I was told that if I go to Autozone, they will check my car with the little computer, for free. Yesterday, I went to this Autozone and sat outside and read all the signs, looking for a sign that said, "Free computer analysis." I didn't see one, but then, I noticed a young man in the window, beckoning me to come inside. So I shut off my car, went inside and told him that my "Check Engine" light had come on and I had been told that Autozone would check my car for free. He grabbed something under the cash register and said, "Let's have a look at your car, Ma'am." Off we went.. he turned on the car, hooked up the little gizmo, under my steering wheel and in about 30 seconds, he told me what was wrong with my car. We went back inside, he took a printout from another little gizmo on the counter and gave it to me.. Told me to go to my garage and have them check it out. It didn't cost me anything. He was polite and nice. I couldn't have been happier.

My oil was one quart low and transmission fluid was 2 quarts low. My transmission was bone dry. I am so grateful for his help and thanked God for sending me to him. I was told by a mechanic at Midas that I would need a transmission rebuild at a cost of $1500. I asked the Midas guy to check my fluid. He failed to do so when fixing my car regarding another repair. I have been unable to drive my car for 3 weeks trying to save my money for a transmission repair. Mr. Sorenson saved me a ton of money, a transmission rebuild, a lot of grief, stress, and tears. I am so grateful to have met this very friendly and helpful guy.

The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all…read morethere when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.

The guy behind the counter took the time to go through the available products with us and find the exact one that we needed. He even let us take the item out of the box and try on the car ourselves before purchasing. So nice. he went beyond the call of duty to assist his customers. Their training must be outstanding. They shop was very well laid out and clean. They also gave us zip ties to hook the item to the car so that it didn't flop on us free of charge. This place is great. I liked his attitude so when I brought my new truck home, I made an appointment and took it to his shop. Easy to find and easy access. While there making my appointment, I met the owner, Mike. A real gentleman and an excellent customer service man. More later. I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck and the deal was that they would install it after spraying the bed lined in. Due to a family medical issue, I had to cancel my appointment, but Mike told me to be there the following morning. Mike also offers to loan a truck, and even wondered why when I told him I didn't want to drive his truck an hour down the road. You see, whatever issues you present, he simply works around them. Anyway, I picked up my truck, clean as it was when I left it (It now had 34 miles on it). I got home, and noticed a rivet that had broken off, and the head of the rivet was rolling around in the cover. The latch was also stiff and felt like it was in a bind. When Mike saw what was going on, he had the cover taken off the truck and made it his mission to get me a new top. He called me the following day and told me that the cover was there waiting for me if I could come by. I did and within minutes his crew was on it, installing the new cover for me and installing the brackets for my railings also. What a great crew and what outstanding customer service! I got the impression that this service was not the exception. Thank you for the excellent price, product and service!
