When I first saw the coach on their website, there were no pictures available. I reached out to Mike Drudge our salesperson (who was phenomenal) for more information and he quickly emailed me an iPhone video of the coach. After a little negotiation, we landed on a price that was fair for both the seller and buyer. My wife and I flew to Nashville where the coach was waiting for us, full of fuel, water, and ready for our trip back to NJ. During our walk-through with Brandon Boisvert (who expertly showed us every operational detail of the coach), there were a couple items we wanted addressed prior to leaving for home. Our service advisor Courtney Vargas quickly addressed the punch list items. We then stayed the night at their campsite before leaving first thing the next morning. It was after our 700-mile trip home where the dealership truly demonstrated their support for their customers (in our case a new customer). Later that week, I noticed a fuel leak at the back of the coach. Keeping in mind I bought the coach with NO dealer warranty, I contacted NIRVC and shared this issue with Brett Parrish NIRVC's sales manager whereby he offered to cover the cost of this repair at my local Cummins dealer. I appreciated his offer and commitment to customer satisfaction. Lastly, I took my paperwork the NJMVC for tags and was rejected for not having all the paperwork needed (or, that's what they thought). I immediately contacted NIRVC and left a message about my dilemma. A few minutes later Lauren Campbell returned my call. Lauren was fabulous and contacted the NJMVC directly about the issue. Turns out it was NJ's error and Lauren stayed in contact with me until my situation was fully resolved. This is truly a FIVE-star company! Thanks again for everything. Tim

I dropped it off early,( The Monday before, since I was going out of town) And told them , I'd pick it up on Tuesday afternoon. My roof unit is not working properly. A/C & heat. I called to get a price and they told me that the installation takes more than eight hours and could take up to three days and the cost was over $3600. I had all the rest of the equipment, including the brake system from my other vehicle as well as the tow bar so I didn't need any of those items. I had installed the tow base plate on my Ram truck myself prior to my shoulder injury and having done that with never having installed one before, only took me four hours, including lighting wiring. I proceeded to make a couple of phone calls to other dealers and two of them quoted me 1800 parts and labor so that is where we will be having it done. I called Roadmaster back and they were shocked. They said it would only have been about 1400 to have them do it at their location. For a moment, I almost thought I had missed dialed and called Camping World definitely have not earned any business from me.

Camping can be so relaxing and enjoyable until you have a problem…read more We called Lebanon RV Center with our electrical problem and Greg answered the phone, he diagnosed our situation and checked to see if the converter we needed was in stock, luckily it was. The store was closing in 15 minutes, but Greg offered to wait for us to run up there and pick up the converter. After talking with us about our situation Greg told us that our old worn out battery most likely needed replacing, but he didn't have any in stock. Without skipping a beat Greg called the nearest Advanced Auto Parts store that was still open and asked the manager to please extend his discount to us and that we would be there shortly, the auto parts manager said he would give us the RV Center's discount and he too would wait for us to get there. When we got to the auto parts store the manager was unsure of which battery we needed and I wasn't sure ether, so I called Lebanon RV Center again and sure enough Greg was still there, he told the manager exactly what battery we needed and asked him again to please give us his discount. Boom, a DieHard Battery ready to hookup and we did get the discount too. If you have problems while camping, hopefully you are near Lebanon Tennessee and Greg is at work, he was knowledgeable, professional and he was a pleasure to work with. Oh, Greg and his German Shepard "Happy" love to go camping too. In fact everyone in Tennessee treated us like family! Good Times, Great People and a beautiful area to spend quality time enjoying the scenic area Thank You Lebanon RV Center and thank you Greg.

Last…read moreThursday, when traveling from Eastern VA , 650 miles away, one of the couples traveling with us was thrown from their motorcycle. Thankfully, they were able to walk away with scrapes, bumps, bruises and a hairline ankle fracture. The police, EMTs and concerned citizens of TN were just outstanding. They rushed to our rescue; checking on the condition of our friends and assisting in moving the motorcycle and trailer out of the road while directing traffic. They were Super nice all the while. The Lord had it that the accident occurred across the road from Elite RV. Another blessing from above! Let me tell y'all ; they came out with bottles of cold water and offered us seats in the shade. It was hot that afternoon. Our stay at Elite RV was an extended one since a rental car had to be secured from the airport . The" Elite" guys offered us inside seats in air-conditioning which we were glad to take advantage of. They didn't know us from Adam but they treated us like family. They were simply incredible !! The Elite RV guys, humans demonstrating humanity . I am all for that y'all.

Husband had pulled the RV back home before he checked the tires. TJ told us it was ready, and he wasn't there when Hubs went to pick up the RV. I called to have them fix that, TJ was very good at apologizing and told me he would make it right and showed up to make other repairs at my house (which was NOT close to him).. so I thought WOW what a great place and great guy. The only thing left was the refund on my tires. for him to refund me... well that was in May 2019 ... to date SEPTEMBER 2019 I have not gotten my refund, I have called repeatedly, spoke to TJ, was told check was on the way after he told me he couldn't refund my debit card which I went back and forth with him waiting on that refund to tell me 3 weeks later he couldn't do it. I have offered to go (from Columbia up to Lebanon) to pick up the check... told he was mailing it. That was in July. Now i'm Back to calling them EVERY DAY to find out the status of my refund or if i'm going to have to take civil action (which I don't want to do if we can help it) I hate to give bad reviews and have been trying for well over 2 months to get a refund with no calls back I have no choice at this point but to let others know the pitfalls of working with them. TJ if you see this, call me so we can get this worked out and i'll update my review.

Had a bad seal that allowed water in which damaged my floor. Called and received a prompt response…read moreabout service and arranged to have my rig towed to the shop. This was in mid-March. Although no completion date was provided, I clearly communicated that I needed the work done by September 1 and I was told that timeline was reasonable. As the months passed, communication was infrequent and my voice mails and text messages were rarely answered. When they were, the information received was very vague regarding timeline as I was simply told we are in the queue. Of course my September 1 date passed without the work being completed, so again I reached out for updates as I had a camping trip planned to start on the third Saturday of September. I communicated that need and I was told that deadline would be met. The Tuesday before my extended deadline, I was told the work finally began. I received a call while the repair team was at the flooring store in which I had to mad an instant decision about the floor color. This was without samples or time to go back to the shop to see options on the floor. In order to keep things going, I made the decision and work continued. I received another call on Thursday stating that the work wasn't done yet, but they would work around the clock to finish on Friday. This concerned me as I didn't want any shortcuts taken to get the work done in a couple days after already waiting six months, so I cancelled my trip and told them to take the time required to do everything right. Finally, on the following Wednesday I was told that the work wasn't done and arranged to have the trailer delivered. I won't get into all the details of the terrible delivery, but I will say that it arrived over an hour late, the tires were over 20 pounds under inflated despite several requests to make sure they were properly inflated prior to delivery and they delivered the trailer and forgot the keys. Luckily, I brought my keys with me. I'm terms of the work quality, it seems like it was done well, but I haven't camped yet as it was delivered after the summer ended. He forgot to fix a shade issue that I reminded him about at least five times and I am not happy about tie floor color that I was rushed to make a decision on. Worst of all, a full five months later I still don't have my keys and I can't get a response to any of my inquiries about them. I definitely won't return for any additional work due to the poor communication and the wait forever and then rush to complete approach. There has to be better options out there.

Everything I was concerned with was fixed better than I thought was possible and my TT looks almost brand new (she's old, really old so this is amazing).
