed & fixed our electrical issue, and winterized the Tiffin. Garrett is awesome! Jett is a terrific owner and also willing to take the time to explain different issues to new RV owners. This is a nice place to have in Franklin, Tennessee. read more

Our water heater heater bit the dust while we were camping in Nashville, far from home. We were wary, hiring a mobile RV repair, fearing that we might be overcharged. My husband owns part of an RV Parts and Service business, so we were pleasantly surprised when the repairman showed up on time, and charged a fair price for the new equipment and installation. Tried this company even though the reviews i read told me otherwise. I should have listened as my experience was very disappointing. I paid 300.00 to have the trailer delivered at a certain time. When the unit showed up three hours late the driver could not back the unit. Not only did I have to back the unit, I had to unhook it, level it, and hook up sewer and water. I requested that half the 300.00 delivery fee be refunded since i did all the set up. Williams refused to work with me at all. When i got the bill i noticed that they tacked on a fuel surcharge. ( i guess my request to split the delivery fee upset them so they decided to get even with me). Next, they tried to charge a black water dump fee even though we were on park water. I found this company very hard to work with and would not recommend it to anyone. This was my experience, yours may be different. read more

We worked with "Jett" (the owner). He was EXTREMELY rude and demeaning. We were surprised that someone that appeared to have such little maturity was a business owner. It was a very disappointing experience. There are plenty of RV repair shops in Nashville that will treat you respectfully, this just doesn't appear to be one of them. read more

4 years ago, 1/1/2013 I took my 2005 Newmar Kountry Star RV to Jett Williams RV rental, in Nashville Tennessee, for a leaking roof. Mr williams and his staff assessed the problem and found a NEW roof and "sub decking" was needed .After the repairs were made and the bill was paid ($6800.00) we took our first trip, WELL GUESS WHAT! It still leaked. I took my RV back to Mr. Jett Williams and they (his staff) proceeded to make repairs which was to apply MORE caulk in several areas. Our next trip was about 2/3 months later, WELL GUESS WHAT! It still leaked in several places this time. YEP took it back to Mr Williams , well this time he (Mr Williams) looked it over and decided that it needed MORE caulk so he applied same and took a Water Hose up on top and said there were no More leaks!NOPE!Our next trip was several months later (not years).This went on for 4 years, and I took it back 7 more timessince 1/1/2013, still leaking, and the last time Mr. Williams applied MORE caulk and said;"If this don't fix it , I will pay to have someone else fix it"Of course he Mr. Williams denied ever saying that to me , and guess what no witnesses!As of 4 weeks ago I tried getting in Touch with Mr Williams to have him stick to his word (lol) and he always seem to be busy , unavailable,out of town. I finally got through to someone at his office and HEARD him in the background, and politely demanded to speak to him. He denied the conversation about "him paying to have it fixed"so I took it to a Reputable company in Knoxville. They assessed the Damage and after Diagnosing the problem and digging into the roof, if was found Massive damage from water , non standard material, Terrible workmanship, not having been installed right to begin with.I had the Tech take pictures of everything and note down what was found.... NOT A PRETTY SIGHT Right now the Bill is at $20,000.00, any bets if Mr Williams will admit faulty work and material? read more

This is our first year with our RV and we weren't prepared for the weather to get below freezing this soon. I called around for the last couple days to see if anyone could winterized my RV on such short notice but had no luck. Even though I didn't purchase my RV from Nashville RV, I took it to their Franklin location to ask for their help in guiding me how to winterize myself. They were extremely polite and helped me winterized the RV on the spot. I personally had a great experience and actually learned things I didn't know. I appreciate their willingness to be so helpful. We had a horrible customer experience with Jett Williams IV when returning our unit. It was very disappointing that Jett was so extremely rude, very confrontational and just downright mean. He was unwilling to explain to us his mileage calculator that even he couldn't calculate with the help of his custom software application. He said he'd call us with a description, rushed us out of his office and then a few days later without any notice, proceeded to upcharge us of over $500 dollars on our credit card. In addition, when picking up the unit, I had scheduled an appointment at 1pm. We were on a time crunch but when I arrived, they made me wait for over 90 minutes even though I had an appointment scheduled. We will never recommend another family to do business with this company. In addition the pricing is very high compared to others and they are understaffed with average rental units looking to nickel and dime unsuspecting customers. read more
