I purchased my used 2025 Renegade Valencia through their consignment process. I must admit, the…read moreentire process was simple and seamless. When I first saw the coach on their website, there were no pictures available. I reached out to Mike Drudge our salesperson (who was phenomenal) for more information and he quickly emailed me an iPhone video of the coach. After a little negotiation, we landed on a price that was fair for both the seller and buyer. My wife and I flew to Nashville where the coach was waiting for us, full of fuel, water, and ready for our trip back to NJ. During our walk-through with Brandon Boisvert (who expertly showed us every operational detail of the coach), there were a couple items we wanted addressed prior to leaving for home. Our service advisor Courtney Vargas quickly addressed the punch list items. We then stayed the night at their campsite before leaving first thing the next morning. It was after our 700-mile trip home where the dealership truly demonstrated their support for their customers (in our case a new customer). Later that week, I noticed a fuel leak at the back of the coach. Keeping in mind I bought the coach with NO dealer warranty, I contacted NIRVC and shared this issue with Brett Parrish NIRVC's sales manager whereby he offered to cover the cost of this repair at my local Cummins dealer. I appreciated his offer and commitment to customer satisfaction. Lastly, I took my paperwork the NJMVC for tags and was rejected for not having all the paperwork needed (or, that's what they thought). I immediately contacted NIRVC and left a message about my dilemma. A few minutes later Lauren Campbell returned my call. Lauren was fabulous and contacted the NJMVC directly about the issue. Turns out it was NJ's error and Lauren stayed in contact with me until my situation was fully resolved. This is truly a FIVE-star company! Thanks again for everything. Tim

Didn't get the simplest of all my requests. Which was " if you can't fix it. How much to replace it…read more? " My appointment was 8am on a Thursday. I dropped it off early,( The Monday before, since I was going out of town) And told them , I'd pick it up on Tuesday afternoon. My roof unit is not working properly. A/C & heat. I'm self employed and that vehicle, is my work vehicle. Needless to say, total lack of service and lack of communication. They failed . Not impressed.

I called to get a price and they told me that the installation takes more than eight hours and could take up to three days and the cost was over $3600. I had all the rest of the equipment, including the brake system from my other vehicle as well as the tow bar so I didn't need any of those items. I had installed the tow base plate on my Ram truck myself prior to my shoulder injury and having done that with never having installed one before, only took me four hours, including lighting wiring. I proceeded to make a couple of phone calls to other dealers and two of them quoted me 1800 parts and labor so that is where we will be having it done. I called Roadmaster back and they were shocked. They said it would only have been about 1400 to have them do it at their location. For a moment, I almost thought I had missed dialed and called Camping World definitely have not earned any business from me.

Camping can be so relaxing and enjoyable until you have a problem…read more We called Lebanon RV Center with our electrical problem and Greg answered the phone, he diagnosed our situation and checked to see if the converter we needed was in stock, luckily it was. The store was closing in 15 minutes, but Greg offered to wait for us to run up there and pick up the converter. After talking with us about our situation Greg told us that our old worn out battery most likely needed replacing, but he didn't have any in stock. Without skipping a beat Greg called the nearest Advanced Auto Parts store that was still open and asked the manager to please extend his discount to us and that we would be there shortly, the auto parts manager said he would give us the RV Center's discount and he too would wait for us to get there. When we got to the auto parts store the manager was unsure of which battery we needed and I wasn't sure ether, so I called Lebanon RV Center again and sure enough Greg was still there, he told the manager exactly what battery we needed and asked him again to please give us his discount. Boom, a DieHard Battery ready to hookup and we did get the discount too. If you have problems while camping, hopefully you are near Lebanon Tennessee and Greg is at work, he was knowledgeable, professional and he was a pleasure to work with. Oh, Greg and his German Shepard "Happy" love to go camping too. In fact everyone in Tennessee treated us like family! Good Times, Great People and a beautiful area to spend quality time enjoying the scenic area Thank You Lebanon RV Center and thank you Greg.

Candy's now called Blue compass…read more I purchased a new Jayco Northpoint from Blue Compass August 2024. I was charged 695.00 for a PDI that was not performed. They even tried to bait and switch me at closing with another Northpoint (they had two on their lot at that time)--thank goodness I noticed the different VIN number. Then they said that the North Point I wanted (even though it was the exact same model... exact same year) they needed another $2,600 to close the sale. On the first night of ownership, we drove the RV to a KY state park only to be awakened at 1:00 a.m. by our camp neighbors knocking on our door as alarms were sounding off. The regulator (which should be part of the PDI inspection) was defective and dumped two of the 40 pound tanks of propane into the RV. This propane issue could have killed us. During the past 365 days we have only been able to use the RV for a total of five camp trips. The first camp night (day of purchase) alarms went off at 1:00 a.m. During the second camp trip the flexible PEX water lines broke and we had the extra expense of calling out a mobile tech. The third camp trip is when the kitchen side would not retract and again we had to pay out-of-pocket for a mobile tech to come out. And the fifth camp trip was scheduled because GE appliance service needed the RV at a park to have a technician come out and evaluate the oven that will not light. The RV has been at Jayco approved service centers more than we have even used it. I am a retired public school teacher and I used my years of savings to buy the RV in hopes of enjoying the last years of my life. This experience has been exactly the opposite. I have been outright lied to by several Blue Compass employees and I would never suggest anybody purchase from them. The kitchen slide would not retract, the roof has bubbles, the side wall seam is coming apart, the bedroom slide has twisted seals and is not parallel to the ground, the slide toppers were not installed correctly and dump water into the windows, the door opens during transit even after it is locked, the GE Profile oven will not light, and we have had several flexible PEX lines burst causing flooding issues...it just goes on and on. We brought the RV back into Blue Compass Bowling Green's -Sister store located in Scottsvile for 9 warranty work items because we were told that Blue Compass Bowling Green did not have a large enough service center ...Please keep in mind that we were told if we bought the RV from them that we would "go to the first of the line if we ever needed service in the future"... Absolutely untrue in my experience. I found out that not only the service manager was "let go" but the financial manager was "let go" and the GM was "let go" too. After the RV was in the Blue Compass service center for approximately one month, we discovered that absolutely nothing had been fixed or corrected. Yet I received notification through the bmpro and my Wi-Fi that my outdoor stair lights and then bedroom lights are being turned on at 2:00 a.m. I also received another notification stating that all three air conditioners were being turned on and left on. Our RV is now back at the Jayco factory in Middlebury IN. It feels like we may never get to use it. When I went to get my RV tags at the DMV....I had to pay more money because Blue Compass did not pay all the title/ taxes/registration costs. The Blue Compass finance manager also asked me to take a loan out even though I did not need one just so they could get a kick back. They required me to hold that loan for 7 months ...which I did ... this cost me more money in interest for the RV. Based on my experience, I have found blue Compass to be an unreputable and dishonest company. I will NEVER spend one more red cent at Blue Compass. I am sharing a life lesson learned the hard way in hopes of preventing others from going thru this. I wish I had known....because then I would not have purchased from Blue Compass.

We were headed from Franklin TN to Lexington KY with our 5 and 3yr old grandkids when we discovered…read moreour fridge had blown a fuse and had a dead short. We began calling Camping World and all the other RV dealerships in the Nashville area, and they were all booked for days. So we kept driving towards Lexington and calling shops on the way until we finally spoke to the guys at Blue Compass (formerly Candy's RV) near Scottsville KY, and they graciously offered to take a look. When we arrived, the shop foreman Jordan dropped the project he was working on and dove in, and within a couple hours had the problem diagnosed and fixed for a reasonable fee. So if the story ended there, what they did for us was exceptional. But it gets better. That night when we arrived at the Kentucky Horse Park campground, we discovered the overhead lights in the dining slideout weren't working. The next day we called Blue Compass, and Jordan immediately admitted that was the one item he didn't think to check before sending us on our way, as those lights are not normally on the same circuit as the fridge. He owned up to the problem, and volunteered to make the 2.5 hour drive to Lexington that night on his own time to make the repair. He showed up at 8pm and worked for another 2-3 hours to get everything working correctly, without one whisper of complaint. I ended up tipping him $250 for his time, something he never asked for or expected. Jordan is a man of integrity who lives out his faith! If we lived in the Bowling Green area, I wouldn't hesitate to have them do all our service work, and highly recommend them.
