He showed us a few, but none seemed to match what we wanted. He had one last one to show us that he said had what we were looking for. The RV was locked so he excused himself to get the keys. So we waited. And waited. And waited. He never returned. When I walked inside, I observed him introducing himself to another couple and taking yo to look at travel trailers. So you leave customers outside, in a light rain, and blow them off? Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Camping World Murfreesboro. We left there and went to Nashville RV in Franklin and found an incredible Class C that we ended up purchasing. Camping World, just because you're the biggest dealership on the block doesn't make you the best. Far from it.

Have not been very welcoming in the past couple of years. The sales manager kept putting out "customer fires" before and during our finance signing. Ever since we bought ours in Nov 2021 I've had to make minor repairs. Then this year we had to bring in for water heater issue. They tell me to bring it in 2 weeks later and when I bring it in on the date they tell me, they say it may be 3 weeks before they can look at it. Sorry, but in the future I will probably be looking for service elsewhere.

It was the kind of issue that could have left us stranded with no easy way to continue our trip. Mark and Francesca fit us into their schedule on a Friday before a holiday weekend, and we were incredibly grateful that they were willing to help us on such short notice. Everyone was friendly, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting us back on the road. Neil, the technician who worked on our motorhome, was awesome. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to figure out the problem and get everything working again. He also explained what he was doing. We felt like our RV was in very capable hands. When you live and travel full-time in an RV, having something go wrong on the road can be incredibly stressful. Businesses that are willing to help travelers in a difficult situation make a huge difference, and Cedar City RV certainly did that for us. When I first saw the coach on their website, there were no pictures available. I reached out to Mike Drudge our salesperson (who was phenomenal) for more information and he quickly emailed me an iPhone video of the coach. After a little negotiation, we landed on a price that was fair for both the seller and buyer. My wife and I flew to Nashville where the coach was waiting for us, full of fuel, water, and ready for our trip back to NJ. During our walk-through with Brandon Boisvert (who expertly showed us every operational detail of the coach), there were a couple items we wanted addressed prior to leaving for home. Our service advisor Courtney Vargas quickly addressed the punch list items. We then stayed the night at their campsite before leaving first thing the next morning. It was after our 700-mile trip home where the dealership truly demonstrated their support for their customers (in our case a new customer). Later that week, I noticed a fuel leak at the back of the coach. Keeping in mind I bought the coach with NO dealer warranty, I contacted NIRVC and shared this issue with Brett Parrish NIRVC's sales manager whereby he offered to cover the cost of this repair at my local Cummins dealer. I appreciated his offer and commitment to customer satisfaction. Lastly, I took my paperwork the NJMVC for tags and was rejected for not having all the paperwork needed (or, that's what they thought). I immediately contacted NIRVC and left a message about my dilemma. A few minutes later Lauren Campbell returned my call. Lauren was fabulous and contacted the NJMVC directly about the issue. At 5 pm they come to tell us they needed to order parts but they never even moved the rv. We decided to continue our trip to the Winnebago Service Center for help. Then they charged us 250.00 for nothing, I complained about the high price and they lowered the charge to 150.00. When we were serviced at Winnebago we learned the part we needed was NOT what we were told by NIRVC!!! We will never again visit national Indoor RV Center.

We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions.
