Fantastic work performed by this group! I went in here to get a stripe kit added to my car and get the windows tinted (photos uploaded) at the recommendation of my car dealership, saying they refer all their customers there for quality aftermarket work. That's exactly what I received. I purchased a set of side stripes/decal kit from a reputable vendor online and wanted them professionally installed. I opted to go on and get the windows tinted at the same time to save me time later on from having to schedule and leave the car again. Super excellent job was done on both! Scheduling was a bit of a hassle at first and it took me several weeks to get on their timetable, but that was mostly because of my schedule limitations. Emailed and called back and forth with the front desk, generally manned by a nice lady named Tina who was always more than friendly. Can't recommend these guys enough. My Cole Brothers experience was excellent and, bonus, they're female-owned! My dealership sent me there when I needed a trailer hitch in a hurry. I called on a Wed & my size wasn't in stock so they placed the order, then stalked the delivery guy for an ETA over the next 2 days. Most companies take a "it'll get here when it gets here" approach. They called me with frequent updates, so when the delivery guy told them he'd be late, they let me know and promised to squeeze me in if it showed up in time on Friday. Ultimately, they called me to say it just wouldn't arrive in time. Since they'd communicated so well, it wasn't a surprise and we made my appointment for early the next week. Most companies wait til YOU call THEM, then say "oh yeah, delayed, bummer!" So I LOVED their hustle, communication, and feeling they cared simply because I was in a hurry. While I was there, here's what I loved. 1. The two women in front were efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I watched them field calls, handle issues, and answer Q's on the phone and in-person. I was impressed by the cheerful, straight forward way they did their work while also chatting pleasantly with customers. 2. I read an article hanging in the shop about the woman who went from receptionist to owner, rather than let the business die. I love supporting a local female-owned biz, who's recommended by mechanics I trust, especially when I get to deal with two female employees who rock. 3. I asked about getting a sunroof in my stock-model Rogue. Their estimate was affordable (compared to other quotes elsewhere). Ironically, while there, I overheard a mechanic explain to a customer with leaky windows how they test for water-tightness. It was simple & smart (it's not my place to share) but now I already know how they'll ensure my sunroof is drip-free when it's time, which inspires confidence. 4. They have a sweet Shih Tzu in the office, who comes and says hello. My wait wasn't long but if you give me a dog to pet, I'll wait forever! Also, I was starving and their vending machine guy stopped servicing during COVID, so one of the ladies opened her desk drawer where she'd stashed some snacks and kept me from jumping off the hangry cliff. In any business, deliveries run late, items aren't always in stock, mistakes happen. What matters is knowing this biz treats people well, does not price gouge, takes extra steps to get the job done, and communicates beautifully so that, if you have to adjust your timeline, you know why and you know in real-time so there are no surprises. Also - there are signs everywhere (and it's pretty standard) not to leave valuables behind as they don't assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. **DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CROOKS** I had my windows tinted with Cole Bothers in NOV 2021. The day of my appointment "Honey" one of the sales reps called me to let me know they had an issue. They got water all down my dashboard and the car would not start. There idea of a brilliant solution was to "let it dry" overnight as if my car was a phone you could just put in a bag of rice. They showed up the next day with my jeep. My car would not start. I had to continue jumping my car. Then my check engine light comes on, the center unit computer is totally broken and does not work. My car shakes and makes insane noises after I get it jumped with lighting bolt warning light. THEY FRIED MY BCM (Brake Control Module) I begged and asked the OWNER BRENDA for any assistance.. It took her 3 weeks to even reach out after I begged for a rental car.... SHE GAVE ME THE SHAFT and said F**k off essentially. I Have been without my jeep for over TWO MONTHS. She is unwilling to even help pay for my deductible. I ALSO HAD TO LIE TO MY SERVICE ADVISOR so I could get this covered under my warranty since BRENDA was too unwilling to help. Don't believe me ill send you the text messages and recordings. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! ALSO MY JEEP IS STILL IN THE SHOP and wont be ready until march now. I rarely review things and businesses like this, but this is a special case. 1st off I gave a single star because I couldn't do no stars. My wife and I purchased a new car from a local dealer about a month ago. We requested the windows be tinted, and they recommended Cole Brothers. We explained the specific areas we wanted tinted in detail, and was with our dealer rep when he called to make the appointment with CB. The dealer delivered our car to them and we picked it up from the dealer the next day. The sun strip we requested and paid for was missing. Since this incident we have been back 4 weeks in a row to have it installed and misc bubbles and errors fixed. Unacceptable attitudes and comments upon return appointments from technicians further aided in the negative review. My wife returned once more today to have further issues addressed and spoke with the owner. I specifically asked they look over the entire vehicle and inspect cured tint for quality control when I set the 4th appointment up with her late last week. I return home only to find a large fiber/piece of trash in the freshly re-tinted area once more. I'm at a loss. We will not be returning, and we will have the sun strip fixed properly by someone else at this point. Extremely disappointed. read more

They had my vehicle for two days for a window tint. I have never heard of a shop that needed to keep a car overnight for such a simple job. It's important to note that I dropped the vehicle off at 9:00am. Cole Brothers also installed an ad sticker for the shop in bright gold lettering underneath the tint. It created a budge and air bubble between the window and tint and looks absolutely sloppy and unprofessional. I understand about compliance codes. However it is unacceptable to use such bright typeface and install the sticker so poorly. Furthermore it is tacky to use multiple lines of text to advertise for their business when all thats needed is a simple code. I contacted Tina from the shop. She refused to fix the tint, remove the sticker, and was unsympathetic to any of the issues I experienced with her shop. Will not recommend. read more

Long story short . Lol Cali did a phenomenal job getting me the help I needed and did it quickly, efficiently & effortlessly. The two gentleman were actually already heading for lunch when she asked if they could take the time to come talk with me . Cali caught them just in the nick of time . They had no problem pulling up front and assessing my situation. They fully put my mind at ease. A few days later, I showed up for my appointment . They were extremely understanding when I called about my traffic delay. Due to the tornado the day before, most likely the reason the item they had to order was not delivered on time, I rescheduled the appointment for the most convenient date and time available for both party's . At the next scheduled appointment I was running a little late. I still called, talking with the other receptionist to let them know I was going to be later than expected which they were more than understanding, and once more put my mind at ease. I got my truck dropped off and and hour later, I was getting a call from Haley to pick it up as I was walking in the door. Third times the charm and I was right on time . The gentleman that worked on my truck came out explained a few things and gave me the information to have a complete understanding for myself. I just have to say that i'm extremely happy that I got a sunroof put in my truck by Cole Brothers . The best part.......They have a dog named Madison that is the life of the party . read more

Customer Service was on point from scheduling to being greeted. Had my 2019 Jeep windows tinted and they did a great job tinting. Only reason not giving 5 stars is installer did not wash outside windows from using as a templet to cut tint. Had soapy bubble water both windows and doors. Other than that very pleased. read more

I came into get the windows tinted on my 2013 Toyota Avalon. They do these jobs by appointment and so I was able to get a convenient appointment just a few days out. They use Llumar window tint and they give a 3 year warranty. The workmanship has been excellent. It ha been four days, and I have noticed no streaking, bubbles, or fading. They provide cleaning instructions to prevent damage, fading, and purpling. The cost was very reasonable and they completed the entire job in less than the 90 minutes quoted. Very pleased! Without question, these guys are the best. Theres a ton of imitators in the greater Nashville area, but no one is in their league. The entire staff is great! Starting with the customer service, I was so pleased with the professional and friendly young ladies at the front desk. They were efficient and double checked every detail of what I wanted. I bought my car from an older couple who had the sunroof installed through this company. The sunroof shattered about 2 weeks ago. I took it to Cool Springs Collision Center and they found out the sunroof had been recalled. They then contacted Cole Brothers to get it replaced. The Collision center called several times to check on the update of the glass when Cole Brothers finally answered they were very rude. I now have an appointment with them on Wednesday to get fixed. When I called to find out why is was taking so long the receptionist was very rude and hateful with me. I understand they are not making money of this job but their product was recalled and I feel they should have handled it better. I will not use or recommend this Company to anybody. They might have good work but there is no need to be rude to customers. read more

Purchased a Traverse and the dealership recommended Cole Bro for my leather installation. I had a difficult time scheduling the installation as it is located in a different city than my salesman had said (he's not from TN so easy mistake) and the company couldn't tell me when it would be complete. I work so coming to pick up just whenever it was complete isn't an option. My wonderful and amazing sales guy at Freeland Chevy hooked me up with a loaner and Cole bro picked my traverse up from the dealership. I was excited. Not so much though when I received it back to see the sad job that was done. I felt that for the price I was surely getting a professional installation but the leather is loose around seams, buckling in several areas, the back side of the seat isn't even attached to anything in the 3rd row do I'm sure that's going to be a problem when I lay the seat down and slide something heavy into the cargo area. I'm just very disappointed. I will have this traverse for awhile and am disgusted each time I look at the seats. read more
