    So much went well...This is my 1st rig purchase ever. And it's a Montana mid-bunk model. As this was the 1st, I went all in having heard about the Montana owners and their support and knowledge base. To ensure continuous hot water in this Montana I added a tankless water heater which was installed @ CW. Love it. During the entire purchasing process, any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Daniel and Brianna and if they didn't know the answer, they followed up accordingly. And Justin who did the walk through was also available when specific questions came up. Thanks CW for being a part of this exceptional journey.

    Camping world in Nashville replaced my shower did not seal the drain it leaked Shower water into the the belly of my 5th wheel in the video you can see it running right out of the drain less than a year ago took it in they said we didn't touch any plumbing I tried to ask them how they replaced the shower without removing the drain from the old shower without touching any of the plumbing they told me to shut up and they would not be arguing with me about this that they did nothing wrong told me to file a insurance claim so I did and my insurance is going after them for the damage don't let these people bully you. And they told me they would not be taking care of it I waited 3 weeks for my appointment they have had it almost 2 weeks the inverter got wet and shorted out there having warranty by another one for there screw up I hope the warranty company reads this review and they told me that they would not be working on my 5th wheel no more I went to general manager he said we were at a in pass that they were not at fault I went outside called corporate they tried to call the general he would not accept the call di they told me they were getting in touch with Reginald Manager and they would get back with me so far no one had contacted me......I will never do any thing else with this company and if you read all the reviews on this company you want either. Please read the reviews....

And also bringing my nephews here when they visit is always a win, as they entertain themselves for a while with all the fascinating items and the fish tank! This BP is located in Opry Mills, so I am very selective of the times I will go here as traffic and shoppers can go from 0 to 60,000 real quick. My latest adventure here was to pick up a grill I had been eyeing on line for a few weeks. I finally decided to commit and wanted to pick up at the store after laying eyes on it. Upon arriving, I ask associate at the desk where the grills were and she led me right to them. Once I confirmed I was good and ready to make the move, she helped me purchase and set me up for pickup, which was around the side of the building. While she was super friendly and helpful, the warehouse associate was less than on both fronts. He did not speak a word to me and was fairly rough loading my grill. I brushed it off as I was excited, but it was still worth noting. The grill is a house BP brand and so far, I am absolutely loving it! It is a dual grill with half grate and half flattop, which I had been after for a long time. Cost was decent as well. Overall, Bass Pro Shops is a cool spot to wander around aimlessly in, or a useful spot to visit and get exactly what you are after. Again, while I am not an avid outdoorsman, I can enjoy a good BP visit on occasion!

    worst customer service in the world! Had a pick up for an online order and called the store asking…read moreif they can tell me where they are located within the mall and where to enter. Keep in mind this is a massive mall and I do not want to walk around for a half hour trying to find their store. I spoke to manager and she said she is the only person in the store. So... They only have one person working. She did not have a clue where they are located within the mall. How can that even be possible? She was so rude on the phone as well making it hard to believe this person was a manager. I could tell she was completely ghetto and devoid of any education at all. I learned my lesson about ordering for an online pick up at footlocker opry Mills. I would rather wait four days and have the item shipped to me directly. Just a complete lack of customer service.

Walked further up the Mall to the Footlocker. They were packed. They had only 3 employees. However they did a great job taking care of us. We bought the $200 shoes and she was happy. Not sure why there is a kids footlocker there. The regular footlocker has kid sizes also and the manger has a great staff.

    This Nike Factory Store/Outlet is situated inside of Opry Mills and for the most part is a solid…read morestore with loads of clothing and shoes at okay prices, some discounted a fair bit. I have popped in this location to browse, which normally produces something being purchased and on a recent trip, utilized in store return for an online purchase I made. The store is well laid out, packed with clothing on floor and wall racks, alongside shelves of shoes. Clearance section is usually pretty solid for a random pair of sneakers, and some of the prices on the main aisles for shoes are not too bad. Clothing prices are never discounted too deep, better to buy the clothes online or at the a true Nike Outlet store. Service here is hit and miss. There are always a lot of team members on the floor and behind the register, however none of them approach you are seek to assist. It is an odd vibe for the brand, but it is consistent at this location. The store is kept clean and in good condition. Overall, decent Nike store that I have been to many times and I am sure to visit again.

When I returned some items, I was told $50 of my refund had to be issued as a Nike gift card. The issue is that my receipt clearly states: "Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment." There is no mention anywhere that using a Visa gift card would force store credit instead. This was never explained at checkout, and the associate offered no help--just told me to call customer service. If there are limitations with certain payment types, that needs to be clearly communicated upfront. Otherwise, it feels misleading and leaves customers stuck with store credit they didn't agree to. Disappointing experience and poor customer service by Kelsey who claimed to be the manager but offered zero help and instead said to call customer service 800 number if I needed help. I expect Nike to do better than that.
